The first time I had this truck I was pleasantly surprised. We didn't know what it was and took a stab at it. The hogstyle nachoes were delicious and cheap for the heaping pile of nachos and meat you get. Great mixture of flavors and the pulled pork was perfect. I'm not big on BBQ.. but if you love BBQ this is the dish for you. The second time I got it I asked for the BBQ sauce on the side rather than on the chips.. but it still came on it and maybe because it was later in the day it was much smaller than the first time we got it and the meat definitely wasn't as much.Another day I got the crab cakes. Not bad for $14. Foodtruck wise it's pretty good.. perfectly crisp on the outside served with slaw and home made chips. I did ask for a side of their "special sauce" they hand out with the fried pickles to dip my chips in YUM. Did I love it, no, but for a truck it was pretty good if you're looking for seafood.Fried pickles... delicious but not worth the price for the small boat.On my most recent visit I got the bacon mac and cheese. It comes topped with the home made chips... but good lord if you're getting this don't be fooled. It's not a side dish like all the other trucks at food truck mafia... this lasted me 3 meals. It's heavy but pretty damn good and the bacon is REAL bacon strips cut into gigantic slices not little cheapy bacon bits. This is totally worth the price. Clearly, I've been to this truck a few times already. I enjoy trying the different dishes they have on their menu... my waistline not so much.. thank goodness it's wintertime... this food provides me with some extra insulation. :)

This truck is awesome. The first time I had them was back on April 1, 2017 at the Oakland Coliseum, where I had the Hog wild Nachos. I am a huge fan of Nachos, and their nachos rank way up there on my list. I just loved the potato chips, along with the guacamole, jalapenos, cheese; however, the steak was the best I have ever had on nachos. Last night, I was at the A's game versus the Giants, and I had the Nachos again. Love the name, Holy Toledo Nachos, in honor of recent Baseball Hall of Fame Inductee (Ford Frick Award winner) Bill King. The nachos came with Pulled Pork, but I asked for the steak and it was fantastic. Asides from the Nachos, I also got a Large size of Cheese Fries and they were so good. Definitely looking forward to my next trip to your truck.

Decent fast food. I had the pulled pork sliders and my husband had the fish n chips. The sliders were huge, a nice mix of pork and slaw. The slaw was the best part of the slider, pork could have used more seasoning and the bun was too large. The fries were cooked good for soft fries, could have been more crisp and less oily. The fish n chips were thin light and crisp, with home made thick potato chips. The chips were incredibly good, far better than their fries. The light fish pared nicely with the slaw made the dish more fresh. I would go back but would order something different, probably the fish n chips.

Came here during the Fremont Food Eats on Friday, 5/15and a lot of choices.I tried this food truck and it featured American BBQ with a country flair. I thought this was decent BBQ, although I enjoyed the ball tip because it was perfectly cooked, moist and tender. There was good marbling of meat and fat combined. I had the 2 meat combo which had the home made kettle cooked chips, ball tips (beef), pulled pork(it was OK with the tad spicy BBQ sweet and tangy sauce), and the house slaw.Food is 2.5/5 - it wasn't really special for me as for American BBQ. Just decent.Service - the female lady was trying to answer my questions and great service. 4/5.

Was in a rush to grab lunch before heading back to my office, decided to order the tri-tip sandwich but somehow ended up ordering the rib tips. I wasn't prepared for how big a portion or how messy it would be, but oh man was that some good BBQ! I was wearing white so I didn't chance it and I grabbed extra napkins and a fork and knife - meat cut away from the bone really easy, and it didn't get all up in my gums when I ate it either so it was PERFECTION! I can't wait to go back for more when I'm better prepared! The chips were okay, but I actually ditched them to make more room for dissecting the ribs but I'll nosh on those next time for sure!

Ordered the shorty cheese steak for lunch today. The cheese steak was really dry. It's OK if you just want to get filled up but not the best out there. I'd say if you're REALLY craving cheese steak you can get it, but the next time I go I'll order something else.
