-First Impression- DJ right by the door, and great vibes inside. Good variety of music to suit pretty much all tastes-Food- Damn near perfect. The yucca fries were slightly salty for my personal taste, but still very good. I had the steak tacos which looked small, but were very filling. They were pretty spicy, which made me sneeze, LOL! -Service- Absolutely stellar! Jonathan was our server and made us feel like VIPs! Thank you Jonathan! And I'm not sure what Ralph's title is, but wow, I might be in love with him. He was so sweet to us and accommodated our party, making the birthday girls day special. HI RALPH! [insert heart eyes emoji here]-Price- I was impressed! I don't think any single dish was over $25, and bottomless brunch was $30 per person (everyone at the table will have to participate)-Did Not Like- NO NOTES!-Noteworthy- See service! Also, this is the littest I've ever been at a bottomless brunch. They really hooked it up!-Recommend- Resounding yes! Can't wait to go back!

Vida Verde is a lively restaurant serving Mexican cuisine and pretty cocktails. They have colorful decorations, rooftop seating, bottomless brunch on weekends, Taco Tuesdays, and occasional live music.Try the trio of guacamole, which includes three different types of guacamole: guacamole with pomegranate seeds, mango, and jicama. Weird combinations, but they somehow work. Of course, try their cocktails. The tacos are delicious - I've tried pollo, al pastor, and carnitas. They were all super delicious. Not sure what else to say - Overall, it's quite appealing, so 4 stars.

Starting the night uptown? This is a great place to get the party started! They have a DJ on the weekends that play all the bangers! The food is delicious and will keep you full and ready for the night ahead! Pro tip! Also stop by for bottomless brunch if you are more of a day partier

Vida verde was great. My group ended up doing the bottomless drinks which was a 90 minute experience. You have about 5 drinks to choose from including frozen margaritas, Bellinis, mimosas, seltzer and beer. Our server Easton was fantastic. He was quick to get our orders in and he definitely made sure we got the most of our bottomless drinks. There was great ambiance. Very fun decor and music. The food was good. I got the burrito bowl which was very good. I wouldn't say that it was the best burrito bow I have ever had, but it was good. Overall it was a great restaurant and I will definitely be coming back. Great place to bring friends.

Loved the vibe of this place. We tried to get a table but we're u lucky without a reservation, but found a spot at the upstairs bar. I'm looking forward to checking the rooftop out when it opens too. The food and drinks were great. Yucca fries were amazing and the corn too!

This place had so many reviews and had high ones too. It was highlighted by many people so I decided to come here. It's a great place for tourists to come. The decor inside was all in different arrangements. It felt tropical but in certain places it wasn't. There's seating both downstairs and upstairs. I didn't make any reservations for this spot. I came after a show at Carneige Hall. It's opened late and after 10pm it turns into a bar/club filled with the bridge and tunnel crowd. It is pretty nuts how the main floor fills up that you need to squeeze through. Also they have a 90 minute ayc drink deal too from noon until 10pm. Which is a pretty great deal as it's midtown and drinks cost so much these days. For food, got the Queso Fundido with Queso which I must say was really great and the sausage made it epic. The dessert that was ordered was the Pina colada tres leches. Those two hit the spot. The entree was just alright called arrechera (the steak and fries). The service could've been better. Sometimes when looking for the server she was no where to be found.

Celebrated my friend's birthday dinner here. The restaurant was super busy. There was music playing all night. Our waiters were pretty efficient. I ordered a peach frozen margarita. It was ok. For my entree I selected the steak quesadilla and a side of the rice, beans and cheese. The quesadilla was pretty delicious. The rice was SO HARD, omg! The worst. Everyone in the group enjoyed their meals. I heard raving reviews about the shrimp and chicken bowls. Overall nice experience.

Great lunch today at Vida Verde stopped by before the Stephen Colbert show taping.Great music, vibe, service and food was great I went with the waiter's recommendation of the brisket quesadilla & was fantastic. Ambience is pretty chic and definitely love the live DJ ! The mango margarita is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend! Service was definitely quick, maybe because it wasn't as busy.
