510 Cajun Catering

For our holiday party, we decided to mix things up and get a catering order done through 510 Cajun Catering.Their website had a ton of great cajun food to choose from, and while we had trouble with their shopping cart, a quick email to the owner got us situated. We were able to place the order, schedule a delivery, and even leave a tip with ease.When the day came, they ended up showing up ahead of time, and we had plenty of happy guests. Ribs fell off the bone, and the pasta had a great kick to it. We'll definitely keep them in mind for future events!

The quality of the food doesn't match the $$$. We ordered catfish and oyster poboy, it was cold, oysters wasn't cooked thoroughly. Literally had 4 oysters with more bread than necessary. Definitely not a cajun poboy style. The catfish would've been good served without the bread. If you are going to charge $17 for poboy make sure its GOOD.

Flavor was definitely there! I just wish they had maybe added some more meat to it. I agree with the other reviews that the only thing lacking is the meat servings. It doesn't match what you pay.

Ordered gumbo via doordash. Holy smokes it was good! Amazing flavors and a really good spiciness level. Very savory with a good thickness...without that slightly burnt roux taste you often times get with gumbo around the bay area. Hopefully they open up a proper brick and morter because this is probably the best gumbo I have had in the bay area and I'm looking forward to trying more things!

So much good food, where do I begin... Let's start with the soft shelled crab sandwich that made my mouth water. Not to mention that delicious gumbo I had that hit the spot during these cold winter months and gave me the itis immediately after eating. I could go on, but this is some GOOD food you need to try for yourself ASAP!!!

Had a catfish sandwich and spouse had oyster sandwich. Flavors earned them the 3 stars. The ratio to bread and meat was lacking. Huge bread and 6 small pieces of catfish and 4 oysters with 1 oyster undercooked. Flavor profile is awesome but they need to cut down on the bread or increase the meat. Way too expensive for the quality of food. And temperature was cool to cold.

Well I have to say for eating boudin for the 1st time with 510 Cajun catering was one great experience. It was very delicious. The gumbo was also the bomb. I would highly recommend them and would definitely order some more of their food. Thank you Ricky

Made a personal order and pick up. Cajun crawfish Boudin sausage was amazing! Just the perfect blend of spices and seasoning. Sure was not skimping out on the Crawfish!! I will definitely be using your expertise next time and will be ordering more of your delicious products soon! Keep up the amazing work 510 CC!!

This food was horrible. I am so disappointed that this food was this bad. I had to request a full refund because the food was so poorly packaged and prepared. It was inedible.Smh. Please do better fam.

I hired 510 Cajun Catering for a crawfish boil for my birthday and it was better than expected! They supplied TONS of crawfish, sausage, corn and potatoes with different sauces and seasonings. It was a fun, interactive way to eat and celebrate. Chef Ricky, Jamiee Jones and staff were so much fun also at the event. Would 10/10 recommend for your next event!
