The service was great. It took a while for my order since there was only one person working The food was okay, not impressive but not terrible either. The price is on the higher side, especially for snacks. We ordered: - Quail egg pancakes - it was okay served with I believed a sweet and sour sauce.- Banh trang roll - it was too sour with too much mango and served with tamarind dipping sauce. It would be better if they used papaya instead of mango- Butterfly Pea Brown Sugar Milk tea w/ white boba - tasted better after letting the brown sugar mix with the drink and was not too sweet. I ordered because it has blue color from the butterfly pea flower. - Ice Vietnamese Coffee - standard viet coffee, nothing to complain aboutThe major problem with this place is that it's connected to a nail salon with no way to isolate the nail polish smell, so we eneded up getting a bit of a headache by the end of our mealThe parking was not too bad on a Sunday afternoon. You can park at the nail salon reserved since the store is located inside the nail salon. The store was not packed when I was there and also has limited seating with around three tables. The huge downside is that it is next to a nail salon and and the smell can be strong...But it offers many food options for snacks both on the menu and ready-to-eat on the shelves. The store also has nice decorations which reassembled the old time of Viet Nam.

I noticed this place frequently appearing as one of the paid sponsored results on Yelp, so I finally decided to give it a try. I was in the mood for some Vietnamese caffeine to kickstart my Saturday morning. The location is a bit peculiar, tucked away in a plaza. To access it, you'll need to park in the back and then walk to the street side for the entrance. Interestingly, it shares a space with a nail salon. The decor definitely grabs your attention, with its vibrant colors! There are even small stools and tables that are reminiscent of Vietnam's street food culture. Committed to the theme? Yes. Practical? Not so much. You place your order at a kiosk at the front, I noticed their prices are on the steep side. Not much to say about the service, as there was minimal interaction, the drinks came out within 8 mins and I was the only customer there. I opted for the #11. Coconut Cream Coffee with Flan & Tapioca. With tax, the total came to $9.24! When I received the drink, I expected it to come with some sort of crema on top but I was a little puzzled because there was no visible coconut cream. The first sip was overwhelmingly sweet. There was even an extra layer of condensed milk at the bottom that I hadn't even mixed yet. It was so sweet that I pretty much waited for all the ice to melt before I could drink it. It seems like they drown the coffee in condensed milk, probably to mask the coffee's mediocre quality. While the flan was pleasantly creamy, there wasn't much of it to truly stand out. Additionally, it's worth noting that their boba is not like regular boba, but more so brown-colored crystal boba.Considering the price tag of over $9, I found that the quality of the drink did not justify the cost. With so many excellent Vietnamese coffee shops opening up recently, the competition is fierce, and I'd likely choose to spend my money elsewhere.

A small decorated café that's connected to a nail salon! They have a bunch of unique snacks, and a decent selection of drinks. I think what lured me in was how nicely decorated the café was! I ordered the Kumquat Coconut Juice and the wait wasn't too bad, around 10 minutes. I thought that the Kumquat Coconut Juice was refreshing and tart from the Kumquat! Parking is a bit odd, but if you go behind the plaza, I believe you can park with the signs that have the Hair and Nail salon.

Cute little boba shop inside a nail salon! There is parking on the street and in front of the nail salon while the entrance to the boba shop is on the street.Service was fairly quick, ordered on the kiosks. We enjoyed the drinks we got!

3-3.5 stars for my first visit to Ăn Vặt Cô Béo, but it wasn't quite 4 stars so rounding down. They are a newer business, and I'm sure they will continue to improve as they gain experience. It looks like this is the second location for Ăn Vặt Cô Béo, and their original location is in Chicago, IL. They are in a small complex, and located behind the K3 Nail Salon; if you park in the main parking lot, you'll have to walk through the salon to get to the cafe. The alternate path is to walk around the complex to the front of the cafe, since there is another entrance there. Drink prices are on the higher side, but they come with a lot of toppings, and they have some unique drink options. They weren't busy yet when I stopped by 11:45am on a Tuesday. I ordered from their kiosk, and it took at least 10 minutes for them to make my drink. I decided to try the #51: Vietnamese Ice Coffee with Flan (17oz/$5.99, https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=Xv31mSPpSQjcA5Yawy7w0g&userid=76vIFZcC7owykCBjMfGVXg), which was good but not great. I liked the addition of flan, and thought it was smooth and creamy. However, the Vietnamese coffee was a little thin for me, and the coffee flavor was overpowered by the sweetness from the condensed milk. They usually add whipped cream to this drink; however, they were out of whipped cream that day.I would come back if in the area to try their milo shaved ice drink and mulmatcha latte. Only indoor seating was available, and that consisted of a few short/small tables with tiny stools where you'll essentially be squatting, but supported by a stool. Credit cards are accepted. Parking was easy to find at the time since there were plenty of spots in this complex.

This adorable cafe nestled within a nail salon, and it is so cuuuute. There's parking in the back and the entrance to the cafe is right on the street, making it easily accessible. As soon as I stepped inside, I felt like I was transported to Vietnam. The ambiance and vibe were spot on!I ordered the Vietnamese iced coffee with flan, and my partner went for the classic Vietnamese iced coffee. Both drinks were fantastic - strong and just perfect. The combination of the coffee's bold flavor with the sweetness of the flan was so good. The cafe's decor played a significant role in enhancing the overall experience. It truly captured the essence of Vietnam, making it an inviting and immersive setting. I couldn't help but fall in love with the place.

We came across this cute little spot on a Sunday morning while looking for a coffee spot. The store is located right on the intersection of W Alma Ave and Alameden Rd in the Pizza Hut complex. You'll have lot of parking spots available in front of the Pizza Hut and you can enter the store using the K3 nails and saloon.Quail egg pancake was $7 but was very small in size. Also felt the same with mango mixed with kum quat sauce. Would recommend only if it was your first time and want to try something new We ordered Vietnamese coffee with flan 17oz - $6.99Jasmine tea with cheese cream - $6.99Quail egg pan cake - $6.99Mango mixed with kum quat sauce - $9.99Overall it was a nice experience and if you spend more than 20$ you'll get to choose a random prize and we got rice paper snack.

Guys I'll take all the SIPport I can get, cuz I'm toTEAly having a midlife crisis. I feel like my 20s just flew by and the 30s are just hitting hard. .:: Drinks ::.MulManCha Latte $6.99: Matcha topped with mango bits on the top and fresh mango puree on the bottom paired with milk. It was SO good. I dont know if its because the mango is SO in season and SO ripe, the drink was refreshing with a hint of matcha. Overall a good creamy yet refreshing drink. This place also sells random snacks like flan, rice paper snack, spring rolls, quail egg pancakes, shaved ice, etc. .:: Ambiance / Service / Parking ::.The boba place shares space with a nail salon. The interior is very Viet inspired with a cherry blossom tree smack dab in the middle, with the Viet leaf hats / conical hats hung, and a moped as well. They have a shelf of snacks. Pretty IG worthy. The cashier was nice. She answered any questions I had. Drink took a good amount of time, but they make every drink to order, nothing is premade. Parking was easy, a small lot but I found parking on a Wednesday night.

This place is a bit of a challenge to get to -- it's in the entranceway of a nail salon (?!) and there is very little parking. Well, there's actually a decent size parking lot but all the tenants are fighting over the spots and put up threatening signs about towing so...Jasmine tea was decent, and surprisingly less sweet than I expected (in a good way), but I don't think it's worth the hassle.
