"I love this place and so glad that they are in the neighborhood. Their breakfast bagel sandwich is sooo good (bacon bits are perfectly crispy, cheese is perfectly melted, egg is fluffy, and the bagel is chewy). Going back right now for that! Their black coffee is also tasty and strong."
"This place is amazing. I've been going here for over 25 years. The quality is unmatched. I get the wow cow ( low sugar) and I never feel guilt eating it. It's so creamy and yummy"

"We visited again on the 2nd day, which was their BOGO deal. Buy any drink and the free 2nd drink must be the same drink that you purchased. My wife bought the Ume Boba Milk Tea. I bought the Mango Coco for friends."
"I've been coming to Nuoc Mia Vien Dong 2 for years, and it's always a go-to spot for me! Their nuoc mia (sugarcane juice) is super refreshing and has the perfect amount of sweetness--never too watered down like some other places. And the waffles? So good! Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, with that perfect touch of sweetness. The quality is always consistent. FYI, It is on the pricier side for a beverage. They have a $15 credit card minimum, so bring cash if you're only grabbing a drink. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area!"
"I decided to come here after work to focus on writing an essay. I arrived around 4pm and instantly noticed that it was crowded. I started scanning the not-so-big place to see if I could sit anywhere. There was a long communal table and a free chair in front of a man, so I asked him if I could sit, and he kindly nodded. I put my stuff down and headed to the restroom (which was clean! Thank you!). I returned from the bathroom, saw an empty table, and moved since I was waiting for my husband to arrive. I tried to log into wifi, but there was no sign with a passcode, so I asked, and the manager said the wifi password is on the receipt after you purchase something. I told her I hadn't bought anything yet, returned to my space, and logged into my hotspot. I wasn't quite ready to order anything yet. About twenty minutes later, my boo arrived, and he ordered a coffee and sandwich while I stepped outside for a phone call. When I returned, I tried his coffee and was inspired to order the same thing. I asked him what it was, and he told me macchiato, so I went and ordered a macchiato and was presented with what looked like an itsy-bitsy cappuccino. I said um, I tried to order what my husband ordered, and this is not it. I looked towards him, and they said oh, that's a caramel macchiato. I asked if I could get that instead, and they said I'd have to pay for the new drink. I said it was an honest mistake, especially since my husband's first language is not English, and the employee said no, so I turned into a Karen and asked for the manager. The manager specified that it was my bad and couldn't do anything about it. I tried to explain about the honest mistake and him not speaking English well, so she then resorted to charging me the difference, which is fine.I honestly refrain from complaining or causing a scene; the thing is that tiny macchiato was like two tablespoons of espresso with some foam on top--tiny. It was bitty, and I would've drank it, but it tasted like tar, and I wasn't in the mood for tar.I paid the difference and got my new drink, and I swear you'd think that I had just asked them for twenty free drinks...they were so annoyed by me. I almost didn't want to drink the coffee because of the bad mojo, but I blessed my cup and drank it anyway. Instead of writing my essay, I am writing this review, and in this time, I've had to use the bathroom again. This time I noticed a sign on the hand dryer (no paper towels are provided) that says to not dry your hands with toilet paper. Um...I will dry my hands with TP if I want to."
"Be well is the BE ALL. I selfishly wish it was open every day of every week because it legit nourishes my belly soul. I've tried every smoothie on the menu and can confidently say they're all hitters in their own way. For me it depends on the day's vibe. Hot days call for La Palma. Sweet days desire The Licuado or Well Whip. Indulgent days need that Nana Cao. Fit days like a fresh Strawberry Mama or Blueberry Dreams. And every day in between is dedicated to my go to's CoCo Sphere and Blue Ocean. You really can't go wrong! The juices are great too and in combination can create the perfect cleanse. Now if you're not about a cleanse, don't sleep on the food. Their sandwiches are the underrated stars. My personal favorite is the salmon lox. However, I would argue the turkey sandwich is easily top 5 best sandwiches in the Bay Area. Also, that avocado toast is the amuse bouche. They truly know flavors. Mouth feels gone wild in the best way.I could go on and on but I'll just end on a chef's kiss and "I'm not worthy" bow to the owners, Amy and Vic."
