Underhill Cafe

The food honestly made me feel like I was back in Greece. Their portions are huge too which I always really appreciate and the prices are pretty affordable in my opinion. Their service is so nice too! I felt like we were getting food at a friend's house or something like that! They even served us some complementary baklava at the end which I wasn't expecting. This is definitely a good go to for Mediterranean food!

Food was phenomenal! We took the bartender advise and had the special chicken with lemon wedge potatoes! Simply Devine! I would absolutely come back for the food and the bartender was incredibly sweet. Quaint restaurant with at home atmosphere. Baklava was excellent and a great finish for an amazing meal.

The recently opened restaurant has great food and even better service. The owner, Isidoro chatted with us and made great suggestions. We were also served complimentary baklava that was amazing!! The place is small and cute with simple decor. It was a cold day and it could use better insulation. I recommend giving it a try for a taste of Greece.

caution when ordering online!!! sometimes they are closed and keep site up online and take your money and don't instantly resolve or update their site to reflect their business hours. On top of that: the items on menu are not what you are served. i have a limited lunch break and was told my order was ready. when i arrived, my steak sandwich with fries had no fries. asked if they could remedy, they tried to tell me that the item didn't come with a side when it CLEARLY states that sandwiches and burgers come with fries. otherwise it makes for overpriced average food. haven't left a review on yelp in years. this was the final straw. will not be returning. :/

The hospitality at Underhill Cafe is so wonderful! The owner is Greek and is so warm and kind. Ordered the moussaka which was so delicious - you could definitely taste the nutmeg and cinnamon along with the layers of eggplant and potato at the bottom. Definitely recommend!

Excellent clean Greek food in a cozy cafe reminiscent of those you'd find on the market streets of many Greek islands. Treated like family from the time I walked in. Will be back soon, don't sleep on this neighborhood gem.

We love this place. The food is great - we had a gyro platter and mousaka. Will be back. :)

Had a wonderful meal and dining experience for lunch here today. The moussaka was perfectly structured, layered, and seasoned, the greek and caesar salads fresh and prepared with care, and the baklava, yogurt, and sour cherries the unexpected and perfect ending to all that deliciousness. My husband and I sat outside with our dog, and the outdoor space is well shaded and quiet on a peaceful corner. The owner is very kind and it's obvious this restaurant is the result of his love of Greek cuisine and a wish to make his guests feel welcomed and content.

We were very excited to try this place. However, one of the staff--a older man was very rude. My 2 year old was playing with his fork at the table and he came and grabbed his hand and disciplined my son, telling him not to do that. Please do not discipline someone else's kid and keep your hands to yourself. If you have a problem with my son tell me about your issue,,but do not touch my 2 year old and grab his hand, that is not your place and it is not professional.It ruined our time there and we asked for the check and left immediately. The atmosphere was not welcoming. Food was okay,but not impressed, there are better restaurants available in the area.
