PATEL 2019 Red Blend / Napa Valley Arriving in small picking lugs from the vineyards, the clusters were hand sorted, de-stemmed and hand sorted again, berry-by-berry. A two-day cold soak was followed by primary fermentation in small, open-top stainless steel tanks. Following an extended maceration, the fruit was gently pressed and the wine moved to barrel for secondary fermentation. Service here is really friendly and fast. We got a bunch of things to try- the portions are generous and prices are good too. Veggie Pakora - came out fast and hot. Really good and flavorful. I want to try the eggplant pakora next! Garlic Naan- sooooo good. I could eat the whole order myself, super fresh, hot and lots of garlic. Chicken Momo- delicious bite, the sauces were mild in flavor so I recommend a drop of soy sauce and spicy sauce. I really liked the slightly thicker momo dough.Chicken Tikka Masala- the portion is huge! Super basic but delicious and they got it right- really creamy and flavorful. I would definitely get this order again.Parking is easy with a huge lot. Service is quick and friendly, and the restaurant has a ton of seating!

Let me preface my review saying that we got everything vegetarian with veggie or paneer. I see that a lot of the popular dishes here are meat dishes which is why my review might be a bit lower, I would give it 3.5 but rounding up to 4.Food: Didn't blow me away but was overall p good! Most dishes came with a generous serving of rice and we ordered everything spicy. In order of best to least fave:Paneer tikka masala: 5/5 Creamy, classic no complaints very good would recommend this is a don't miss!Helambu aloo: 5/5 tasted very traditional very rich tomato flavor I actually really liked thisGarlic naan: 5/5 Classic but very crispy and well flavored not too oily I would get it againCarrot daikon pickle: 5/5 I usually don't like pickled veg but this was surprisingly good!Chapate wei wei: 4.75/5 We ordered everything spicy and this was SPICY. definitely a dry spice so it hit harder but this was really good - a touch too acidic but I would get it againPaneer skewer: 4/5 I liked it. no thoughts, came with a LOT of rice chili veggie momo: 3.5/5 Momos were very good but the sauce was so sweet.. tasted like maggi masala ketchup. I had the Chicken Thukpa. Everything in this dish was outstanding. The chicken was tender and succulent. "medium" spiciness was exactly to my liking--just the right amount of kick.The restaurant itself is clean, open and modern. The entire shopping plaza is off the beaten path, not easy to find for outsiders. If you live in this neighborhood, I'm envious of you!

Surprisingly busy for Wednesday lunch. Staff was a little overwhelmed by the crowd and took a bit to notice and seat us but were continuously checking in on us after. Lamb momos were very good, combo skewer was also very good. Their spiciest isn't that spicy imo. We sat outside so can't speak to ambiance.

Stopped by during late afternoon and we were seated immediately. The waitress was super nice and laidback. What we got: chicken Himalayan curry (5/5) -- we got this in mild because I am a spice wimp and it was not spicy at all (thank you)..the sauce was bursting with flavor and I love the chunkiness which added robustness. The chicken was succulent but they didn't give nearly enough meat for what was being charged prawn tikka masala (5/5) -- again, ordered in mild for my sake and this sauce was tomatoey and creamy. The shrimp were a little overcooked and I thought there needed to be more for what we were payingnaan (4/5) -- my boyfriend said it is usually fluffier than this, but it was my first time having naan and I thought it was delicious dipping in the curries Although the meat was a bit skimpy for the dishes we ordered, flavors were perfect and I enjoyed the meal a lot. I would return to try their momo and other items!

This place is super close to the gym over at Stewart Dr., we found it one time by chance and now we can't stop coming here. The wait is usually pretty short, the staff is friendly (and always amazed by how much we can eat ... after a workout, a lot, it turns out). The food is super tasty, and the portions are huge. Our new favorite spot!