"Couldn't find it on Google Maps, then I realized it's located inside of the MCA. The barista/cashier was very nice, and the cafe was nice and quiet. I was surrounded by people who had just finished prayer, and also some people from the local community grabbing a quick bite or drink. I saw some kids grabbing an ice cream cone too.I ate the chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it. They also have your normal coffee items too. Every once in a while, there were children running back and forth yelling but that's the only thing I could think of to complain about. It is an open area cafe so you will see people doing their thing at the MCA, walking past. I enjoyed my time at Rumman Cafe. I felt very peaceful and comfortable and look forward to coming back again."
"I'm originally from Texas and we have this out there I noticed moving here there wasn't any place that sold this . I did an intense google search and found this place. I drove from Hayward to San Leandro. The staff was friendly and AMAZING .. I definitely recommend this place"
"Whenever I am thirsty and want a really fresh drink inside Valley Fair mall, Hui Lau Shan is a great option! The watermelon juice with aloe jelly is absolutely delicious, so is the strawberry yogurt drink. They use so many different fresh fruits for their drinks and you can absolutely taste it.What's more incredible is that their drinks are much more cheaper than other options inside the mall. Some of the drinks are under $7. There are other drink shops inside the mall and some of the drinks are $9 and up, even borderline $11 which is absolutely insane nowadays. The staff is always friendly and you can find their little stall in the Valley Fair food court. Next time you're thirsty, I highly recommend for super freshly made drinks from Hui Lau Shan. You won't be disappointed."
""Taste it through the hole...""What?!""The hole in the coffee lid, you perv!""Oh!"Cà phê trứng (egg coffee) is best enjoyed sipping it through the hole in the lid so you can taste the creamy sweet deliciousness! Soft opening last weekend is Phin Café's third Bay Area location. They took over Subway at Orchard Farms Shopping Center. M E N UDrink series: Coffee (w/ various cream top options), matcha, milk tea, and smoothies. They also have snacks: bánh kẹp lá dứa (pandan waffle), bánh mì, xôi (sticky rice), and more. - Cream top: Salted, egg, cheese, pandan, and durian- Sweetness: Regular, less sweet, no sweet- Dairy alternative: Oat milk (no surcharge)Soft opening discount: 20% off Order ahead available on their website.D R I N K S* Pandan Matcha ($6)- Price before discount- Request less sweetCute presentation with a cookie roll but didn't hit. The pandan cream top oddly tasted like bananas in an artificial way, and the matcha was on the weaker side (culinary grade?). Off flavor aside, I've tried pandan matcha several times (at other shops) and IMO, once the two flavors blend, the drink tastes muddled. * Egg Coffee ($6)- Price before discount- Request regular sweetnessCà phê trứng has been all the rage lately and for good reason. This wasn't my drink but I did a taste test and it was eggcellent! A dessert-like coffee, a cup of robust dark brew is topped with a silky eggy foam giving tiramisu vibes. The sweetness of the foam perfectly cuts through the bitterness of the coffee. Wished they offered a decaf version for those who turn into Jessie Spano "I'm so excited..." with coffee. S E R V I C EVery friendly and warm service. Visited on day two of the soft opening so they were still figuring things out. If you're on a time crunch, def recommend ordering ahead online (at the time of my visit, it wasn't live yet). A M B I A N C ECasual cafe with 10-12 tables. Restroom requires a code (noted on your receipt). P A R K I N GLocated at the less hectic side of the plaza, parking was easy.Overall, nice to see Viet coffee shops expanding outside of the E San Jo area. If you're in need of rocket fuel in the Cupertino/West San Jo area, def hit up Phin Cafe!"
"Love this place! Super cute, but it randomly resides in a Yoga studio. The Deets:+ All ingredients are really fresh+ Vegan options available+ Smoothie/Juice mason jars come with your purchase. Bring it back, save moolah! + Acai bowls are super yummy! + Cute trinkets & yoga gear for sale. Shop while drinking coffee, tea, smoothie or eating an acai bowl. GO there! YUM!"
"I can't eat spam so I ordered the Kalua pork plate. Comes with one standard musubi, which I swapped out with colleague for a chicken katsu version. I didn't care for it, but I will like to try the CA roll version next time. The kalua pork was moist but not greasy and not drenched in sauce. Comes with rice and cabbage to make a full meal with various flavor profiles. Right priced, and easy."

I ordered the turkey bacon club, and it was delicious. The only thing missing was my pickle. The pleasant demeanor of the staff, along with his bright smile, made the food taste even better. I'm new to the area and will make this place apart of my breakfast/ lunch rotation.

a disappointing experiencewe got a berry swirl yogurt and unlike most froyo places, they charge per topping. the yogurt itself was alright, but the strawberry swirl tasted very artificial and we didn't end up finishing it. the portions are big and if you're looking for low calorie options- this can be a great place. however, i'll stick to other froyo shops.

