"Good price for the poke quality and portion. It's $17.95 for 3 scoops of fish (seaweed is extra $1.50)I got the 2 scoops of salmon and 1scoop of ahi tuna. I liked the variety in toppings including mango pieces and the crispy onion flakes. There's also outside seating and plenty of inside seating. They have water cups behind the counter you can request for along with any sauces you want on the side. Going on a Saturday evening and even when they were close to closing, people were still coming in. People who served were very nice as well. Definitely recommend as a Poke place!"
"Poki Run has truly ruined it for myself when it comes to my poke cravings. No other place can compare, especially when it comes to taste and quality of that sushi rice. Let's be real- if your rice is trash, the meal itself couldn't possibly be any better when it comes to this type of dish. Poki Run is a bit of a drive compared to a couple of poke spots located a lot closer to home but I'd easily make the trip. 5/5 stars!! Seafood, protein, and ingredients are always fresh, tasty, and the pricing is 100% justified. Flavorings as a whole is always spot on and satisfies all my cravings completely. Having a few recent fails at other establishments have only solidified my love and high praises for PR."

"Nice little poke shop located in Japantown serving a large variety of poke options. I had the poke lover bowl with two scoops of spicy ahi. The fish was nicely seasoned and tasted fresh. It came with a generous amount of seaweed salad. The kimchi was alright, not the best I've had. The price was reasonable for the poke bowl, which was average sized. Overall I really enjoyed the meal and would be happy to come back."
"I stopped by Poke Paradise while my car was being serviced and really enjoyed my meal! The store is small but the standard Chipotle-style experience where you make your way down the line of options. I went on a Saturday around lunchtime and there were only a couple of other people there.Everything seemed fresh and tasty! I took my order to go. There was plenty of parking since it's in a shared parking lot. Next time my car is being serviced, I'll be back!"
"Came here on Thursday night after work out and trying eat something cold and soft after I got my tooth filling, glad they are open till 9pm. Love the deco on wall when walk in, and looks clean. They posted the step by step menu on wall show you order options. I chose 2 fishes with half rice and half salad as the base. I got salmon and hamachi, they use the 1 oz scoop on the poki per serving. Then you go down to choose the seasoning for the poki and you can load with so many options of toppings. I also got order of spicy crab meat +$1( got two 2 oz scoops) then you stillGot o choose your dressing on top. The bowl was so packed with all kinds of texture and goodness! The service was great. It is definitely value added. The next store phin cafe is going to open soon with viet egg coffee. Can't wait come back again."
"My most ordered food item on DoorDash is Poke House's California hand rolls. They are beyond delicious. Such a great option for a quick and filling meal. There ingredients feel fresh, clean, and focused on providing nutritious options that still have great flavor. Their poke bowls are also a great option. They are customizable, allowing you to pick and choose what you want. Overall, very time efficient and delicious."
"The portions here were so big and the fish tasted very fresh! I definitely recommend a mix of spicy salmon and regular salmon. The service was very friendly and the ambiance was very casual. Great quick place for delicious poke!!"
"Food: fresh and delicious! Perfection in a bowl. I was worried I would have to order à la carte, but there was a printed flyer to check off what you want in your poke bowl at the counter. Phew! Service: Very friendly, very helpful, superfastAmbiance: Well I don't know if poke star is still in pandemic mode, but there's no seating inside, just the counter and blocking off the rest of the entry area with tables, as others do too. The thing that mattered most: the food! Did they succeed? They excelled! No photos available, I ate in the car and so fast and digested it wonderfully well."
"I get takeout from here every once in a while after my friend put me on to this restaurant. This is actually my only experience with poke bowls, so I don't have anything else to compare this place to. I'd say Go Fish Poke Bar is a great choice if you're looking for a healthier option in the Stanford Shopping Center. I usually just get the normal bowl which comes with three different types of fish. I find it to be plenty filling, but if you're even hungrier, you can opt to get five fish. You're able to choose from a variety of predetermined bowls or make your own.My recommendation would be to definitely take the complementary imitation crab! It's so creamy, and I love it. Can't say I've ever had a problem with any of my bowls; the fish always tastes fresh."
"I was pleasantly surprised with how good this place is! Picked up my nephew for a lunch date and he requested sushi. This place was so close to his house we tried. It's nestled in the chain malls on Hesperian. I would say there's about 10 tables and we sat right away. I liked how affordable things looked. Nothing more than $15. Service was attentive and friendlyKaki fry 4/5. Came out hot and crunchy. Oysters were good. Could use a touch more seasoning. Passion Salmon 4.5/5. I love garlic and salmon so this roll was perfect. Plenty of fish on top and the garlic was present but not overpowering.Lion King 5/5. Honestly one of the better lion kings I've had! A little heavy handed on the mayo but I liked it lol.Really good value restaurant! And my picky nephew approved lol."
"Driving my daughter home. We saw signs with food on it. My daughter quickly looked it up on Google. We circled around and decided what we wanted. I got a dragon roll. She got something spicy. I can't remember the name. Quiet a few people were going in and out. We waited until we got home. I usually have to have wasabi with my rolls. This time my daughter accidentally didn't tell me about the wasabi in the bag. I sat at my kitchen table to eat mines. She ate in her room. Mines was very very good. The flavors were amazing. Next morning I asked my daughter. How was your sushi? She did very spicy. She loves spicy. She said it was to spicy for her. Wow! She also, said her salmon was very dry. I would love to go back she said no for her. I said well maybe you can get mines next time. I had salmon it was delicious."

