Service excellent, both Katie (server) & Heather (Somm) were amazing Food was delicious. We did chefs course for adults and fried chicken for kids, so good. It was an overall amazing meal. Everything was delicious

This place is EXPENSIVE for dinner and so loud you'll have to scream across the table to have a conversation. I pray that you have good hearing too cuz the table next to us was so close that their screaming overpowered my friends' screaming. For a group of 3 girls, our meal was around ~$390 for their $75 package deal, 2 glasses of wine and adding on another vegetarian dish (cheese + bread appetizer) to accommodate our friend. Service was on top of it, but the kitchen was pretty slow despite having a reservation at 5pm (we dined for about ~2.5-3 hrs). The server was raving about the steak and branzino main dish, but when it finally arrived, it was not worth the wait or the cost. The steak was cooked medium rare, but had a weird burnt / ashy taste on the outside, but rubbery and chewy on the inside (so chewy it'll hurt your jaws and you'll give up after one piece like I did). The fish was super thin, not flakey and over-seasoned; the salt overpowered vs enhanced. The broccoli dish was also incredibly salty and over-roasted, also with ashy flavor. I enjoyed the appetizers more than the mains; such as the multi-dip platter, the raw fish and bread. I'd pass on the cheese appetizer, steak and branzino. Maybe cuz I went on a Wednesday night, they're kitchen A team wasn't on schedule because the reviews were raving for this place. I've been here in the past for just drinks and popcorn chicken snacks later in the night, and it was an awesome time!The main allure of this place is that it was across the street from my workplace. I'd definitely try several other places before giving Zou Zou a go again.

I think the vibes of this place are cute but the portions aren't too big for the price so definitely note that. The menu isnt too large if youre looking for mains but is sufficient if you're looking for tapas style Mediterranean. I will note it is slightly weird that they have hamachi. The chic pea with garlic oil is good. I also wish they had more options for cocktails and non alcoholic ones.

After taking a live in person class at peloton, we stepped outside and or was trying to find a place to get it paid to eat and a drink. This place is right across from the peloton Studio and we arrived around 7 PM and the place was slammed on a Thursday. We couldn't even stand at the bar because there were so many people. We tried to put our name down for a table and they said it was going to take 30 minutes, however we were able to get seated in less than 10. We sat at the bar service was great. Our waitress was very friendly and went over the menu with us glasses of wine were very expensive $20 each, but that is the city for you. We split the dips which it looked like most people were eating and they were all so good and unique. We also then got one of the salads and the dumplings both great so happy we stumbled across this restaurant we really enjoyed it.

Loved Zou Zou! We went for an early dinner on a Saturday (around 5:30), and the location is great (Manhattan West). The vibe is super cool, with awesome lighting. We were seated right away, and our waitress was super friendly. It's a family-style restaurant, so the food and drinks were both delicious and unique--perfect for sharing. We even got a complimentary dessert! The bathrooms were clean, with private stalls, which is a nice touch. It's a great spot for a special occasion or birthday, and the prices are pretty reasonable. Definitely worth checking out!Make sure u order: Duck Borek and the lemon frozen yogurt

I've had the privilege to dine in Zou Zou's right before Christmas. The place was hidden in the Manhattan West Area and the ambiance was pretty. My friend started off with red wine and I had the Road to Jericho cocktail (Grey goose, pomegranate, fig and orange blossom). The beautifully presented cocktail was unfortunately on the small side with lots of ice. Not worth for the price of this drink. We ordered the Chef's Menu which was $74 per person. Portions were huge because it was for the two of us, but it was designed for four people. We ate half and split the other half to go for lunch the next day. The menu consisted of their famous 5 dip tower containing of the following: chickpea with black garlic oil, ember roasted eggplant with spiced peppers, whipped ricotta and saffron apricots, green tahini and smoked carrots with hazelnut and pomegranate. We had a choice of three appetizers and we each picked the hamachi (I ate it all because my friend does not eat raw), fattoush salad and hot kasseri cheese. All tasted amazing and portions were family style. For the main entrees we got the grilled branzino and Yemeni Au Poivre Kebab. Both tasted amazing. We both liked the Kebab more. To end the night we had the Kataifi Cheesecake which was beautifully presented. We were so full that we only had a bite or two but it tasted very good. I took this home and it took a few days to finish this dessert. This is a great place to dine with 8 people and take advantage of the chefs menu. Service was amazing.

Chefs menu dinner for $74 is a steal for the area, there is so much food!! The dips and mezze have plenty of vegetarian options but unfortunately no main vegetarian options. It would be great if Zou Zou could add something there in the future. My meat eating friends enjoyed the duck and filet mignon and I enjoyed the branzino which was perfectly cooked. From the mezze, my favorite was the fattoush which was so colorful and flavorful, I kept going back for more. The hamachi is also excellent. The dessert cheesecake is something different and so good. Overall great experience. Given the amount of food we all wished we had more time between courses...definitely felt rushed like the table needed to be turned over quickly. It would have been nice to have more time to truly enjoy the food/experience.

Unreal. Seriously a fabulous meal!! We just had a culinary delight! The dips tower for the appetizer was absolutely unreal. So many amazing flavors exploring in your mouth. We just tried a few of the other apps and they were fantastic!!!We will be coming back here very soon to try more items on the menu!! So good!

Brandon and Tiffany were the best bartenders I could ever ask for! They made our stay so enjoyable and made the best cocktails for us!

I came here saturday with my sister for a girls date and we were blown away ! Lets start with the decor-it was so beautiful inside- with the amazing art deco decor that made us feel like we were indeed by the water somewhere. We got the Zou Zou's dip tower and OMG-so fresh and tasty the flavor combinations were out of this world. We came for brunch-I got the burger medium and the beef was so tender-my sister ordered the branzino and the it was cooked so perfectly. Lastly my favorite part of the day were the drinks ! Bartenders Jay and Brandon worked magic-very attentive and they made us some amazing cocktails after asking what our spirit of choice was. I will definitely be returning especially since its so close to NY Penn Station. I would 100 percent recommend Zou Zou's to anyone who asks me for good eats, great vibes and drinks in the city.
