Breaktime Tea

While downtown at the Campbell farmers market I decided I wanted boba. First thing in noticed when walking in was the decor and the mood lighting. The space is relatively small with just a handful of tables but clean and inviting.I was greeted with a smile when I walked in, even with a couple in front of me. They have a relatively simple menu that was easy to read.I ordered a mango green milk tea with honey boba and mango stars, along with some sweet potato fries.The milk tea was great, with just the right amount of sweetness and I throughly enjoyed my toppings. The sweet potato fries, while hot, left something to be desired. They seemed almost not cooked enough and could use a bit of salt. Over all though, I enjoyed myself and wouldn't mind going back to try out some other teas.I need to add because I just noticed! I love the cup that I received my drink in. It looks reusable.

Small cozy hang with breakfast combos and of course tea! Not cheap but nothing on Campbell is cheap! It's just a nice addition to downtown and deserves some foot traffic. The teas are good , servers friendly! Let's go

Came here on a Sunday afternoon after a long walk around Campbell park and we wanted something refreshing to drink. Breaktime Tea is conveniently located in Downtown Campbell where there are other shops to visit and a farmer's market. The menu was easy to order from and the drinks came out almost instantly! We didn't stay but seems like it's a good work/study spot because we saw a couple people working/studying.

My kids tried this spot and really enjoyed it. We had the chicken and classic milk tea. The chicken was not greasy and not over seasoned. Taste was great! They also don't use msg on the chicken. The milk tea was good and tastes like they use high quality teas leaves. They make the syrup in house but don't have any sugar free options. Overall great little spot with good service and so far great tea and food. Will be back to try some more items on the menu.

Visited at 9pm on a Saturday night and there were a few people hanging out here. I'm a frequent visitor of the SJ location, but this was my first time in the Campbell location. It was a lot cleaner and quieter than the SJ location and I liked the interior decor and Christmas decorations they put up as well. I ordered a passionfruit green tea (50% sweet) and the barista made it on the spot. Parking is difficult to find in downtown Campbell, but there is a free parking garage right behind this building. Definitely a cute place to check out if you're craving boba.

I've been to this particular location a few times with friends and after work for a quick pick me up when I have some after work meetings/events to attend. Consistent flavor to the milk teas and friendly staff, but the flavors tend to be on the lighter side even with added on extras. Nice, relaxing atmosphere for getting some work done if you decide to stay and hang out at the shop. Overall, not bad for a quick tea break if you're in the area, but I wouldn't drive out of my way for it.

I have never been into boba. Shocking I know! I'm embarrassed to say it was so... noticed how I said so. I was introduced to boba late in life and since then every place I have tried has been ok but when I found this gem located in downtown campbell I am obsessed. I came in one day and asked if there was a mocha boba and the young girl who helped me said no but suggested I order a milk tea boba with mocha sauce that she would add. I tried it and it was heaven in a cup! Perfect sweetness and blend of milk tea I drank it so fast I didn't even realize it was almost gone. Since this intro day I have been there about 15 times and have brought family members to treat. I will be back again converting another family member to the boba train soon!!

Dairy free milk teas and milk alternatives(soy milk and almond milk). This is my favorite tea spot. All of their milk teas are dairy free but you can also order them with milk alternatives. Favorites include the classic, peach, and okinawa milk teas. I've also tried the chicken and fried cheese sticks, both delicious. Service is quick, and the inside has plenty of seating with a quiet study like vibe.

I'm not sure how Breaktime Tea has such good reviews, as my experience was underwhelming. With inflation being so real, paying around $7.50 for a boba tea without boba feels outrageous. The drinks were nothing special--I ordered a roasted oolong milk tea and a tiramisu milk tea with foam, and both were rather flavorless.The shop is located in downtown Campbell, where parking can be limited. I was visiting the nearby park and walked over from there. While the bathroom was exceptionally clean, I can't say the same with confidence about the rest of the shop. It seems most folks come here for the food rather than the beverages. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend Breaktime Tea, as there are so many better alternatives.

This location is a bit smaller than the SJSU one, but it is the perfect air conditioned haven while walking around Downtown Campbell. Their tables also conveniently have wireless chargers.