Excellent poke in small center next to a Buffalo Wild Wings. All the usual choices for base and lots of protein options including hamachi which was a nice surprise. Tons of add ons and lots of dressings. Servings generous and service very friendly. Really tasty poke and good price, we will be back. Very convenient if you are taking a class at the adult ed center too.

I LOVE POKI RUNNN!!! It beats Poke House slightly because they offer up to five scoops and have a variety in their menu. I usually go for the bowls, and the biggest win for me is how consistently fresh the fish is, along with their great variety of sauces! In the bowl pictured, I opted for unagi and decided to try the blueberry mayo. Initially, I was skeptical (because blueberry mayo?!), but it adds a light, unexpected sweetness without being overpowering. The restaurant is spacious with lots of seating, the staff is always welcoming, and the area is kept clean. Highly recommend! I come here often and will definitely keep coming back :)

Aloha Fresh is so damn good. I think I've finally perfected my order: a Poke Lover bowl with half rice half salad, kukui nut ahi, spicy salmon, mac salad, and pickled onion. SO GOOD. The fish is super fresh and you can definitely taste and feel the difference in texture. I literally never go to those Chipotle-style poke places anymore. The kukui nut ahi had this sesame oil kinda flavor that's super good, and I love the crispness of the limu seaweed. It's also not too saucy so it tastes very refreshing. The spicy salmon is more saucy but it all comes together with the fattiness of the salmon super well.I also really enjoy their hot foods like kalua pork and fried chicken!I love their generous points system that offers random rewards, like a birthday bogo!I came close to closing on a weekday and they gave me 3 free chicken teriyaki musubis!

One of my fave poke spots in South Bay Area ! Poke has gotten so expensive in the bay ($18/20 min) but this place gives great portions and avocado / masago is no extra charge! Service feels so nice and friendly, more family vibe. Always coming by when I have a craving.

I was excited to try this spot since it's very close to my parents and had a very solid average rating. I came in on a weekday and noticed that everyone had placed their orders online bc all the meals were being prepared to go. One of the two staff gave me a lukewarm greeting and I placed my order. Off the bat, the color of the fish looked unappetizing and the work station looked messy. I also found the smell in the shop to be a bit off putting. The bowls were okay. I paid extra $1 to add crab salad to my bowls which I regretted. Unfortunately the scoops of crab salad were so much bigger than the portions of fish that it completely overpowered the rest of the fish and veggies the bowls. I also noticed that the fish eggs were an extra charge here whereas my usual spot usually includes them. All in all, the bowls left much to be desired. I would definitely prefer to get a lesser portion overall so that the proteins would have been better ratio to the rice and veggies.

I love poké house!!! i've been to this location 5+ times and i've always had good experiences. It's clean inside and there is utensils available for dining in or taking home. However, parking is tough. The parking lot is small and usually filled up. There is some street parking nearby if you don't mind walking. The fish is always fresh and tasty, staff are kind and helpful, and there is always seating available inside. They offer a free scoop of crab, and plenty of toppings to choose from. You can expect to pay at least $20 for a bowl if you get the seaweed salad for an additional cost (which is a must have). Portions are very reasonable too. I'm a loyal poke house fan.

My husband and I are regulars here, the staff is always friendly and fast. We go to a lot of poke places, and Poke Xpress is really stand out for how generous they are with their portions. They don't skimp on the toppings that cost extra, and it feels like you're getting your moneys worth. We usually take it to-go for lunch on WFH days, and we always talk about how they really have to push the lid down with how much they pile it on.

