Bi-Rite Catering

This review is for the stellar customer service team. I ordered meal kits for my family's Christmas dinner this year and had a few hiccups with my delivery. Not only was the Customer Service team helpful and kind, they even sent a hand written apology note when they re-delivered my missing item. Honestly above and beyond what most would do. Their food is always incredible too. Thanks for saving our Christmas dinner!

Had a very positive experience with Bi-Rite catering! Not only did they deliver right on time, but they had so many delicious food items to choose from. The best thing is that they help the community! I work for a non-profit in San Francisco and they were able to donate for our hard working volunteers. We are very thankful and plan to keep ordering from them in the future.

We used Bi-Rite for a holiday get together. We needed some apps that was a bit more than cheese and crackers. They have the perfect plan in the Happy Hour Appetizer menu for 15-20 people. There was more than enough food with food leftover for that amount. We also added in an additional flatbread pizza. The team enjoyed all the food.

Bi-rite catering saved me a huge hassle. It was my first attempt at putting together a political fundraiser. A breakfast Time meet and greet. The site for the service is well organized making it easy to put something together. And, wow oh wow, Bi-rite keeps in touch and delivers exactly on the specified time.And of course the food was great. So happy with this place. Will order from them again and again.

I had Bi-rite catering for my wedding and my experience was awesome! They were on time, they were very helpful and the food was delicious! I requested some vegan dishes and they adjusted without a problem! Price was great and awesome quality!I would definitely order from them again!

Bi-Rite Catering has been providing both delicious dishes and excellent service to our company for more then two years now. They cater for our seminar four times a year with an attendance of about 100. This team is a pleasure to work with and the overall experience is five star. They are very responsive, accommodating, helpful, thoughtful and they use eco-friendly plating and utensils. I feel like they are always one step ahead of me which has been really fantastic. On day 1 of our seminar Addy, one of the caterers, checked in with me right away offering to have the staff serve everyone so we could eliminate everyone touching the serving utensils - which is perfect given the coronavirus situation.The food is delicious. They accommodate everyone including "Jan" who is vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, carnivore, dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, egg-free and doesn't like texture. Just kidding but seriously they have our dietary restrictions covered which is very helpful.We love them so much that we sign our contracts for the year instead of for each conference. Hellz yeah! Ok so I'm really into that gas station fried chicken on van ness but I wanted really nice delicious sides to go with it - stuffing gravy mashed potatoes -- THE WORKS!! Oh yeah and it's Christmas and I hate to cook. These guys hooked me all the way up. The person from Bi Rite who dropped it off - Lis? - was incredibly nice. One of our guests at our holidayfest is a caterer by trade and he was like - this mac and cheese is terrific (it is) and I know them to be very nice people (they are!). Gonna go 5 stars here because it was real god.

I just used Bi-Rite Catering for my daughter's birthday party this past Sunday at a park. The cost was worth not stressing over preparing food or ordering the typical kid's party pizza. We were able to provide guests with healthy, tasty, and gluten-feee options. I did all of the ordering online 9 days before the party and the confirmation allowed for changes including cancellation up to two days before the party. I called a couple of days before the party to ensure I ordered enough for 48 guests and the addition of the salad was suggested. Our food was delivered on time and within the time slot I chose. All of the food was well covered (see pic) and well-presented in recyclable platters and containers. I was given a holder for the napkins, but not the comparable flatware which was fine because I had my own. With my delivery I was given an envelope with the final receipt and food cards which included ingredients in the back.These were the items we ordered: Mushroom flatbreadPomegranate-marinated chicken skewersHam & Cheese Finger sandwichesMixed-greens with stone fruitMixed focaccia finger sandwiches (turkey & roast beef)All of the items were delicious and perfect for a party or picnic at the park. The only thing was the bread on the ham and cheese sandwiches started to get toasty from being out in the sun, but that's normal with sliced bread. My husband and I plan to use Bi-Rite for future events.

A couple months ago, I was faced with an Office Manager Situation. I had a well-liked VP leaving the company who loves pots de creme and we wanted to send him out happy. How much does he love pots de creme? He would take new hires and clients to only one restaurant as they served the best ones he'd ever had. I looked everywhere until remembering Bi-Rite caters and sure enough, there were mini jars (how cute is that) of not just chocolate pots de creme but salted caramel and I think a passionfruit. Not only did he leave happy, everyone in the company was raving (and fighting over the 5 we had leftover to take home). It was one of those Office Manager as Heroine moments. Not only perfect for him, but tasty and the delivery was a breeze. I will absolutely add Bi Rite to my go-to list for lunches and desserts in the office. And I thank them for being the solution to the pots de creme situation.