Cute ume tea location in santa clara! They had free samples outside and you could get a free drink when signing up for their rewards. I got their taro fresh milk in their bunny surprise cup. I loved the taro flavor, would definitely recommend lowering the sweetness though for all their drinks since they are made super sweet. Ordered quickly from the kiosk and the drink was made pretty fast. Got the penguin frog plushie :))

My new go to spot for sugar cane juice! I never thought I'd find sugar cane as good as Cococane in the Bay but I really do think that this place is spot on. Came here at 8PM on a weekday and this place wasn't busy at all which we loved. The place itself is small but they have quite a few tables inside and outside to sit down. We ordered the regular sugar cane juice as well as the coconut sugar cane juice. The large is priced around $10 which is pretty decent because the large was huge (enough to share for two people). Both drinks were really great and refreshing but the regular sugar cane just stood out to me because of how sweet and fresh it was. We also ordered two different waffles - durian and pandan. These waffles here aren't my favorite. It was a little too crispy and dry for my liking. The durian was actually good in flavor because it wasn't too overpowering. However, I usually like my green waffles soft. We also decided to try the jelly pictured but wasn't too good (not enough flavor). Even though the snacks weren't my favorite, the sugar cane juice is so worth coming for! They also have a bunch of other che desserts which I will probably try next time. Service is fast and friendly as well!

They have covered retail parking free for 2 hours right behind the cafe.Loved the feel of this cafe and it's really close by to where i live. It opens at 9 am which works perfectly for morning coffee for me :) afted i do my amazon returns at the ups next door :pAs you enter the warm interior, you can smell the coffee beans grinding and friendly staff is smiling at you to take your order. They have daily specials and most of their bakery items looked fresh and pricey. It is a self-service cafe so you order at the counter when you enter, keep your receipt if you want to use their wifi code and then go pick up your order when they call your number. After you are done, leave your plates at the designated counter. In $20, i got:- hazelnut cappuccino 5/5 - huge portion size and i usually get it extra hot. You can grab sugar and stirrer from condiments counter- spicy chicken sandwich 4/5 - korean chicken with mozzarella on ciabatta with a small side of vinegar drenched baby spinach leaves Most people sitting here were either working on their laptops or reading their books so it was fairly quiet which i liked. They have a variety of seating areas - indoor benches, regular table/chair, high chairs, breakfast counters and outdoor seating.Clean restrooms is always a plus!

Love the smoothies here, and the online ordering is so convenient. The hours are pretty limited but I'm just glad this place is open at all.So far I've really enjoyed the various coconut milk smoothies. I've tried one or two juices that seemed overly lemony but that won't stop me from trying again.

Sasi is really Amazing! She lives and breathes Herbalife. Of course Sasi does sell Herbalife products for those who want to make their own shakes but after spending a little time in her transformation center I saw how many of her members still prefer her magic touch. I even spoke with a lady who say that when she makes it at home it doesn't come out as good as Sasi's Shakes =)Her positivity is infectious and really motivational.