Quality/Quantity - Raider's Tray which consist of the following special rolls:Poke Roll - Signature roll; was good, but when compared with the others, it did not stand a chance. So Hot Roll - Warning, has small slices of jalapeno. It also has spicy tuna and spicy Korean sauce. It was NOT too hot for me, but definitely for my daughter. Passion Salmon Roll - Our second favorite. "Double" salmon, salmon in and on the roll.Oakland A's Tray consist of:Tuna Roll - I think this was a spicy tuna roll...? It was spicy...Shrimp Tempura - This did NOT taste fresh? Do you pre-make this and refrigerate it? All your other rolls tasted fresher. When/if tempura is refrigerated, it gets soggy.California Roll - Consistent. All rolls were generous in size.Today they only gave us one of each ginger and wasabi; they were more generous in the past.Other available menu items:Poke bowl, sashimi/nigiri, bento boxes, drinks, side orders.Atmosphere - Currently to-go only, so no bathrooms.Plenty of mall parking; we got a space right in front of the business.Open kitchen.Service - 6 stars, excellent.Everyone was friendly.Gave accurate wait times.Price - $64, fair price for what we got.Owner Suggestion - I believe you are under new ownership...? Congrats on your success since 2018 and your success since you took over. And thanks for having a website now.BTW - You might want to update your "About the Business" on Yelp.

