Such a hit for parties!! The skin is always nice and crispy while the inside is so juicy.I usually order in advance, but sometimes pick up can take a bit long if it's a busy day. I don't mind since I'm always just hypnotized by the lady chopping the pork. ALWAYS ask for it chopped by the way (if you are ordering a lechon).

Here's the good:If you are looking for SPECIFICALLY lechon belly and have no concept of how different Philippine regions season and spice their pig: go there. The people there are friendly and if you call ahead, the service is great. Ambiance is in-and-out. Very no nonsense. Here's the bad:If you're going to be "Bai Cebu Lechon" with pictures of CEBU festivals and nobody in there speaks Cebuano? I think you're bullshit. I think you're some Tagalog using Cebu culture as a marketing ploy. And if you know ANY Cebuano, they won't like that. Hell, M Lhuillier is a Cebuano company. They make sure EVERY AMERICAN OUTLET speaks Bisaya. Secondly, the lechon tastes like plain Tagalog Lechon. There's nothing about the seasoning that checks any box in my Cebuano mind. It's OKAY. But it's not Cebu lechon belly. Especially since you have every opportunity to hone in on the flavors made popular by Ruth's, Ayer's, CnT. Do your part. Study the greats. Don't repackage Tagalog pig with Cebuano marketing.

We got it for Thanksgiving. If you want some crispy lechon where the skin stays crispy for 3 days later this is a place for you. Also the lechon is juicy and oozing with it. We got a lechon for a party and I would definitely recommend it.

This is my new go to place for Lechon. The meat was so soft and the fatty bits were delicious. The skin was super crispy and crunchy. We got a pound of the Lechon and it came with vinegar sauce. There was a sign saying their typical sauce is out due to the FDA ban.

Yesterday 7/7, I had the pleasure of trying Bai Cebu Lechon, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.Food: Bai Cebu Lechon serves up the crispiest and tastiest Lechon I've had in the Bay Area. What truly impressed me was that even after storing it in the fridge and reheating it in the microwave, the flavor only seemed to enhance with time. The Lechon remained wonderfully crispy, and the taste became even more flavorful, a true testament to the quality of their cooking.Service: The service at Bai Cebu Lechon was equally outstanding. When I called ahead to ensure they were open, DONNA warmly answered the phone and took my pre-order with utmost courtesy. Upon arriving at the store, my order was promptly prepared, showing their efficiency and dedication to customer satisfaction. Donna's hospitality extended further as she offered me a plate and utensils without hesitation, ensuring that I could savor the Lechon immediately, which I greatly appreciated.Ambiance: The store is surrounded with frame of famous places and rich culture of Cebu that you can try and visit during your stay. The best part of the decoration is the Bible in front of the cashier and it happens the verse is one of my favorite. PSALM 27"The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?"Overall, Bai Cebu Lechon not only offers delectable cuisine but also provides top-notch service that goes above and beyond. My experience with their Lechon and the exceptional customer care by Donna have undoubtedly made me a loyal fan. I highly recommend Bai Cebu Lechon to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience.Thank you, Bai Cebu Lechon, for setting a new standard in Lechon excellence!

Located in a plaza with a parking lot. We got here at noon on a Saturday and the line was already wrapped to the door. It took about 20 mins to order so the line moved very slow. By the time we sat down to eat, the line got even longer so I would recommend coming in before noon and before they run out and have to wait longer for the next batch. Ordered the lechon belly ($21.99/lb). We asked for 1lb and they weighted it at 1.2lb and asked if it's ok. Also, ordered a small rice and a xs pancit ($4.50). It comes with a few sauce which goes very well with the lechon. The skin was very crispy and the lechon was obviously very fatty so definitely needed that rice. The pancit was very salty so I wouldn't get this again.

I thought I was a big pork belly fan. It had been limited to Cantonese version of crispy pork belly with a touch of oyster sauce from growing up. Lechon version may have brought it a level on the crispy skin level. Wow. It was amazing where it is very crispy and the meat and fat side, it was tender and moist. Accompanied with their soy sauce mixture each bite was an adventure. The smallest size is half pound with a scoop of rice. A bit on the pricey side. But the next time I have a craving for very crispy pork belly this is the place.

It's official, I prefer Cebu lechon over traditional lechon. That was a unanimous decision after having just one bite of Bai's cebuchon. The melt-in-your-mouth roasted pork belly is bursting in flavors that have marinated into the pork over slow roasting and rotating over coals. The glass-like crispy pork skin is something else and all your family members will be fighting over the pieces. The meat itself is juicy and tender. Combined with the belly fat, each bite is an indulgent experience that will heighten the senses. When ordering, let them know how many pounds you want. Each pound is enough for about 2 people. It's chopped up into squares and served with sides of toyo-mansi, which is a soy sauce and calamansi juice dipping sauce. They also include sides of all purpose sauce which I haven't dared to look up the exact ingredients. These sauces are complementary to the fattiness of the pork as one has acidity and the other is somewhat sweet. Bai also has a rotation of other prepared Filipino dishes such as pancit, chop suey, and other regional specialties. Service is friendly and there's plenty of indoor seating available.