"Vegan Bistro Donuts is a tasty and reliable option near SJSU campus. I came here on a weekend with my partner and we both loved our experience here. I have been to this cafe a few times, and the donuts are always so delicious. I love all the different flavors they have, and it's awesome how much variety there is. They also make a great Vietnamese coffee and other refreshing drinks. The employees are always very friendly and accommodating to any requests. They also have a discount if you get a half dozen or a dozen donuts, which gives you all the more reason to try as many flavors as you want! My partner isn't vegan, and they were wowed by how delicious the donuts were. The cafe itself is also very relaxed and is a great place to sit and chill for a bit"
"Great service and everything tastes so good!Amazing variety in every category The bingsoo was delicious. Fresh and generous servingThe cruffle.. wow!"
"I love this place. Anthony will make you any one of his many teas, slushes, or Boba drinks from delicious ingredients. He offers amazing fruit combinations that will blow your mind. Most of his offerings have space themed names. My favorite is the Solar Flare, a spicy mango smoothie that is truly "out of this world"!For a limited time, he has a buy two, get one free deal. They are only open Thursday-Sunday, but well worth the wait!"
"Really great find for breakfast! Everyone was very friendly, and the food and service were great. I loved the bacon stick with the Bloody Mary!"
"Came here for the ube waffle - tasty, made with real coconut & ube chunks, slightly sweeter than othersSuggestions: The packaging for the waffle could simply be a waxed coated paper bag instead of a box! It just made the waffle soggy within 5 minutes. I would come back anytime I'm craving a quick snack."
"Very clean nice customer service one person very dry the other very upbeat Food was good and decent and a nice place for kids to hang out in the back ... seems like for teenagers..nice options for drinks and milkshakes and boba.. my son enjoyed it and I would definitely go back they are open a bit late than some"
"Nice spot for studying or working. The staff were nice and the general atmosphere was calm and quiet (it never got too busy/crowded). I ordered the salmon bagel ($12) and hot milk tea ($6). At first, I was hesitant because it looked small from the outside, but I was pleasantly surprised. Will be back!"
"As of today, order online here: https://pos.chowbus.com/online-ordering/store/14826.New online system for ordering and sudden pretty cups for hot drinks!"
"First Time Visit - Great Find in Great Mall!We stumbled upon this adorable boba spot in Great Mall while craving something refreshing. The atmosphere was on point - cute boba place vibes and a grab-and-go kind of setup. What caught my attention was their separate kids menu with caffeine-free options - a big plus! The service was okay, taking about 10-15 minutes, which was reasonable considering the crowd. We ordered:- Brown Sugar Boba Oolong Milk Tea (75% sugar, less ice): Unfortunately, the oolong milk taste didn't quite meet my expectations. If you're new to oolong milk, be aware it's distinct from regular milk. However, the quality and brown sugar boba were amazing!- Ume Boba Milk Tea (light ice, bunny surprise cup, 70% sugar): I opted for this size for the surprise toy, which my toddler loved! The milk tea itself was okay, but not the best I've had.- Brown Sugar Boba Fresh Milk (light ice, whole milk, half sugar, medium size): Ordered from the kids menu for my 4-year-old, and she devoured it! Her absolute favorite!Overall, a great first experience, and we'll be back to try more!Recommended for families with kids!"
"If you're looking for a quick coffee place to make your morning a little better, this is the place for you! I have always supported small businesses during these times but especially Aj's Coffee. And when I say "small" business, I mean..."small"! This place is a cute little drive thru shop in the parking lot of a 7/11. This alone has always caught my attention and made me curious about what kind of coffee they have to offer! I live pretty close to this area and will always pass by so when I finally decided to try it out, it has easily become one of my favorite little coffee spots! Their menu includes flavors like Red Velvet, Oreo, Matcha, their famous "Mad Ajs" and more! Today, I got the Iced Snowy Mocha Latte which is basically their take on a White Mocha and its really good. You can always adjust your coffee to your liking too as I asked for it with Oatmilk and added Caramel drizzle. I got a medium and this coffee takes me a while to drink (meaning it lasts me a long time) which I like so that I can happily drink it throughout the day! A medium is basically a large here compared to other places so keep that in mind!!! My cousin got the Iced Red Velvet Latte (also size medium) and our total came out to $13.75, not too bad imo for pretty big coffees. I really love this place because of how convenient it is, how quick they are, and how much variety they have on their menu. I want to try out so many things they have because their flavors are super eye catching. Their staff is always super sweet too. Definitely a must to stop by here if youre in the area!!!"
"This was such a pretty cafe! I was in dire need of a matcha anything in the area and chose to stop by here! They have kiosks at the front for you to place your order and then your number is called. It would have been nice to see someone and order, BUT also after traveling, it was nice to just get in and get out.I ordered their Dirty Matcha Latte with boba. I ordered with just 75% sweetness, but I probably could have gone down to 50%. This was still VERY good and even though it's very chilly and windy, it was still refreshing."
