"Had the pleasure to try this place after touring the Google Visitor Experience Cafe! It's about a 6 minute drive from there. Lots of parking spots. We arrived around 12:30 pm and we were sat immediately. Not that many people at first, but it was packed when we left. A homey intimate diner with personality and class. There was a miscommunication with my order because I ordered the chicken fried steak entree but my waiter interpreted it as the side order. Not much a problem but I waited about 10 more minutes until my full order was fulfilled with the accompanying sides of French roll, cole slaw, and French fries. It was very filling that's for sure. The gravy on the steak wasn't gritty but had a smooth texture and creamy savory taste that made the meat easier to chew on and enhanced the flavor. The cole slaw was okay since I wished it had more seasoning. The French fries were a bit dry so I had to season it with lots of salt and pepper. The French roll was toasted to perfection with a good amount of butter on top. Great brunch/breakfast spot in Mountain View!"

"It's a stable in the community. I've been here a handful of times. It's a cafeteria style, so line up and order and pay at the end of them plating your food. Huge space. Great for big parties - make reservations. Great bar too. Saturdays are known for their prime rib meal which is about $26. Come early - for lunch or afternoon because by dinner time you risk of it being by sold out. I love their corned beef dinner meal. It comes with mashed potatoes, dinner roll and a side and it's $19. You can mix meats if it's the price, which was nice since I got to try pastrami too! Prepare for food coma, cause this place is quite filling. The service is good. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The bar makes a good hot toddy!"

Their back patio is lovely, when it is open.My partner loves the oatmeal waffle and oatmeal pancake with fresh house-made blueberry sauce, which is usually his go-to. Their vegetarian benedicts are terrific with great flavor combinations and well cooked eggs. Lately, I have been a huge fan of the turkey pesto melt, which has house-roasted delicious turkey.Service is a little thin, post-pandemic, but they are making it work juggling the online orders and full tables of customers. As always, the servers are pleasant."

"I introduced my friends to Rosy's when they wanted to take me out for my birthday. I tried the Chile Verde Omelet with extra crispy hash browns and English muffins and it was great. One of my friends ordered the Chicken Fajita Omelet with the same sides and she told Jaimie, our waitress, and owner's daughter, that it was one of her best breakfasts. Another friend enjoyed her Strawberry/Banana smoothie and another enjoyed her Huevos la Mexicana, though she wished she ordered the hashbrowns instead of "home fries" since they were kind of plain. I enjoy potatoes like that if they add onion and green peppers. We enjoyed our coffees with refills. The prices have gone up but so have all the other restaurants and this in comparison seems reasonable."

"Decided to try a new breakfast spot and found Amy's Grill on Yelp. It's in the same shopping center as Fitness 19, Sonic, and Grocery Outlet. There's plenty of parking available since it's in a big shopping center. They have about 5-7 tables outside in their patio and about 6-8 tables inside the small restaurant. I went on a Saturday morning around 10 am and was greeted and seated instantly. I got the Veggie Omelette with Cheese which comes with bell peppers, onions, spinach, and mushrooms. It comes with hash browns or hot fries which are like country potatoes and toast. I got the hash browns and after tasting the hot fries I wish I would've ordered those as they had lemon pepper seasoning and were really crispy. The omelette plate was a perfect serving for myself, but compared to other restaurants it was smaller so if you are super hungry it might not be enough. I did wish they had hot sauce besides tapatío that paired with the omelette to give it a bit more taste. My sister-in-law liked her strawberry banana waffle which looked delicious. The staff were really nice and attentive the entire time and the food arrived pretty fast. If you want a normal breakfast I would recommend Amy's. On a beautiful day it would be nice to sit outside and enjoy breakfast. I will definitely be returning in the future and would recommend to friends and family's. Check them out!"

"Soooooo this was my first time at this particular Santa Clara, Eureka location! I went to the Cupertino location years ago and one along the peninsula. I want to say a year ago for Halloween special, but I could be wrong if that wasn't this restaurant. Nevertheless, with my lovely annoying food allergy to monos sodium glucosamine/MSG, the only thing the server could actually offer me was a grilled piece of chicken. Lol.Family the bacon burger with onion rings as well as the pastrami quesadilla and my niece got a macaroni and cheese! She's incredibly picky when it comes to macaroni and cheese, so I was really happy. She was able to eat it and it wasn't too creamy/cheesy for her. Lol , no pun intended!Overall, the server was incredibly nice when we first were seated with a lady yet something happened after she got our drink order and she switched tables yet she never made mention of this to us and we had a very responsible, attentive gentleman service next, but he had a very soft spoken voice, so it was hard to hear him over the trance/Vegas style music blaring above our heads. Lol.Overall, I'm sure this place is a good hangout spot to watch a game and get a drink. Happy hour deals. Just check their menu ahead of time, but for me and my annoying monosodium glutamate/MSG food, allergies I couldn't really eat anything but I loved my cider beer! Lol"

We always go for the salmon Benedict, Belgian waffle (add whip cream and strawberries) and mimosas. + Quick & friendly service. Once you order, it is super quick turnaround. Everyone is very nice!! There can be a wait to be seated on the weekends but it moves pretty quickly. Probably the longest I've waited for a large party is 15 min or so. I usually get a scramble or an omelette, and a single pancake on the side. I recommend the fresh orange juice and the garlic fries. One thing - I wish they had an espresso machine so I could get lattes! They only have black drip coffee. But this may be asking too much of a diner."

I asked Horacio for a small piece of foil for the shrimp tails and showed him a video of a couple of opossums that come through the backyard nightly... At least one of us orders their fish and chips every time we go and they even had a prime rib special the last time we were there. Spam fries are also another fun order.Drinks are standard but good. They used to have a spiked hot cider that I loved and the beer selection is big. Also, if you're there right at 5PM, make sure to take advantage of their whiskey special. IYKYK."

The service was great--the workers were very polite and patient when it came to us choosing what to order. They always refilled our waters without us asking which was really nice to see! The ambiance inside was casual, except I didn't really pay too much attention to my surroundings since I was really hungry! I decided to order their Rasp n' Cream crepes for around $14. It was really good, however, after 2 crepes I couldn't finish the last one! It was pretty filling in my opinion for breakfast and it satisfied my sweet tooth. The almonds added a nice crunch to it! The menu was limited--wisely based on the crowd size--but there were still plenty of food options, including the Irish standards. We shared the shepherd's pie and, because we were concerned that the pie wouldn't be big enough for two, we ordered the corned beef fries starter. We needn't have worried. The pie was plenty big, but the fries were so good we ate those as well. Our friend had the fish and chips and pronounced it as good as always. The beer selection at Fibbars is always good with several options of many varieties including ipas, dale's, loggers, pilsner's, stouts, and sours and fruited beer. Not to mention ciders. Most of the beers stay the same, but they introduce new ones frequently enough to make it interesting. My wife had a Pliny, which she always enjoys and I had a Mango Cart wheat beer. It was delicious as always. Our friend had the nitro red stout, which was very tasty and something I might get next time we go.Last but not least, the service is always friendly and helpful."

I thought she was going to drop off something to a table/customer and came back. But she didn't. She actually passed looked at the host stand and kept walking.
