"I'm SHOOKETH that Churros El Guero was the stand out star vendor of our wedding this weekend, and had to gush about them immediately to let the world know! Summary: We had a wedding of about 150 people and served churros as one of our late night snacks. Guests were RAVING about these... to the point of stopping me on the dance floor to be like "dude wtf why are the churros so good" and "hey man! churros are fire- better than Disneyland!" instead of gushing about my marriage bwahaha. Churro Offerings: The churros were made fresh at the cart and were hot and crispy. They served 4 flavor choices for our guests: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and caramel. They even made heart shaped churros for us newlyweds which were AMAZING! They also tasted so fresh and in my opinion were truly better than any Disneyland churro or anything I've tried in Spain/Mexico! Note for those hiring them for weddings or events: GET THE CART instead of the tray of churros delivered! This was such a crowdpleaser and the freshness and customization of each churro is what made guests really happy and excited.Business: Carlos was very easy to work with. We went back and forth via email to work out the logistics and he was able to generate an invoice so I understood exactly when, how, and how much to pay them. The cart arrived on schedule and served churros without a hitch. When I hit my churro limit, they also allowed me to purchase more in real time via some quick calls to Carlos, which was nice of them. Appreciate their flexibility here as guests loved this so much that they went back for seconds!! Pricing: Pricing was extremely fair given the late night hour of our service. The final price of bringing a whole cart to make ready-to-order churros was much cheaper than asking our venue to put out milk and cookies on a tray and way cheaper than getting most other dessert bar offerings catered in.Overall I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a churro fix, especially those considering them for weddings.Thank you Churros El Guero for making our wedding night so memorable and delicious! I'll definitely hire them in the future and can't wait to eat their churros every anniversary!"
"Wow! I found Eggmania through a Yelp email blast featuring "Hot New Restaurants Near You". Eggs are my favorite protein and in our family we love Indian restaurants of all types and geographies. I'd been meaning to try a similarly egg-themed Indian restaurant in San Jose, but the Eggmania menu jumped out at me for all its egg-centric sandwich, wrap, rice, and curry options. For my first visit, I tried the Egg Peri Peri sandwich and the Egg Masala sandwich by going splitsies with my 14 y.o. son. We asked to dial back the spice level a bit, yet both, especially the Egg Peri Peri, still had a decent kick. Between the two, we both preferred the Egg Masala, which seemed to feature the egg more and was actually pretty darn awesome. I also grabbed a mango lassi for the road which is always a fave as well. The Eggmania setup is also interesting. Prateek, one of the owners, took my order. He has a tech job by day and moonlights at Eggmania. Eggmania is a franchise that started in New Jersey and now also has locations in Ontario (Canada), Massachusetts, Pennsylania, Maryland, Virginia, Georgia and Texas. Prateek's local Eggmania operates out of a vacant lot with a food truck trailer, which only recently moved to this location. They are starting with the truck but I see a beautiful brick and mortar restaurant space in their future. Plus their setup with shade, seating and even fun board games, is pretty sweet. Prateek was really friendly, his passion for food and his business was unmistakable and I'm really rooting for him and his partners. Plus this isn't charity- like their story, their food is awesome."
"From the outside, it's not clear right away this is an Asian milk tea shop. The sign outside offered Vietnamese coffee and that's why I went it. They were out of Vietnamese coffee.I had the mango Royal Tea and it was pretty good. I got the 30% sweetness and it was a little bit sweet but they didn't have a lower option other than 0%.Prices were a little high for a drink with no boba or fruit bits. But this is Los Gatos and there's not many options. Drink came out super fast. There's another tea place near Kirk and Branham that is a better value."

Found this dessert stand at the Viva CalleSJ event this past Sunday and couldn't resist its delicious offerings of heart shaped churros covered in cinnamon and sugar and stuffed churros filled with various flavored sauces and creams (caramel, strawberry, vanilla, chocolate). I, of course, got the chocolate stuffed churro, and it was fresh tasting, crispy on the outside, light and fluffy inside, coated in cinnamon and sugar, chocolate filling oozing out of the fried pastry, a party for my taste buds. All for just three bucks, plus they accepted credit card payments. Service was sufficient with minimal wait time. Quick and convenient, and a yummy treat. I was a happy customer :)

Eggmania is a popular food truck in Sunnyvale, specializing in Indian street-style, egg themed dishes. It's located near other food trucks in the area (Everest Momo) and is close by the Indian grocery store, Apni Mandi. This business accepts Apple Pay as well. The owners are super nice and involved with their customer base. They were having a game night collaboration with owners of desi created board game group as a way to engage the community. The creators of the board games advertised and encouraged customers to play Desi Feud (a twist on family feud) and Raja Manthri Chor Siphai.Additionally, the food truck was well decorated and relatively neat inside. There's a few tables to eat on outdoors but are mostly used to play board games as well. Parking in the area is relatively easy as there's many lots nearby the food truck too.The food itself was flavorful and packed with heat. We ordered 2 popular dishes which were highly recommended by the owner and the chili guava beverage. The egg peri peri sandwich was an 8/10 - it was pressed well, there was a good ratio of filling to bread, and the flavor was balanced with the eggs. The Leela Lasun Keema wasn't my favorite but it is highly rated. The shredded egg curry was spicy, served with 3 buttery slices of toasted white walmart bread - I'd rate it a 5.5/10. The chili guava drink was refreshing and is comparable to hajmola flavored pani puri water. You get a free salted brownie bite by reviewing on Google/Yelp and 10% off your next order if you follow them on Insta. Overall, the vibe was good and was a great one-time experience in Sunnyvale since it was a little expensive for a food truck/the quantity of food. I'd recommend it to someone looking for an after work bite with their co-workers or someone new to the Bay Area looking to make desi friends.

this unassuming hole in a wall is cranking out deliciousness as quickly as they can with tiny skeleton crew of young adults. I am slowly making my through their menu and I have yet to be disappointed. Every item has been a touch more impressive than the other .... from the mango tea to the salt and pepper fried tofu..... this place is a treasure.... I wish their customers were a bit more patient with them when they draw a crowd....

I visit the Hollys Crepes stand every Sunday morning at the Princeton Plaza Farmer Market. The Happy Sweet Nutella crepe is what brings me back each week. It's absolutely delicious. They serve the food quickly, too.

"Been loving crepes for almost a decade and I haven't found my new favorite place in years, but this place might be it! FOOD: Ordered the Happy Sweet Nutella and it was everything I would hope for! A big crepe that did not skim out on fruit (both inside and on top), which I haven't seen at any legit brunch place in the south bay I've been to so far. The batter itself was good and wasn't soggy--a good balance of crisp and softness. There was also a lot of Nutella inside, but not so much that it was overwhelming. Also, a small cup of chocolate syrup was given on the side. Overall, 5/5! SERVICE: My boyfriend did all the interaction and he said the lady was super sweet and friendly. The food was made within 5 mins, so very quick! They also accept cash or card. LOCATION: It's located in a small plaza with its own parking lot. It was a bit difficult to find since it's not a typical shop or restaurant. You'd see a few bulletin boards, which will have the shop's menu on there as well as others restaurants. Then you'll see a door with a small doorbell. It looked closed, but you just have to ring the doorbell and someone will come and take your order!"
