A lot of places in Chelsea Market are tourist traps, but this place is genuinely so good. There aren't many seats, but if you're willing to sit outside, there's a lot of common space dedicated to the Chelsea Market stalls. You can watch the workers make the noodles by hand through the glass, which is pretty cool and a great way to pass time while waiting for your food. We tried both a dry noodle and a soup noodle. Both were phenomenal, but I'd have to say the dry noodle was my favorite. There was so much flavor from the herbs, spices, and vinegar! The soup was warm and flavorful, and the beef was tender. The noodles had the perfect texture and were nice and chewy. They are pretty efficient with making orders, so you shouldn't have to wait too long, even if there is a line.

A great noodle spot amidst the rows of restaurants and shops in Chelsea Market. There can be a line, but it moves quickly, and I received my food in no time. Portion was a bit on the smaller side, which leaves you open for more shopping afterwards. I'd recommend coming with a drink (or buying something here)- you'll want one to pair with your food. The ambiance is the same as the rest of the mall- busy and noisy. If you get lucky, you can get a counter seat and watch the chefs pull the noodles right in front of you. Otherwise, there's seating outside and plenty of spots around the market as well.I ordered the lamb noodles, dry. The chewiness of the noodles was perfect, and the lamb was an incredible combination of flavor and tenderness. There are also large, crunchy bits of cabbage that could be a hit or a miss- I thought they disrupted the rest of the dish. The seasoning had a good amount of numbing flavor, but only a tiny hint of spiciness. Everything is drenched in delicious chili oil, and it'll leave you feeling warm for the rest of the day.

I remember this being much better a few years back. I got the Taiwanese beef noodle soup, and some of the noodles came stuck together, and some of the meat was so thick and not chewable. I will say that you get your order pretty quickly after ordering, but at almost $17 a bowl and such a long line, it's really not worth anymore.

We stopped by after walking around exploring the area. Located in a food court, spicy hand pulled noodles sounds great on a cold day. I went for the tingly and spicy cumin lamb dry version. The noodles were great with a nice chew. I thought the flavors were good but missing some saltiness. Service is prompt and quick. The food court is bustling and busy on a Sunday night. If there aren't seats in the food court itself, you can walk down to the end of the market and there are covered outdoor seatings.

I loved these fresh handmade noodles! I got the spicy lamb dry noodles and the noodles were so delicious and chewy, with a spicy sauce that complemented them well! The line moves fairly quickly, though I had to wait maybe 8-10 minutes for my noodles to be served.I would definitely come back to try their noodle soup!

A MUST! I went right at opening, so it wasn't so busy. I loved seeing the chef hand-pull the noodles through the window, definitely a master at their craft. My personal favorite was the dry lamb noodles, as I prefer bolder flavors. The Taiwanese noodle soup was delicious as well! A very warm, hearty bowl of soup.

Still might be my favorite spot to eat in the city so far. Right in the heart of Chelsey Mqrket Very Fresh Noodles is a must try if you're in the area and dare I say worth the trip to get here if you're not. Came here off a recommendation from a fellow Yelp Elite and wasn't disappointed. I ordered the dry noodles with lamb (spicy.) The noddles alone have this amazing texture that makes you want to take bigger and bigger bites just so you can eat more and more of them. The lamb was tender and the sauce is a combination of warming and fragrant asian flavors with a nice kick of spice. Be sure to ask for a side of chili oil if you want it spicier. If I lived here I'd eat these every week.

If you like mala and Szechuan, then give this place a shot! I've been here before and had a great experience so wanted to take my fiancé here. He thought it was alright but to caveat, he doesn't like mala or Szechuan. I still very much enjoyed the noodles. The wait this time took maybe about 45 mins in line just to order, but the food came out very quickly shortly after ordering (I want to say 5-7 mins) It's a very popular spot and is especially busy on weekends so a longer wait was expected. I would say i'm a fan of the soup over the dry noodles. I think there's more substance to work with and sometimes, dry noodles can get a little bit overwhelming. I loved the chewy texture and bounciness of the hand-pulled noodles! We also ordered the fried chicken to share, I personally think it was overly seasoned but the crispiness was perfect. Great place if you're trying to escape the cold and need something to quickly warm you up!

Back again several years later, and just as yummy as I remembered! The service was extremely fast and line went quickly at 7PM on a Friday. Pretty hard to find a seat, but doable after doing laps in the space. Best szechuan spot that's quick and easy to go in a 5 block radius!

It's a cute tourist driven place in Chelsea market. They repair the noodles in front of you so that was pretty cool! I really wanted shrimp or chicken options but I ended up getting vegan spicy noodles with shiitake mushrooms and they were good. I really wanted chicken wings as I saw. They had a whole wing. They were fried and pipping hot. Tasty and well seasoned. The wings were delicious!!Services- thank Goodness the young lady (Jade) who took my order informed me that it is best to eat these noodles immediately or within 10 minutes as they don't really travel well. I ordered my food to go, but decided to sit down and taste the noodles to not compromise the integrity of the freshly prepared noodles. Thank you for the warning again. Eat this meal fresh and hot. My order was ready quickly. The chicken wings at the very fresh noodle spot were excellent! The noodles were good! I would recommend this place. It looks like they get a little busy. They do seating by the bar, which is entertaining to watch them prepare the noodles or in front of a bookshelf to read a book and Some outdoor seating .
