Every time we come here we make a joke that we come here on our diet days. I love the ambience and the beer selection I believe changes frequently but every beer I have had it has been 10/10. The service is super chiller vibes as it should be. The food truck adds the touch to it. Try it for a quick beer after work or for a good little date night. Or do what I do and come here after a work out ha!

Food:Options... a few different vendors out front. One was Cuban with a twist. A dessert truck and another with burgers, chicken tenders, fries, etc offered. Inside there's pizza available by ordering via kiosk. Service:Fair. I ordered a glass of wine from the bartender. He was cordial. The pizza I ordered through a kiosk and picked up from a window. Ambiance: Open. An abundance of space. There's a reserved area for parties/events with a few arcades. Lots of family/cafeteria style seating. Very family and pet friendly.

Almanac taproom offers a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for all ages, including a dog-friendly policy. Located in a spacious area with plenty of parking and tables, it's an ideal spot for groups and families. The brewery features a lively interior adorned with Bay Area-themed murals and cute decor, adding to its charm.Visitors can enjoy more than just beer, as Almanac serves wine, cider, kombucha, slushies, and other non-alcoholic beverages. Pinball machines and free Wi-Fi add an extra layer of entertainment. One highlight is their Overcast Dry-Hopped Hazy IPA for $8 (16 oz), a flavorful option for beer lovers. The venue also accommodates food vendors outside, offering options like hotdogs and cheesecake to complement your drink. Overall, the friendly service and the ability to build your own 4-pack to-go, Almanac provides a delightful experience for casual outings or planned visits.

When the weather is nice there is no better place to grab a drink in Alameda. There's a good sized drink menu including fruity beers. Almanac is a popular place on the weekend though there's plenty of outdoor covered seating even if it's too busy inside. There are even some slushies for the kids.If you're hungry then Scolari's food truck is outside which has incredible burgers and fries. There's also pizza available to order inside.

Love this brewery in Alameda. My GF and I were visiting from LA and had to visit Almanac after trying one of their sour beers from Safeway. We were wow'd by how big this brewery was. Great vibes and large outdoor area with food trucks (though the Pizza is indoors). They've got beer options for everyone, ranging from light to IPAs, and even sours and smoothies. If you like sours, we recommend the reserve or or sournova. We also picked up a loose 4-pack to bring back to LA, however, I think we we're overcharged cause their sign said loose single cans would receive a discount (think it was 20%), but we were charged full price for them.

The Almanac is such a cool spot hidden in Alameda. We got the chance to go here for a friend's baby shower. They booked a private room away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the venue which was great because it was pretty crowded that day. They also allowed our friends to cater their own food which was really nice, but I wish I got the chance to try some of the yummy looking food there. I'll just have to make sure to come back soon! This spot is pretty big with lots of long tables all over the outdoor area and tables inside close to the beers and pinball machines. Dog friendly, crisp beers flowing, delicious food, and big open areas, what more can you ask for?Love this place! Definitely have to come back soon!

Overall: Great vibes, huge and spacious indoor and outdoor seating areas, fast and friendly service, and lots of drink variety (including slushies?!). Also several food options through pizzas and others inside, or food trucks outside. This is an awesome place to hang out with your friends and pet some dogs, or to sit in a corner and nurse a beer. The brewery is your oyster. Shoutout to the beer menu, which has a variety of lights, darks, pales, hazies, sours, ciders, and yes, slushies. (Note to self: Come back and try the slushies next time, the curiousity is killing me.)Also shoutout to the bartenders, who helped pour me a couple samples and talk through some recommendations when the line wasn't as long. Definitley worth a visit!

We held our end-of-the-school year celebration at Almanac, and the venue was perfect for the event. Our large group was accommodated by the ample indoor room in the back of the brewery, which was a huge relief because it was quite chilly outside. On that evening, there were a couple of food trucks that provided substantial options for dinner, and I enjoyed a tasty Korean fried chicken sandwich with my beverages. The beer was delicious; I ordered the Love Hazy IPA and a POG-flavored hard kombucha - and everything was refreshing. The atmosphere of the taproom was lively, and it seemed like other families (including kids and dogs) were hosting get-togethers as well. The lines to order moved quickly, and there was plenty of parking outside the brewery.
