Annapoorna Authentic Indian Cuisine

It is THE place for authentic Maharashtrian / Mumbai street food. Got their chilli cheese toast which the waiter recommended (over their grilled sandwich). Also loved their sabudana vada and kothimbir vadi - both were excellent. Plenty of other dishes I'd have loved to try! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ambience is alright. All-gender, clean restrooms. Free parking in the lot outside.

Authentic Marathi Food. This place is usually crowded on weekends; but every item on the menu is worth the wait. I have tried most of their items on different occasions. Sabudana Thalipeeth, Sandwiches, zunka Bhakar are my favorites. We had Thaali today which we felt was a bit costly though. Also Methicha Ladu as a dessert was such a big disappointment. Anyway, even though costly food tasted really good.

I placed online order today , I ordered Bombay Frankie with amul cheese , paneer sandwich and few other stuff !Bombay Frankie was like aloo paratha with amul cheese stuffing and tortilla was uncooked , I called them and I explained that it doesn't taste like Frankie , it's more like uncooked aloo paratha !The lady kept giving explanations that their Bombay Frankie will be like that only , I requested to exchange the frankie , she clearly says no and was pretty rude to me !Highly disappointed with the customer service .. "BEWARE of BOMBAY FRANKIE " rather go to a different restaurant and eat better fully cooked aloo paratha !Checkout the pictures before trying this restaurant!

The bhel puri and Veg grilled sandwich are must try options. Never came to this place although it's close by to our home, they got lots of varieties for evening snacks, dinner items. Coming back for sure and trying other items. Parking is plenty on both sides of the restaurant and got to see the beautiful sunset by sitting outside, check the sunset picture posted with this review.

This place seems to be in the middle of a lot of commercial properties. It was a long weekend and plenty of parking was available not sure how it is during. A regular weekend or when employees from nearby building are around as well.We ordered three things for pickup- Vada pav, grilled sandwich and the Frankie roll. The Vada pav was the best. The sandwich got a bit soggy when we got it home. Think it was packed hot in the box. I liked the flat bread used for the Frankie which is basically a roti. Unfortunately for our choices all 3 had potatoes and I got potato fatigue. I expected more julienne veggies in the Frankie not mashed potatoes. The garlic or the sauce - something was overpowering in the Frankie and it was my least favorite. I loved the other two dishes and can't wait to try more items from the menu.

I really enjoyed the food here. Granted I might've been hungry like super famished starving before I got here and it was also not lunchtime or dinner time. My friend and I went here around 4ish. What I really liked was it was less greasy and very homemade style. There is a bit of a wait time but nothing too crazy. There is seating outside, the food they give you is in to go containers so you can eat there and take the rest to go. The sabudhana vada was super crispy and the sauce it came with was delicious too, it had yogurt in it. The eggplant curry was delicious too. My friend said it was pretty close to being authentic Maharashtrian food, very simple, a lot of flavors and definitely a healthy option overall. Would definitely visit again and try other options. I must say the drink options are pretty great too. I tried the kokkum drink which was delicious and refreshing.

So many options !!! In food. Try their sandwhiches, vada paav, and kachori chaat. Frankies, sabudana wada are also great to try. I love their the ha vada paav.

I've loved coming to Annapoorna for a while. So when we hosted an event for around 40 people, we decided to get catering from Annapoorna. We went to the restaurant and tasted some of the items we thought would work for the event and decided on veg cutlets, puran poli, pav bhaji and veg pulao. I hadn't tasted the cutlets or the veg pulao before but both were quite good even when cold. It took a few tries to get in touch with the person who was in charge of the catering but we communicated over message initially because he was very busy. Overall, the catering experience was great! The food tasted exactly like in the restaurant and was delivered on time. The quantities were quite a bit more than we expected (we should have ordered for 25 people instead of 40). But everyone loved the food and we had kept a bunch of takeout boxes ready so we distributed the dishes between the guests and it was sufficient even for dinner for most people! Everyone really enjoyed the food and many people asked us where we got the food from and were already making plans to visit Annapoorna while eating!

I tried poori chole, paneer tikka frankie, crispy paneer burger & roti. It was little crowded and wait time was 30 minutes. Service was really good. I liked burger much. Chole was not that great. Overall it's good to try.

The food, ambience and service here is fantastic. We enjoyed delicious sabudana khichadi, soft yummy thalipith, paav with two types of mouth watering misals (Mumbai and Kolhapuri styles). Shrikhand was heavenly. We will come again and again with family and friends