"Expect to wait in your car but worth the long wait. Food is cooked to order and they are busy. There is no indoor eating but the food is amazing. The Mexican corn was in a cup so it was an EH for me because it tasted like canned corn. My smoothie was the best it did not taste like it had a bunch of syrup and the Crepe was AMAZING!!!! Worth the 50 min drive"
"Pop Up Tea is hands-down my new favorite boba spot! The moment you walk in, you're greeted with the coziest vibe and friendliest staff. Their drinks are delicious & Who doesn't love a boba shop that's Instagram-worthy and tasty? They got a area decorated with cute Christmas decor where you can take selfies The menu has such a fun variety, and everything I've tried so far has been amazing! Their house milk tea is perfectly sweet and creamy, and the egg pudding is also a great topping. I also love their avocado smoothie with ice cream so creamy, like a sip of happiness! What really makes Pop Up Tea stand out is the little details: thoughtful customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay and sip all day.If you're in San Jose and craving boba, you have to pop by Pop Up Tea. It's a total 10/10 experience every time!"
"You can't go wrong with a Wintermelon Drink from Gong Cha! Fresh milk, half sweet, and less ice is my perfect order. A medium size for less than $5? Pretty good! This is also a decaffeinated drink, which is great for kids and late-night boba runs (they close at 9 PM). This was my go-to boba chain while in college, so I'm happy to see this location open up. Their prices are fair and the baristas work quickly. My order was prepared in just a minute!"
"I've been enjoying black sesame lately so I had to try their black sesame drink here. One reviewer said they opted for 50% sweetness, but it was still sweet for them so I went a tad lower.HEY SESAME: The black sesame flavor shines as it should! I liked the oat whipped cream on top, but it doesn't add much since the drink is already creamy and dessert-like. It's a blended milk that's has a nutty and smooth mouthfeel. The drink description notes that there's both black sesame and peanuts fyi. Got it at 30% sweetness, but will get 0% next time!"
"If you are looking for refreshing fruity tea drinks (aside from visiting Sunright Tea) head your way to Macu Tea. I love their grape smoothie with their tea jelly. the tea jelly is SO SO good. i have yet to find another place that has tea jelly. the tea jelly is so soft and the flavor of green tea in the jelly is so strong -- just makes the drink that much better with it. i'm not too crazy for the crystal boba, so i always ask to substitute it for tea jelly instead. their mango is also very delicious as well but my heart always goes back to Grape flavored one. i don't get the one with the cream on top but if you like those cheese top, do try it! i am waiting for Macu to expand to other cities like in Dublin!"
"Liquid gold is really tasty, though the 50% sugar level still tastes really sweet. The boba also are not as Q as I'm used to. It's a solid spot given lack of other nearby options. They make the boba very fast and can get through a lot of drinks in a short amount of time."
"Current sale going on for Banh Mi: Buy 4 Get 1 Free.As of 4/1/24, there will be another sale of Buy 2 Get 1 Free on all Banh Mi or Pate Chaud.I stopped by specifically due to pate chaud cravings. With Cali Sandwiches being in the same complex I was already in, why the hell not??!!What initially should have been a purchase of 1 pork pate chaud and 1 chicken pate chaud ended up being:5 Assorted Vietnamese Baguette1 Pork Pate Chaud1 Chicken Pate Chaud1 Cup of YogurtTo be honest, the Banh mi is mid. Flavors are lacking, literally. It's missing that extra bit of umph I need to make this place stand out above the rest. With that being said, the bread making skills here are fantastic- crisp yet fluffy in all the right places. Overall the sandwiches are not bad, they're just not great. The pate chaud isn't overwhelmingly oily and flavors are good. Yogurt was by far the best item purchased. I'd come here again specifically for that. 3 stars for the food but one added star for the service. Staff is super friendly, they are extremely patient, and presentation is EVERYTHING- they really take that extra bit of time to make sure your purchases are neatly sealed."
"The staff is always so polite and quick. It gets pretty full and loud in the evenings so I don't consider it an ideal work/studying place, but it's always good for a quick drink & bite. They do however have plenty of outlets available to connect your charger to. Can't say much about the food cause i've only tried the fries, but the fries are always fresh and crispy and well seasoned! My fave spot for brown sugar boba!"
"Very quiet and cute cafe, with less noise and traffic than the big chains. The staff was friendly and service was quick. The chai latte was divine; it tasted like warm gingerbread. Great place to sit and read with a cup of something warm."
"Gelato here is sooooo good! I had 2 scoops of the banana nut flavor. Delish! I also tried the funnel cake for the first time. Worth trying if you like funnel cakes, they're pretty good!"
"I ordered blossom jasmine milk tea, and it was pretty good. Customer service was pretty good since drinks came out quick. The shop also had a lot of cute decorations so if you're in the area, definitely check it out. It's also one fit he few boba places that open late at night"
"First time here at Aroma coffee. The lady who took our order was very nice and she offer to let me try their new flavors which coconut. Their place is nice and clean. The place os small but welcoming Our drinks were Durian coffee , Egg coffee and Coconut coffee. Overall these coffee was very good."
