I don't know how long it's been going on or how long it will continue, but they're currently running a BOGO special (buy 1 get 1 free) so I say - GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!The cashier was very friendly & she made the drinks quickly. They do have a code for the restroom & the code is printed on the bottom of your receipt. The only thing I'm bummed about was I didn't get to try any of their snacks and definitely will be trying them next time we're back.

The bánh khot was very interesting - light and crunchy! Came with all veggies and dipping sauce. Popping it in the air fryer will freshen up the crunch! Would buy again - ;)

Absolutely love this Cute Cozy Boba shop!!! I have been here couple of times now. Lovely and Nice Interior Inside!!! Great location next to Huong Lan Sandwich on King and Tully. Drinks are Unique, Great Flavors, Perfect, and on point to my liking! They also offers Awesome Snacks option too! Some of the Vietnamese specialties and mouthwatering looking items includes the Ban Mi Sandwiches, Spring Rolls, Spicy Crab Meat Fries, Mini Shrimp Pancakes, Takoyaki Octopus Balls, Popcorn/Chicken Wings, and many more!!! I am definitely looking forward to try some of these on my next visit back. I Absolutely Highly recommended!!!

You buy 2 and get 1 free. Makes it about 5.75 a drink. The drinks taste fine. My taro smoothie was fine. They make them kinda slow, but that's OK too. I got the coffee and matcha. You see, I go to so many tea places there's none that really stand out. The deal here isn't that great but saving a little money is better than not saving.

While waiting for my sister in-law to get sandwiches at Huong Lan, I decided to stop by Boba Love specifically for their Banh Khot. I always pass by this place and have been meaning to try since I love banh khot. Their huge banner with a picture of their banh khot up front definitely captured my attention. Great marketing lol!I'm used to the banh khot with turmeric so this "Vung Tau" style banh khot is quite new and different to me.For $14.50 an order, you get pretty big portion of the banh khot not to mention a GENEROUS portion of a variety of veggies to wrap in. Instead of your typical pickled carrots and daikon, they give you fresh shredded carrots and papaya, which I actually really enjoyed.The banh khot batter wasn't too flavorful, however it was light and crispy! It stayed crispy long after I purchase it. Combined, with the savory flavors of the shrimp and scallion oil, dipped in fish sauce it was pretty good! Fish sauce was okay. You definitely should add in their chili peppers to add more depth to the flavors and give it a kick.Overall, it was fast, tasty, had good portions, good service, and ultimately worth the price. I would come back again for their banh khot and perhaps explore more items on the menu. It's a small shop and definitely deserves more support.

I love bánh khọt here. It is the best. The place is new, cleaning, with nice decor. The owner is super tentative to customers.

Pro's:-Buy 2 drinks, get one free any time-Portion sizes are generous -Very friendly service -Fruit teas are flavorful even at 50% sweetCon's:I was a little disappointed in the food considering how delicious it looked when it was served to us. it almost looked like we had ordered meals from a restaurant lol. The popcorn chicken was a bit over cooked and dry. Even dipping it in the sauce was a bit tough to bite into. The fries also looked promising, but some of the fries were cold and hard. The sauce and crab meat definitely helped out though. I wish I could have given this place a higher review, but I would want to come back again and give their snacks another try .

the banh khot here is almost life changing!! after trying it from here, i stopped going anywhere else. the banh khot is sooo crispy (even after an hour later) and it didn't feel or taste greasy at all. sometimes i don't even wrap it, i just eat it like a snack. i introduced this to my family and friends and everyone loved it! they do party trays (you might have to call ahead of time) and also sell other party foods. must get if you're here. the boba drinks are not bad (not the best though). i've only tried their fruit drinks and they allow you to adjust sweetness to all drinks. they do buy 2 get 1 drink free so that's a nice bonus (: the service is always really good when i come here. i've never dined in but everyone who took my order was very patient with me and super nice. the place itself is kind of small and maybe only 3 tables but there's never a wait and the restaurant is never full.

Updating my post to mention their drinks and service. It looks like there is an ongoing promotion for buy 2 drinks, get one free as advertised on the banner outside. I called in for 3 orders of their banh khot and appreciate their accommodation on Christmas Eve since they mentioned they were really booked with orders.Their drinks may seem pricey, but most of the fruit teas and milk teas already include 1-2 toppings. And if you take advantage of the current promotion, it's actually a good deal. Tip for the fruit tea: at 0% sugar, the drinks are still sweet (especially if there's any toppings) so be aware. If you truly want a less sweet drink, I'd ask for them to reduce the fruit syrup as well. Both the green and black tea based drinks are light in tea flavor, but still present.
