A very tasty dolsot bibimbap. I always get the pork (bulgogi meat) with the soy sauce. Great portion size. Perfect place for lunch and very nice to eat by yourself as well. Just don't forget to get the stone bowl option cuz it is ten times better than the normal one!

We had dinner here a few days ago because we checked it out on Yelp. It seemed to have a lot of good reviews and we wanted to try out some Korean food. The prices seemed pretty reasonable too. We got there and it was more like a take out kind of place. They did have some indoor seating so it was kind of like a casual dining kind of place. You order at the counter and then find a seat. They bring the food to you. All of the utensils, water, and napkins are on a side shelf so you just serve yourself. The food came out pretty quick. You could order the bibimbap in a regular plastic bowl or in a stone pot. I ordered it in the stone pot for a more authentic kind of experience. Mine came out last but it was okay. My daughter and husband got the tofu soup. My daughter got the combination with the seafood and the beef and my husband got the beef. My daughter got it plain with no spice and my husband got it spicy. My bibimbap was pretty good but it was really hard to eat. There were only plastic utensils so it was hard to scrape the rice off the bottom of the stone pot. It felt like my plastic fork was gonna break. My egg was overcooked so it didn't really spill over when I cut through it for the bibimbap. My daughter's tofu soup was different. We are used to eating tofu soup back home and this one had different kind of ingredients in it. It was a little unusual with the zucchini and carrots. She loved the seafood part of it and ate up all the clams. The broth was a little different from what we are used to. My husband didn't like his tofu soup at all. He said the broth was very salty and he didn't like his dish. Overall, it was an interesting concept to bring bibimbap to casual dining. I enjoyed mine but hope that they would have metal spoons instead of plastic ones. It was good to try it out since we don't have anything like this kind of place where we live.

Really good fast bibimbap. The service was quick and easy. Ordering was very fast. There's a good amount of seating inside. I got a spicy pork bowl and the cashier gave me a free miso soup along with it. The flavor is really good and savory. I prefer this style of bibimbap.

my work orders from bibimbowl occasionally and this time i opted for the bibimbap (not stone pot). it is a reasonable price given how expensive korean food tends to be nowadays.the bowl comes with a lot of vegetables, marinated egg, and i added beef. the dish was flavorful with the sauce and overall it was a pretty healthy meal. the portion is not super big, so if you have a big appetite you may not be full with this meal. i like the option to add more protein. next time, i would like to try the dolsot hot stone bibimbap, though i imagine it's better in the restaurant vs. ordering online as my meal was not very warm.

Came here on a Thursday night and it was empty so there was a lot of space to sit! Good:- Decently fast service - food came after 10-15 minutes - Loved the bowls and got a hot stone with beef which was so tasty with the fried egg and gochujang- Food came out fresh and tasted like it Bad:- Pretty casual no frills place and service is pretty much self serve Overall a solid place for clean Korean food and decent prices too.

I've only ordered takeout from here so far and it was pretty good! I chose the "Fresh bowl" with half rice and half salad, plus spicy pork, a hard boiled egg, kimchi, cucumber salad and original sauce (gochujang). I like that you can customize to your liking and everything was fresh, tasty, fast, and well balanced. Great for a work lunch or a quick dinner!

Went here for lunch. Got the Hot Stone - Chicken and Shrimp with Brown rice. As the name suggests, the bowl was super hot (almost sizzling) which enhanced the taste of the food. The chicken and shrimp were very tasty and the food was hot till the last bite. Loved the crispy brown rice that got stuck to the stone :DFor obvious reasons the hot stone is available when you dine is, so would recommend eating here to get a better experience.

I first found this place on door dash years ago. They handled the group order well. This time, we came in for a sit down lunch. We ordered at the front. They were kind, although slightly distracted with the prep for all the online orders they were preparing. Eventually we got our order in and sat down.// Tofu soup. The flavor of the soup was fine. The tofu chunks were huge, and in themselves had no flavor. I guess i would have preferred more flavor in the tofu itself, or at least cut into smaller chunks to spread the flavor out.// Hot stone bibimbop. The ingredients were fine, but the stone pot wasn't that hot. There was barely any crispy rice sticking on the outside. The veggies were crisp, and the beef provided a tasty source of iron. We tried the standard bibimbop sauce, and it has just the right amount of spiciness.// Chapchae. Good, with beef. Lots of veggies, and everything was nicely presented. It was in a togo box, and we took the leftovers home.

Bumping my rating because I've honestly never had a bad meal here. I usually get the dosirak with spicy pork. The meat is always tender, crispy, and properly sauced, and each side is perfectly prepared. Even the miso soup tastes delicious. The woman at the front counter is always very nice to me -- not sure if she's the owner or a long-time employee. When I'm wondering where to eat in Mountain View, Bibimbowl has become my trusty standby option.

It's one of our favorite bibimbap place so I hate to give bad reviews. But we were at the restaurant 3/28 Friday night and the front counter person was rude and unprofessional.
