Quick service with 2 ordering touch screens and lovely staff. This is a great place to chat or get work done, there is lots of seating and your receipt comes with the wifi password and bathroom code! Very cozy vibes here.Drinks are good too, they have signature drinks with flavors. I got mint au lait, which has customizable sweetness and ice. Delicious!

Best iced pandan latte I've ever had! Perfectly sweet & well balanced with the coffee's bitterness. Staff have always been super friendly.The actual coffee shop is large with lots of seating. Parking lot can be tricky but the coffee is well worth it!

The best cup of coffee this side of the bay.Their breakfast sandwiches are next to none!The Ultimate Monster toast, Bulgogi Dog, Toast Gilgeori are all delicious. Chicken and Waffle was my favorite...Crispy chicken karage on a mochi waffle Latte art extraordinaires! Top notch customer service! Worth the wait!

I've been wanting to try this place out for quite some time and finally made our way over on a Sunday afternoon. The parking lot got full but we were luckily able to find a spot in front of the coffee shop. We got the tiramisu latte and latte. There was ample seating however charging spots are difficult to find in the middle seating area. If you have a long charge laptop then you should be fine. The orders came out quickly and the pastry we ordered was delicious! We definitely would come back.

Finally tried out this place! Got the pandan latte. I really liked the pandan foam, just wish there was more of it. As a non-coffee drinker, I actually really liked the coffee too and thought it was sweet enough for me LOL The place is just extremely busy with every table filled on a Sunday afternoon. Parking lot is huge but VERY crowded since a lot of people come here/ to this plaza. The kiosk also doesn't have pictures and the baristas are all busy so it's a little hard to know what to get if you don't know the menu beforehand.

Came here for a quick morning bite. I ordered the Iced Matcha Latte and the Ultimate Monster Toast. I thought the matcha latte was just okay; not enough matcha flavor and a bit too sweet. But the Monster Toast was delicious! It was indeed pretty monstrous and quite filling. It was a sweet and savory loaded sandwich. A bit too expensive in my opinion but tasty nonetheless.We went on a Sunday around 11:30 AM and it was completely packed & super busy. My drink took only around 5 minutes to be ready but the food took around 15 minutes. The service was meh. Place itself seems spacious with plenty of seating, and even then it gets fully packed!

The inside is spacious and cozy and the service is good, it is just a self serve kiosk. The coffee was really good I got a hazelnut latte and I would recommend that to anyone who likes not too sweet.

My boyfriend's friend recommended this place, saying their Pandan Paradise Latte is a must-try, so we decided to check it out.The space is inviting and roomy, with plenty of seating options--from window seats and communal tables to cozy smaller tables and high chairs. It's a popular spot for both socializing and getting work done. However, the music is a bit loud, so I'd recommend bringing headphones if you plan to focus.As for the drink, it was delicious! I loved that you could customize the sweetness, milk, and ice levels. We went with almond milk, less ice, and "more sweet." Next time, I'd probably go for "less sweet," but overall, it was a solid 5/5 for me. Once the Pandan foam melts into the coffee, it has a similar flavor to a vanilla latte, but with a subtle nuttiness from the pandan that blends with the espresso.Service was okay since it's mostly self-serve through the kiosks. Some drink options on the kiosk didn't have photos or ingredient descriptions, which made it a little difficult to choose. I'd suggest checking out the paper menus near the entrance as they're much more detailed. That said, I did appreciate the goodbye from the staff as we left.I didn't stay long, but I could definitely see myself coming back here to study for my nurse licensure exam. I'm already looking forward to trying another drink next time!

Big Mug Coffee Shop might not catch your eye from the outside, it's not fancy and can even seem a bit deserted. But don't let appearances fool you! Step inside, and you'll find a spacious café, though the front area can feel a bit congested at times.The tiramisu latte is the highlight here and is absolutely to die for! It's easily one of the best I've ever had. The vanilla macchiato is another must-try, perfectly smooth and satisfying. Pair these with their spinach and feta croissant, which is buttery, flaky, and packed with flavor, and you've got yourself a perfect café experience.One thing to note: service here takes some time, so be prepared to wait a little. However, the quality of the food and drinks makes it worth it.Big Mug Coffee Shop is a hidden gem where patience pays off. Don't judge it by its exterior, step inside, savor the coffee, and you won't be disappointed!

Although the outside of the shop doesn't necessarily look like something particularly fancy, Big Mug is quite good. It was a little congested at the entrance with the ordering kiosks right by the doors, but the process of ordering was pretty smooth otherwise.The inside of the shop was cozy, the staff were friendly, and they had a bunch of fun seasonal flavors for their coffee drinks. That's pretty much everything I tend to want in a coffee shop. Solid spot for sure.
