Cauldron Ice Cream

Was craving ice cream and decided to stop by.Staff were friendly.The ice cream tasted good.Inside looked clean.I would come back when I'm in the neighborhood.

I came here on a Friday night and it was pretty busy! The space is narrow with a few tables to sit at but it can get pretty cramped as you're trying to pick up your order. I believe there was a table for outdoor seating, but it was cold so many decided to stay in. There was one person working so our order took a bit longer, but it's expected! They had a self ordering kiosk so it was pretty quick to order. The ice cream itself was smooth and creamy. Nothing too heavy which was nice! They have a selection of flavors, made with liquid nitrogen! Overall, it's a good placed if you're looking for a dessert spot.

Cute flower shaped ice cream.Plenty of seating and bright. Has a cute neon sign by the door. Service was as expected. Order and the register and wait for them to make your order. Got the cauldron and it was yummy. Wish the Oreo pieces were a bit bigger instead of it being sprinkled on. But still it was good. Also tried the Vietnamese coffee ice cream and it tasted like coffee. not super overpowering which is good balance.

They have such interesting flavors here. I loved the pineapple one the most. The bubble waffles also seemed to hold up after a few minutes, meaning they didn't get too soggy. It might have been the wrapper keeping it together. I usually still use a spoon to eat the ice cream. The place is generally quiet. I've never seen it super packed, maybe one or two other groups while I'm there. There are a few tables with seats and a bathroom in the back. It's kinda fun watching them make the ice cream with the dry ice effect going on. Self service kiosk, so I can't speak too much about the service. Plenty of parking!

I have always been a fan of Cauldron ice cream ever since their first location in Santa Ana. I recently got to check out the Fremont location and ordered my favorite flavor, the milk and cereal. It's creamy, smooth and love the crunch from the cereal. The location is narrow but has a good amount of seating. You can order on the kiosk and then watch your ice cream be freshly made in the mixing stands. It's fun to watch as well. My friends loved the flavors that they ordered and the bubble waffle was crispy and warm but it will melt your ice cream really quick lol. Definitely a great dessert stop off Mission Boulevard away from all the chaos.

I initially thought this place would be a gimmick with their rose shaped ice cream but I was wrong. They have a variety of unique flavors and they all taste amazing. The ice cream is super smooth and creamy. The puffle is fresh and warm. The milkshake was smooth and not too thick. Would come back again to try more flavors.

Omg I hope this place never changes . Everything is so different and taste so creamy and delicious . I've never had Icecream like this. My family and I were visiting out of town and wanted to find something different & we hit the jackpot with this. The only thing was the bathroom can use some TLC . Other than that everything is so clean .

Hubby and I first tried Cauldron Ice Cream down in SoCal. I seen it through social media and had to go try it when we were there for a visit. After going out to eat with my family at the hot pot restaurant in the same plaza, we wanted to stop by and get ice cream and I saw that there was Cauldron! I was so surprised and suggested we go.We walked over there and waited in line to order. It was quite packed with a lot of people outside and inside waiting for their order. Once we placed our order we waited about 20 minutes for our ice cream. It was delicious! I haven't had Cauldron since we were in SoCal and I'm so happy that they have one close by now! I love the flower design that they do and the taste is always great. Definitely will stop by again for ice cream.

Pretty presentation but the actual flavor of the ice cream and puffle is nothing to write home aboutPros- Pretty and great for posting on social mediaCons- Flavor wasn't great- The ice cream melts right away onto the puffle and quickly begins to drip below the cone so make sure to grab extra napkins
