I'm thinking I love this place! It's a go to spot when in the area. Decent prices, ok street parking, and shareable. One of those pizzas that have good crust, good sauce, and good placement of ingredients; and a good place to watch the world go by while eating. I can eat 3 slices unnoticed. Good NY style pizza with nothing too fancy. Staff is friendly. They'll bring out water after you order at the desk. They have hot honey too, for an extra cost. It's a small place with not that much seating though. I never seen it get too crowded around 5 or 6pm.

The service is courteous, thoughtful and readily available after serving food. The space is small and cozy, clean and has an upbeat but not overwhelming music selection.Though my partner and I wanted to like the food more, it was only mediocre. The ingredients on our pizza didn't taste so fresh, and the crust was overwhelmed by the greasy weight of the cheese/other toppings.

Found this place on Yelp and decided to stop by. Location has lots of street parking and the inside has lots of seating and framed posters on the wall -- good vibes. We came on a random weekday maybe an hour or two after they opened and we were the only customers in the restaurant but there were people coming in for to-go orders.We decided to try the pizza Margherita and the MoMo, we asked for no jalapeños. We loved both but my personal favorite was the Momo. The Momo looks plain but it was so good especially with the hot honey drizzled on top. The pizzas were filling but light -- not the greasy kind that makes you feel disgusting afterwards. We highly recommend if you've been on the fence about trying this place! We will be back to try the rest of their menu.

First time. The photo attached to the online ordering menu is a little deceiving. The pizza is actually covered in spinach. The photo displays green bell peppers...but the description is clear of what's on there. I got a 16" with +$3.00 vegan cheese. I asked for half and half: half with only vegan cheese. Please d0uble slice thanks. I get the order they did the whole pie as a garden veggie and did the cheese under the veggies as a half vegan cheese, half regular cheese. Half and half is what it is. One half this and one half that. One half garden veggie - other half only vegan cheese. I waited while they remade the pizza. For people that are 100% plant based, there is a possibility you may get have some bits of dairy here and there. For the first time- It was aiiggght! After my second slice I got a slight headache... I hate feeling bad after I eat. Hence the reason for the one .

Wow I was quite shocked and amazed. I've lived in Oakland for years and I never knew this place existed. Had pizza here tonight for the first time and it was fantastic. Service also great. Do not leave anything visible in your car or it will be stolen. Simple dining room but very clean.

We ordered through doordash, and was pleasantly surprised by how good delivered pizza could taste. The crust was thin with a slightly chewy texture. Their tomato sauce is really flavorful and provided a great base for all the yummy ingredients on top. They also have oven-baked wings in either plain or hot buffalo sauce. The buffalo sauce ones were too spicy for me, but if you like hot wings, these are for you. The plain wings were delicious and juicy. We also got some garlic bread, which was crispy and buttery. Overall, a delicious pizza that I'd order from again. (Sorry for the half eaten food pics. We couldn't wait lol.)

I like their pizza so much that I gave in and ordered the MOMO (pineapple, pepperoni, and jalapeño on a ricotta-based white sauce). Yes it was also because they say they donate part of those proceeds to a local animal rescue org, but it's actually pretty bomb. I've also ordered the regular pep and their cherry tomato pizza, all bangers. You can't go wrong!I've ordered in store once and they were very friendly. I've also had their dessert, and the cannoli is dope too. No complaints! Awesome addition to the local grub spots.

The supreme and the BrooklynBoth are incredibleServed hot!I like the layout of the place, and the location but parking can sometimes be harder to find. Among top choices for pizza in the east bay.

A pleasant surprise find in Oakland on New Year's Day. Real NY style pizza on the west coast. We ordered the New York pizza pie $26 (large - 8 slices). Plenty to take home. Reasonably priced. Choice of Medium and Large size pizza pies. Pizza was not being sold by the slice at this time. A decent variety in bottled micro brews. No beers on tap. The service was friendly and very welcoming. So many orders were for pickup this day, but the seating was adequate and could easily accommodate a party of 4-6ppl.The restaurant was very clean. Also, the neighborhood felt safe and was clean. We found street parking right in front of the restaurant. I would easily come again when in the area or wanting some NY style pizza.

Was in the mood for a local pizza joint while visiting Oakland, California. The reviews look good on this place so I decided to go pick one up. Not in the greatest neighborhood and very hard to find, parking is very limited out front. I ordered a small sausage and pepperoni. It wasn't bad, but it was very light on ingredients and it wasn't worth the $25 price tag. The store was nice inside even though it was small and Service was friendly and quick. Would have given a four if it wasn't for the price and the lack of ingredients. regretfully, I forgot to get pictures.
