Any diner or brunch place that serves chicken and waffles is automatically goin to be up there for me in terms of best breakfast spots I've had. I had the chicken and waffles and hash brown skillet. Chicken and waffles- The chicken was delicious! Nicely seasoned and perfectly crispy. Smothered in syrup made me yearn for the perfect blend of savory, sweet, and crispiness even more. The chicken was juicy and not dry at all. The chicken all came with dark meat, wing, drumstick, and thigh. The waffle was soft, but could be a tiny bit crispier. Overall, I would order this a hundred times over.Hash brown skillet - This was okay. The hashbrowns were decent but they seemed a bit too soft and a tiny bit soggy. It came with two eggs over easy and was loaded with sour cream, bacon, and other toppings. Flavor was definitely on point though.

Bill's Cafe has been a staple breakfast for my friends, family and I. Food has always been consistently good and service is fast!I got the Hash Brown Skillet and my mom got the Mexicali Benedict. Both were incredible! The Skillet was savory and cheesy with tons of hash brown, i would ask to get the hash brown crispy if you enjoy more of a crunch! The Mexicali Benedict was a first and really delicious! They got the carnitas right, just salty enough and tender! We also got the cinnamon roll pancakes (not pictured), sweet and filling!

Typical breakfast place serving delicious food. Huevos Rancheros was really good. Eggs Benedict is as good as it gets. We loved Hazelnut Mocha, "Adult coffee" with a generous amount of Bailey's in it. Veggie skillet was okay, there was too much potato and very few veggies. Weekends are usually crowded with longer wait times but definitely worth the wait. Also a beautiful place.

I came here on a Thursday morning, around 9 AM, and it was pretty busy! Considering it's a holiday break, there was no wait and we were seated immediately. They still had their holiday decor up, and it's a very large space so there's no overcrowding at all. I ordered the Fitness Group Omelette (for the protein goals of course) and it came with a side of fresh fruit and (optional buttered) toast. It took around 10 minutes to come out, with the toast following soon after the main dish. I'd give the taste a 6/10- the omelette itself was very bland and the ingredients inside of it were sparse. It was probably like 80% egg white, 10% meat, 5%, mushroom, and 5% tomato, so I had to use a lot of hot sauce to give the dish more flavor and life. If it had some sort of salsa or pesto in the omelette, it would have boosted the flavor profile. For the side, the fruit was fresh and had a lot of variety, so I enjoyed it as a side. Overall, I would love to try more from here. There are a lot of options for breakfast/brunch lovers, so I think I'll stay away from the health side of the menu for now.

Wonderful brunch spot in Fremont. Seems to be a fan favorite as the place seem to be always packed on the weekends! :) Chicken fried steak - very good, especially with that white sauce!:) Waffles - perfect and so large! I don't know how people can eat the entire waffle and then some.:) Coffee - I kept it filled at all times, I love having diner coffee!!There's a parking lot but it gets filled, so, bring your lucky charm to get a good spot! Service was excellent. Prompt seating and so friendly :)

Best breakfast / brunch spot in the area. The building is unique-- it used to be a Pancake House. Servers are attentive and food comes out quickly. Their breakfast plates are huge; both the chilaquiles and huevos rancheros are enough food for two especially if you get a small side with it. And both are spicy. I loved their tuna melt, and the French fries are extremely delicious. Great all around. Oh and they have a fresh squeezed OJ too.

The food was filling and the price isn't too high. The veggie skillet was a little salty but still delicious. The service was fast but the waiter kept chatting with her coworkers so I didn't apply any tip for her service. The ambiance was cute and small. The parking lot is limited and the bathroom needs some work. Very dirty and that's why I normally don't use public restrooms.

Bill's is a staple family brunch spot in Fremont that many friends and family go to on a weekend morning. They're typically packed at prime time because they have spacious seating indoor and out (pets allowed outdoors). Been going here several years now but first time reviewing (long overdue). I ordered the Bill's steak (medium rare) and eggs (soft scrambled), subbing my toast for a Belgian waffle. The steak was cooked perfectly pink in the center as requested and seasoned well for taste. Although I did still use A1 sauce for a little more flavor. My eggs were fluffy and silky, once again cooked to perfection. Lightly salted so that it wasn't overwhelming and can still taste a bit of sweetness (maybe had some milk mixed it?). Belgian waffle was the perfect end to the meal, almost like our dessert. Soft butter and syrup on the side so you can apply to your preference. I appreciate this so that my waffle doesn't get soggy. Delicious and will always come back!

This is a really crowded cafe (not coffee shop) to go to. I wasn't really expecting that people to dine here during the morning. That's probably because it's the weekend now. The interior looks really nice especially how angled the ceilings are. Based on a glimpse of it, it's not an old-fashioned American diner because of the colors and the materials of the furniture. Seemingly, it's quite modern.I decided to try Eggs Benedict for the first The egg yolk is very runny and kinda explosive and quite hard to eat it to the point where I used a fork and knife instead of hands. At the same time, it's alright. They were supposed to give me hashed browns but instead gave me a fruit cup, which is simply a minor mistake. At least, they returned it with what I want. Overall, this is a good experience but I think I should stick to what I usually get from other diners.
