Went here for dinner with a friend as I've never gone before and the service was quick and efficient. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and got back to us immediately with the water we requested. The place was also well kept and had a good amount of customers. They also wished goodbye to every customer or party that leaves, which was very cute. Now for the food, I don't normally go with the bento box when dining at such establishments. Usually, I go with the noodles but I was craving for some rice today and the bento sounded delicious. Happy to say, that I was content with the results and would definitely get again. For my bento dinner, I went with the chicken teriyaki and some sushi. But the real winner of the meal was surprisingly the salad. Often times, I don't really care for the salad or the salad is a good way to cleanse your palate if you're feeling tired of just meat and rice. However, the salad was something I kept coming back to in between bites. It added to the flavor for my whole meal. It wasn't something that was just there to be on the side but was an essential part of the experience. And I think my parents would be a fan of it too. So I would definitely come back in the future to eat here with my family or my partner. I'm also interested in trying out their noodles next time which is why I can't give this place a 5 star just yet. But if the noodles are dowsed in flavor like the bento box, then Aniki's Sushi may become a regular for me.

Another Bay Area Sushi flop sadly. You can barley taste the fish quality or differentiate the taste of the rolls because the rolls are drenched in toooo much sauce. If that's your vibe you'll like this place (& probably have never had food sushi) however, I def don't plan on returning. In addition, to go to the bathroom you must pass by the kitchen (which is fine), however I smelled something that was not pleasant at all to say the least while passing the kitchen.

Quick service and a modern, sporty ambiance.Vegan udon was mediocre. Mixed tempura with too thick the batter. Fried calamari was abit greasy. Miso soup was average. Unagi rice bowl was generous with lot of unagi meat.

Service was quick. Ambiance is modern with sporty art. They have a vegetarian section with 12 different rolls on the menu! We went with V4 and Veggie Lover, which look pricey compared to other vegetarian options but they are actually large and packed with various flavorful ingredients.The miso soup is NOT vegetarian. I do NOT recommend the veggie ramen (I got it in the past and it was a mistake, not their forte).

This place is a hole in a wall! It's definitely located in a spot a bit hidden. I think you'll know more about it if you are a local and by word of mouth. A friend had suggested we grab sushi here and as a first time visitor it is now on my list of places to go. They have such a large variety of dishes on their menu. A bit overwhelming because you don't even know where to start. They have all sorts of combinations of special rolls and the basic go to rolls. I ended up with zesty salmon and special plate sashimi, it was well worth it!

I've been coming to Aniki's for years now. This visit was a birthday lunch for my brother Dustin on Election Day, November 5th. They typically bring you a little bowl with cucumbers & tempura bits & spicy mayo. The rolls are excellent, with tons of variety. This visit we tried the Charisma special, Golden State, & Lion King rolls. This place located in central Fremont right behind Big-5, near the corner of Mowry & Fremont Blvd.

One of my go to spots when I'm craving bento. I use to drive from San Jose to Fremont just for their bentos. Their prices and portions are great. They also give you miso soup and some type of appetizer that's imitation crab mixed with crispy noodles. I've had their salmon teriyaki, tonkatsu, and teriyaki beef. Their food is consistent and never had a bad experience. Their customer service can be a hit or miss. Their wall arts is the restaurant doesn't go with the theme of the restaurant and border line inappropriate.

It's been ages since I last visited but came here with a friend a week night and it appears they changed owners or downsized their menu.Items ordered that evening were "A-OK" to good but nothing standout as they didn't even offer amaebi (sweet shrimp) nigiri with the fried heads which is a first to any Japanese spot I've been to. : Raiders Roll - Shrimp tempura, avocado, crab*) out (crunch, special sauce) - good 3.5 stars :: Lion King - baked salmon avocado, mayo, tobiko, green onion - this roll seemed mushy like the rice was overcooked or had too much mayo - 3 stars :: Sooki So So Fresh - Tuna, Salmon, Ebi, Hamachi, Avocado, Wakame Wrapped with Cucumber & Ponzu Sauce - this didn't have any rice which I seem to prefer that evening. Light, fresh and delicious - 4 :: Spicy Garlic Edamame - garlicky, spicy - ok :: Mixed Tempura - friend enjoyed it and said was light and good.Overall, it was a 3.5 star experience as our server was friendly but definitely a language barrier asking about drinks (other than sake and beer) and menu items. That evening the sushi rice was a bit off for me and why my fave roll (sans sushi rice) was the Sookie So So Fresh...possibly try again at some point.Pricing in line with other like places with shared, lot parking.

Used to be one of my absolute favorite sushi spots in Fremont! But I think they changed their menu and got rid of one of my favorite rolls called the OMG roll when I visited last.. I hope they bring it back because it was so good! I got the bento when I went this time and it was good! The food was all pretty yummy and the portion size was fairly generous as well. Service was decent, we did have to try a bit to flag them down for things we needed rather than them checking in on us but not a big deal for me! I will rec this place if you're looking for a solid spot with some yummy rolls and bentos!
