I live in the neighborhood and this is the only deli in walking distance of my house. The food is all very delicious and I've been coming here since I was very little. My only complaint is the price has raised a lot throughout the years and it means I can no longer go there as much as I used to, but the food is still as exceptional as it was, and I have no complaints on that aspect. The inside of the place definitely changed throughout the years I like the new improvements. And in the picture is most possibly my favorite item which is a turkey and cheese lettuce tomato mayo on a roll. I don't know why it taste so good but I just know it does and I'm really craving one today so maybe I'll go back and get another one. If you live in the area, I recommend eating here. The staff are really friendly and it's nostalgic and homey for me.

I stopped by for a quick bite after a long day. They were busy, and clearly had a few items that some folks liked. I tried a couple rice balls -- the price was good ($1.50). I may give it a try again to see what else is on the menu.

I have to say, the food has been better but between the service fee and delivery fee that doesn't even go to the driver, I won't be ordering here anymore. I mostly live in Manhattan these days and I NEVER have seen a delivery fee added, let alone one that doesn't go towards the driver. I went to order a Turkey sandwich and it was almost $20 for Turkey BLT on a roll BEFORE adding a tip. Such a shame. I miss the Wilkens of my youth. Their prices are completely out of hand.

Good food good service daily specials are excellent. Wednesday is barbecue day you can get a pulled pork brisket and baked beans are phenomenal and all of the people who work there all have a sense of humor and make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

I ordered from here via UberEats and was beyond disappointed with the food I received. First, I ordered the broccoli quiche and it was completely frozen. It seemed to be an already made quiche that needed to be heated up and then served. There was no description indicating that's how it was going to come. Next, I got the brunch burger and the meat inside was raw! I asked for medium and while the outside was cooked well and tasted like a mouth full of charcoal, I couldn't eat it because of how raw the inside was. Also, for some reason the eggs tasted stale and dry. Finally, the curly fries were hard and inedible. They were impossible to eat. I'm not sure if this place is under pressure because of COVID, however they need to do better. I thought it was going to be good since it was a "top eats" on UberEats, however I won't be ordering from here again.

Iabsolutely not...i used to go into this business years ago...i retired and moved..when i ordered over the phone...i ordered corned beef , 2 lbs...nothing but fat and untrimmed...a month later i went from the bronx to wilkens...i was the 2nd one there..as people started coming in they took longer and longer...they treated me very disrespectfullyi was totally suprised...i am 70 years old and to think about the way i was treated...it disgusted me i would never go back...there food is ok but not worth the way i was treated...let me add...the owner jack wanted to compensate me for the corned beef...in which i said no...but the way they treated me ...never again! OH I ACCIDENTLY HIT THE STARS...MY MISTAKE...I GIVE THEM 1 STAR!... PLEASE TAKE OFF 3 STARS...THANK YOU!

I walked in and they had boats head everything in the deli but when I ordered my Philly cheese steak they gave me cheez whiz. Like who puts cheese whiz on a cheese steak. What is this roll n roaster. Not to mention the onions were basically whole. Whoever taught these guys how to cut onions should just quit at life. My boyfriend ordered a bacon egg and cheese with salt pepper and ketchup which of course came minus the salt pepper and ketchup. So when he brought the sandwich back so they could put it on they must've been bent out of shape that he walked back in because they must've just turned the pepper shaker upside down and held it there it was so nasty. Do yourselves a favor and don't order here
