One of my favorite spots to grab a quick bite in SoHo! Yubu serves up delicious (and aesthetic) Korean tofu pockets filled with rice and your choice of topping, ranging from bulgogi and tuna salad to raw spicy salmon. You can't go wrong with any of the fillings, but my favorites are the torched salmon and the fish roe mayo! It's a small shop with limited seating, but provides some nice reprieve from a busy shopping day. You order at the counter, and then find a seat. Definitely get one of their sets, it comes with the cutest lollipop! No public bathroom though :(

Stopped over for a quick snack. There's an abundance of choices whether it's a drink or rice filled tofu pockets. The rice is very filling so it would be almost impossible to eat all 14 choices in one sitting unless it was for a meal.I wasn't particularly fond of the strawberry latte. Not to say that it wasn't great, it was not much of what I wanted. Note to self, always listen to cravings. The service was quick. I did love the tofu pockets, I wish I could've had more. Absolutely scrumptious! The place was busy though not crowded; also well kept.

We saw this place on Instagram and figured it was worth a shot. The restaurant is pretty small and might not fit a large crowd; however, the food is pretty good. We ordered the salmon, crab meat, avocado, mushroom bulgogi flavor, spicy mushroom and roe and mayo (myungran). There was a healthy topping on top of the rice. The tofu skin was really fresh and the staff was friendly. Definitely give this place a shot when you're in the area

Yubu, an Inari quick-service eatery, calls Soho its home. I enjoyed three pieces accompanied by a dalgona coffee and found it to be a satisfying meal. My order included beef Bulgogi, spicy chicken, and spicy tuna mayo, costing approximately $16. The establishment's ambiance was genuinely charming, complete with sufficient seating. The rice and meat were of excellent freshness, and the coffee was creamy and sweet. If you're an aficionado of Asian cuisine, particularly Japanese, I strongly suggest giving this place a try. reasonably priced per item tasty and fresh fulfilling ample seating near train stations has vegan options (mushroom inari)

Love this cafe restaurant. The tofu skin with rice/ toppings are well mixed together. The restaurant is cleaned and felt cozy to dine in. I like the box combo, it is perfect bites for quick lunch. You would order up front and clean up after yourself. The only downside is no restroom. My favorite was torched salmon, spicy chicken, spicy tuna

Cute casual korean place. You order at the counter and there is plenty of space to sit down and eat. This is more so a place for the tasting menu rather than expecting to get full. I was expecting the sizes to be a little larger for what I was paying for, but thats NYC for you. I got the set of 5 package and chose salmon, crabmeat, bulgogi, tuna mayo, and pork jaeyook. Very cute to eat! All of which were delicious in their own ways but my favorites were the salmon, bulgogi, and tuna mayo. The service is quick and helpful.

Came here during the weekend and there was a small line. We got a box of 8 for $25 for 2 people which I think is pretty good value. Each piece is much smaller than what you would expect so don't expect to leave feeling full but overall it was pretty good and I would come back. The salmon rolls were not that great imo and lacked flavor so I would skip on those. We thought the pork jaeyook and beef bulgogi were the most tasty. The tofu skin was slightly sweet and the rice was a good compliment as well. Overall, the rolls were good and worth the try! All in all, I would recommend this place and I think it'd be cute as a takeout food item for a picnic.

I grabbed a quick snack with a few of these rice filled inari with various toppings. washed it down with a dalgona matcha latte. Picked up a bigger pack for our plane ride home later that day.You can get them topped with bulgogi, torched salmon, crab meat, fish roe and spicy tuna mayo. they have vegetarian options as well.Quick and yummy inexpensive bites.
