Stopped by this dessert spot after hearing great things, and I have to say--their cake is amazing! I tried the pistachio one, and it was moist, rich, and had just the right level of sweetness. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The texture was perfect, and the flavors were well-balanced, not too heavy but still indulgent. That said, the prices are definitely on the higher side. While I understand that good ingredients and craftsmanship come at a cost, I was a little surprised at how much I ended up paying for a single cake. It's more of an occasional treat rather than an everyday dessert spot for me.The ambiance was nice, and the staff was friendly, so overall, it was a great experience. If you're willing to splurge a bit, this place is definitely worth checking out!

High end bougie patisserie! The pastries all look like works of art in display.Black sesame croissant was slamming! It was filled up with sesame cream that oozed out when you bit into it. Service was good. Lots of people in line to eat pretty pretty pastries.

I visited this bakery with my friends for a relaxing evening, but unfortunately, the experience was tainted by an unpleasant interaction. When a guy (customer) asked for the restroom code, a man--who wasn't in uniform but seemed to be the owner, chef, or manager--shouted the code across the store in a rude manner. A girl who is also a customer after the guy also asked for the code while sharing her smile, the man continued with dismissive tone saying to the girl, "Yeah, same code, triple zero, xxx, but you gonna wait, you don't want to be the same room, xxx." which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. While he greeted customers upon entry, his attitude toward those already inside and making purchases felt unwelcoming and arrogant. The bakery has a beautiful presentation, and if you keep your expectations low regarding the cake's taste and the prices, you might still enjoy it. In any case, good customer service should be consistent throughout the visit, not just at the door. It's disappointing to see such behavior in an otherwise nice establishment. BTW, Paris baguette is just 2 mins walk down the street.

Paid by card. Alexander's Patisserie is across the street from Maison Alyzee and offers street parking. I went in on a Wednesday morning and was really excited to try because the items in the pictures looked so beautiful. I was very disappointed with the service since 2 workers ignored me and were not friendly. I was having a hard time deciding but even when I decided, it was hard to get their attention since they still seemed asleep or uninterested in helping. I ended up getting some macarons and chocolates, which the worker put in plastic bags. I asked for a box, but they said they didn't have any. I was expecting better packaging for such a nice display. Not sure I would go back to support because of the bad service.

Alexander's Patisserie is a little slice of heaven! The hot chocolate here is *rich* and super chocolatey--definitely for anyone who loves a bold, indulgent drink. It was surprisingly perfect for a warm day because it was served *super hot* and just so comforting. The croissant I had was AMAZING. Flaky, buttery, and fresh out of the oven--honestly, one of the best I've had in a long time. The pastry was the perfect balance of soft and crisp, making each bite pure bliss.Service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. With cozy, chic decor, it's the perfect spot to sit and relax while sipping on something decadent. Can't wait to go back!

A great vibe for chilling with friends over pastries and beverages, if you're prepared to pay the premium that comes with this Instagram worthy pattiserie. Beautiful displays, we got the Chocolate bomb and the bread pudding. Both pastries were delicious and rich. They also have a selection of teas and other beverages if you're feeling like one. You pay at the counter and they hand over your pastries to you right there and give you a number to take to your table where they bring your drink. Water is self-serve and available in a dispenser by the end of the counter where you can serve yourself. The desserts are rich enough that you will find yourself reaching for some water anyway. The desserts are pricey around $12-$15 each and artistically created to make for great pictures. However, if your looking for a value for money option, you may want to venture elsewhere.

A very classy establishment - nice decor and nice vibe . We tried their breakfast menu and ordered the following :1) croissant w avocado and goat cheese - this was an excellent dish - it came w a poached egg on top and was absolutely delicious . 4.4/52) roast beef panini - very tasty and fresh . The combination of roast beef and peppers was very tasty . I wish they would put just a tad bit more meat though. 4/5We also had an Americano which was ok and an excellent hot chocolate Service was top notch !Recommended

When it comes to my husband Sunday brunch lately, he prefers Alexander patisseries. He thinks they have the best croissant compared to any bakery such as Manresa and Madison Alyse. If you try it you would know, the crispy outside layer cannot be compared. Plus, my daughter loves it too. We also like their latte as well. Espresso is a bit less on par with Manresa, but like anything in life nothing is perfect. Their service has been improved a lot. They bring us the items now if we're dinning in. A lot more options comparing to before. I personally like their champagnes; they bring the bottle out, open it and pour it for me. Although, today they skipped or missed our oat milk latte. When I went to tell them that we're still waiting on our latte, the employee said "you had one latte, do you want another one?" But we never received any! It would be nicer if they have asked if we've received our latte or not instead of assuming we already got it. The male employee apologized and female employee made one immediately and brought it to our table. Overall, this is still a great place for our family to spend lazy Sunday morning before we set the agenda to wrap up the weekend.

Adorable and delicious cakes that are perfect for gifting and eating myself of course! I couldn't decide on one flavor so bought 5 different mini cakes and shared among four of us; they were all so yummy. The service was quick though the bakery was packed on a Sunday morning.
