This was a pleasant surprise. I am new to the area and was looking for a halal friendly Chinese place close to San Ramon. All the food was fresh, tasty and not too greasy. The place is nicely decorated and clean. Ambience is relaxed. Service is prompt and friendly. Highly recommended!

The Amazing Wok is Amazing! I discovered this place when I went to drop off a UPS package in the same shopping center and what a great find it was! First of all, the owners are so nice, so personable and take care of you. They are very friendly and welcoming. They recommend what they think is good for you based on what you say. The food was amazing as well, done in Cantonese style and really authentic. We ordered the curry tomato beef chow mein, chicken chow mein (for the kids) done with skinny noodles which were so delicious and also ordered vegetables with soft tofu. Hubby and I loved the curry in the curry tomato beef chow mein. It was a little on the spicy side, but you could tell it was high-quality curry and they did a really nice job putting it all together. I loved the skinny noodles in the chicken chow mein, which the owner said was actually steamed not fried, therefore they were not greasy at all. The tofu vegetable dish hit the spot for me, the vegetables were still crunchy and not overcooked, which I liked. Portion size was good.This is a gem of a place and I certainly will be back often.

We learned the hard way that most restaurants seem to be closed for lunch on Sundays in Danville. We originally planned to go to China Paradise and then stumbled upon this option. It's a small little spot and service was a bit slow, but food was delicious. We got the onion pancakes, the tofu and vegetable dish, chow fun, and the sautéed green beans and everything was very fresh and tasty. We will definitely be back!

First time we've ordered from here, and it'll be the last. No problem with delivery or accuracy of order, it was the quality of the food that was disappointing.Never seen Egg Foo Yung served 'omelette style'- one large, thin, piece cut in four. It was pretty dry, and the gravy was thin and flavorless. Usually it's 3-4 individual patties. The green onion pancakes had NO green onions, they were greasy, and tough. Trying to find a new Chinese restaurant after 3 Brothers San Ramon closed, this sure won't be it.

Another awesome Chinese restaurant I had yet to visit, till the other day. Again, drove by this place for over 30 years and only now I check it out. Business partner suggested this little gem, and what a gem it was!CUSTOMER SERVICEExcellent! Super small mama/papa shop. Super friendly, super on top of it and super accommodating!AMBIANCE Nestled nicely in a little shopping nook, super clean restaurant. Everything is tidy and again super clean! Zero gripe and complaints from me.THE GRUBWent in for a "lite" lunch so we didn't order much. But what we did order was super yummy! My partner ordered the lunch special cashew chicken, looked amazing! And he consumed it so by the looks of it, I think he liked it :).The hot and sour soup was good, super good I'm fact. And i ordered the Won ton soup. Oh man, the broth was incredible. Super rich in flavor and nothing "funky" about it. Super generous portions of dumplings and vegetables!All in all, this restaurant is thumbs up in my book!! Thank you! Shi shi! :)

Ordered takeout from here tonight: pork chow mein, kung poa chicken and honey walnut prawns. My word, this food is good. Tastes very "real" if that makes sense, like quality ingredients. Nicely done.