"Before heading to check out the new Costco in the area, we stopped at Bayside Poke for lunch. I'm glad we did as we really enjoyed eating here. This is a nice small restaurant with ample seating and two people working the line. We were served immediately and with quite a selection of greens, meats and toppings. I'm not a huge Poke eater, but my bowl was really good. You can tell everything is fresh and high-quality. There are two sizes for bowls; I of course went for the large. In addition to the food being really good, the restaurant being clean, the pricing was excellent. It was about $40 for two bowls, one of which was large and one of which had avocado added (extra charge). That's not bad! I also peeked at the menu and their sushi pricing was very reasonable. I plan on trying the sushi on my next trip to Bayside Poke.Overall, highly recommended."
"Icey Poki serves both poke AND rolled ice cream.PokeMy poke order was pretty good. Everything was fresh and you get a good variety of toppings, seafood and the portion size is filling. I ordered spicy tuna, seaweed salad and a bunch of other add ins. The price higher because inflation but it was a good poke bowl and I thought it was worth it.Rolled Ice CreamI wasn't a huge fan of the rolled ice cream. I thought it was less sweet and didn't have the creaminess I was looking for in my rolled ice cream. For me it wasn't a highlight when I stopped by. They do have a good toasted marshmallow. It's possible I had a bad roller though"
"Every time I come to this plaza it's for Soyful, but I was craving a type of "sushirito" & figured I should check this place out since it was a walk away. They serve both poke & burritos. When I walked in during the afternoon, it was pretty empty. They had limited seating against the walls. I ordered a Katsu Rito & Krusty Krab. Katsu Rito: (3/5) fried chicken, crab mayo, cucumber, red cabbage, rice & nori. Most places skimp out on meat but they actually put a lot. Since there is chicken, I would say this one was more dry & could've used more sauce. Or maybe add sauce on the side. The size was pretty big. I was expecting it to be a super small role. Krusty Krab: (4/5) crab, cabbage, mayo, cucumber, unagi sauce & masago eggs. The Krusty Krab had a lot more flavor due to the crab. I'd probably get this one again. Since I love saucy things, I'd probably ask for some to go as well so you can dip it. Service: there was some people in front of me, so I waited a short bit but nothing too crazy.Glad to have stumbled across this place and now I have somewhere to grab lunch when I grab soyful."
"My favorite go-to for when I'm craving poke for lunch. A short walk from my work, Spoonfish Poke uses fresh ingredients and their poke bowls never disappoint. I always order a medium "build your own poke bowl." Friendly and helpful staff who are happy to answer any questions if it's your first time ordering (I'm a regular). Limited seating inside, but there are tables and chairs outside. Great place to have a poke bowl and people watch as it's located on the Paseo de San Antonio in Downtown San Jose by SJSU."
"Such a cute spot!Went with a friend for lunch and the food was great! The menu was pretty big and all looked great. They even included a board and markers to fill out when ordering a poke bowl, no need to recite all the different ingredients you want added. I got a shrimp/tofu bowl, and my friend got the Agedashi tofu soba noodles. We shared some garlic edamame and all the food was delicious. The service was nice and fast, and overall the experience was great! I hope to be back soon to try more of their food!"
"Hands down the best Poki I've ever had!Okay, so I'm not a Poki enthusiast but I know what good food tastes like and if something is fresh or not. Poki Run's bowls are made with extremely fresh ingredients with zero smells or the old fishiness flavor. I ordered a large bowl with half rice, half mixed greens, crab, hamachi and tuna. You get 5 scoops with the large bowl. For sauce, I had the spicy mayo.I ordered over the phone and the gentleman helping me was extremely helpful and patient with me. When I arrived, the bowls were bagged and ready for me. The service is really good and they are friendly. The restaurant is very clean, well lit and welcoming. I love the simplicity of the overall white theme, easy to read menu and ordering. For two large bowls with avocado, the total was about $46. Although that's a bit pricey, what isn't these days?I think Poki Run Fremont should be rated higher than 3 stars. My constructive criticism would be to make the portions slightly larger without increasing the costs. It seems to be the main issue most people are having. Nobody likes to eat out and still be hungry when their meal is done.I will definitely be back in the future when I'm craving Poki."
"Quality/Quantity - Two poke bowls, see pictures. Both were good, single serving quantities.Tiger Roll.Alaska Roll.Atmosphere - Small local family run restaurant. But a fairly large parking lot. Not sure if there are other businesses that use this parking lot...?Many security cameras throughout the business and parking lot.Semi open kitchen.Bathroom in the back, you just have to ask. We did not use it.Open 6 days a week from 11am to 8pm, closed Sundays. Service - Counter service. Or a self service kiosk.Mostly to-go customers, we were the only customers that ate here.As first time customers, it would have been nice to have more direction. We asked many questions on what their process and procedures were.Price - $55.Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2019."
"My go-to place for poke, especially for lunch to-go. I can order online and skip the line. Spicy scallops, shiitake mushrooms and kelp salad are my favorite items, and not very common elsewhere. Generous on the dressings too."
"I'm in and out of this place a lot. They have great specials through Uber Eats so I often order to pick up myself. The service is always excellent there. They have a small dining room and a food truck (which I partook of at a local event recently).Their sushi is always fresh. I've tried numerous different rolls. I love their fresh salmon and their Hamachi Kama is delicious. This is kind of a "treat to myself" on days I've been on the road a lot. Will keep coming back because....It's good and I can"
"We were craving for something healthy so we decided on some poke. Came here and super excited that you can make your own custom poke bowl! I ordered a size Medium build-your-own custom bowl. It is their most popular option, which includes 3 protein scoops, crab salad, and your choice of mix-ins, sauces, and toppings over rice or veggies. For my custom bowl, I added the following:-Base: Mixed Greens (gotta eat healthy!)-A free scoop of crab salad (omg we get this for free?! Awesome!).-3 protein scoops: Garlic Oyster Tuna (really good, my fav now!), Scottish Salmon, and Spicy Miso Salmon. -Mix Ins: I just piled most of the ingredients on top!-Sauces: adding Sriracha Aioli and Citrus Ponzu (slightly spicy with a kick!). -Additional Toppings: Just piled it all on too and added extra ginger. The guy behind the counter mixed all the ingredients pretty well and produced a nice big fresh bowl of poke. They are very generous with their portions here. Overall, it is very tasty and reminded me of my time back in Hawaii eating fresh poke by the beach. Mmm... I will come back again when I crave for some poke!"
"Love everything about this place. I do have ONE REQUEST! Please allow more than 2 DRY SEASONING toppings. I always want to get 3, but it is not allowed. Also, bring back the Chicken Karaage!"
"One of the best poke bowls I've had in SJ. I will die on that hill. Friendly staff, little bit of a wait for my food but it was very well worth in the end. The dude who made my bowl made it look beautiful and taste beautiful! Everything was well balanced and not overly saucy like a lot of other poke places. Fair pricing and I got $2 off my order for signing up for their rewards system. Their frickin soy garlic and miso sesame sauce is bomb!!!! Note: I got their dragonfruit lemonade juice and that's also super good!! I'll def be back :)"
"A much cleaner eating Poke place! As in healthier then most as they combine veggies and protein and it's fresh and just enough. You could eat here Daily be a little picky and you'd be quite healthy!. Happy New Year!"
"Helped by Neo. Great customer service and spoke loud and clearly, making the process faster and easier for customers."
"#taste - 5/5#portion size - 4/5#service - n/a#value - 4/5#recommendation(s) - get the garlic popcorn chicken! Really flavorful and decent portion size.#tip - parking can be limited due to street parking so consider doing takeout.#like - in addition to the popcorn chicken, I also enjoyed the short ribs. The size is good and the meat is tender.#dislike - not a dislike of the food but I felt the portion of the mac salad was small so I wish the entrees would come with bigger servings. #suggestion - the fried rice could be more flavorful"
"Go Fish is my favorite poke place! I've DoorDashed from here numerous times (my app says 9 times) lol. Their poke bowls are so good! I always get their yam noodles as my base. These noodles are so yummy that I even called the place to ask where they get their yam noodles from! The fish is always so fresh and tasty too. Their lychee lemonade is also very refreshing."
