absolutely horrible service from people who cannot speak english and hang up the phone on you.

A wide variety of alcohol, tobacco, and snacks with friendly staff. Everything is a decent price.

To the personable dude working the counter last Friday night (10/21) at around 6:30p, thanks for being super cool and thanks for the great customer service! Before heading to dinner at Rice &Spoon next door (Favorite Vietnamese Spot!), we decided to make a pit stop into Bob's to pick up a handle for the night's festivities. When my hubster asked for a bottle of Jameson, the nice guy behind the counter asked, "Chilled? Or unchilled?" I had to check him and say what?...because we've never been asked that before! How awesome is that, that they sell CHILLED bottles of some fan favorites, and Jamo is one of them! I mean, who likes taking shots warm? Not I, said the fly. So this option of having a chilled bottle ready for purchase, is like royalty status in my book. Of course, we opted for the chilled and purchased the bottle, plus a couple lotto tickets and a super hipster high quality beanie- one that would find at some high end hipster store, totally legit for only $5! It seems that Bob's Liquor has it all. Talk 'bout one stop shop!

I come here whenever I need to replinish my ice at work or if one of the lottos is high.Today I decided to play Powerball, $2 per ticket. I had just come from the bank and only had $20 bills. I handed her a $20 and and told her one PB. She asked me if I had anything smaller because it would be tight. I pulled out the other $20s to show that I only had $20s. She told me that she could refuse me and I said yes, you can. While she was saying that, she printed the PB ticket, placed it on the register and handed me my $20 back. Then she walked over to another register to make change. While she was walking over there I extended the $20 and said, you don't want to forget payment. That didn't register with her.She then handed me the $15 in change. At this point, I don't have my $2 PB, but I have a $15 profit for just walking into the place. She handed me the PB and this time I was able to convince her that she was entitled to the $20. She finally realized what she had done and said, "Oh, SH*T!". The other customer who had witnessed the whole thing just laughed.She isn't the owner, but I do hope that she is more careful in the future.

Bob's Discount Liquors is crammed with booze, wines galore, all priced. microbrews, mainstream beers just a few priced with teaser sticker low pricing. other pricing seem high or nonapparent.chips (1.49) priced same as drug stores.buys: modelo especial(24 oz, 2.99)-smooth mex brew, much better than coors-pricey?on draught.-scanner checkoutnot arbritrary pricing, only regulars know if pricing is fair...-nice selectiion of microbrews-parking lot small.

Know the family/owners since my parents house is down the street and I use to always go here and still do when I drive 10 mins to see my parents or am in the area. Cool ass owners I tell ya! They pretty much run that block and always use to greet me with a smile and know what I'd be buying! But obviously they're big ballers now because they have people working for them who I must say are no where near as friendly as they are and it makes me sad to come in and I get no welcoming hi and small talk. =( But kudos to them to be able to relax and pay others to work for them!Best part is they don't overcharge for their alcohol and always keep a good stock of everything. Also they aren't stingy if you're a few cents or dollars short. Long as you're a regular. ;)Verdict: My fav liquor store. Only wish the brother in laws were still there!

Nice friendly people with good customer service skills. Also enjoyed the large selection of tequila they have in stock, from BuzzBallz to Girly Magazines they got it. I will be coming here again soon.

Bob no longer owns this location, it's been sold but the people here now are friendly. They have a wide range of liquors and snacks here. It's situated on Jarvis next to a laundry room and a restaurant. I like coming here because they sale Fat Tire (most liquor stores in the area don't carry it). There is a $.50 fee for using your card if under $10.00.

Been coming to this place my whole life. Always friendly folks running the register and would always help me find what I need.
