I was so so so impressed with this restaurant from entering to finishing the meal, everything was perfect. We walked into a very gorgeous setting with beautiful backsplashes and a very warm, intimate restaurant setting. One thing I noticed is that the back room was so spacious it was a sort of escape from the cramped Manhattan restaurant vibe.We were greeted so warmly with an introduction and background on the restaurant and how they collaborate with the Union Square Farmers' Market vendors. Our waitress explained with the specials of the day in such a way that I really almost ordered everything. All our dishes were delicious and I was just so satisfied (and very full!) after! Absolutely cannot wait to come back!

Such a cute spot for brunch! We ordered the cornetto, calamari, pappardelle tuna bolognese, and the open faced salmon sandwich. Everything was great! The dipping sauce that came with the calamari had a nice kick and the cornetto had a surprising lemony-citrus flavor that was subtle, but complimented the buttery pastry well. The pappardelle tuna bolognese was creative and surprising. I wouldn't normally pair a fish and a bolognese sauce, but this worked shockingly well. My favorite dish was the salmon toast/open faced sandwich. I liked the dill but wish there were more onions. Side note: I also like the name as a fellow traveler poet and friend. Service was good. Our waiters were friendly and helpful. Overall, I will be returning!

Super cute dining or coffee spot that reminds me of a mini eataly! When you first walk in there are counters with pastries and sandwiches and tables where you can grab coffee and chill, saw some people working etc. Further in the space they have tables set aside for dining. I made a reservation for 3 for brunch this past Saturday. They had a separate brunch menu with more classic brunch dishes like Benedict's and pancakes, but also some paninis and pastas. The entire restaurant is pescatarian too! We got the Pappardelle Tuna Bolognese, Smoked Salmon Toast, Fried Calamari, and a Cornetto (Italian croissant). The papardelle was my favorite with toothy fresh pasta and a unique sauce- the tuna provides an interesting and tasty dimension of flavor to the bolognese. The smoked salmon on the toast was fantastic- so fresh! The calamari was good too, and the cornetto had a slight lemony/sugar taste but was also delicious! I also got the Eliot Elixir (a spritz w rose, maraschino liquor, and grapefruit) which was a gorgeous pink shade and tasted so citrusy and refreshing. Service was fine, they can get pretty busy/hard to flag down, but the food comes out quickly and they bring water bottle refills.

Travelers Ports & Friends has become popular so it was quite packed with customers when I went there this morning. A hot cappuccino after the croissant at L'Appartement 4F was much needed. I preferred to come here instead of Mahzedahr Bakery as TPF has restrooms. Three to be exact as when they opened there was only one. I sat at the bar and enjoyed the coffee. Lots of peopled were either nursing their coffees or having a late breakfast. I picked up a focaccia with tomato sauce to take out as lunch. Next time I plan on having the Maritozzo con Panna which I spied as I left.

Cute and cozy spot for brunch! Came yesterday and had the eggs benedict and the egg any style. We ordered a side of potatoes for the benedict because that plate didn't come with potatoes but the eggs any style did. The ambience intentionally feels like you're eating in a coffee shop or market setting, but also has a separate dining room. The decor is beautiful and was a perfect spot for a cozy day. Hope to be back some day to try it for dinner!

Cute Italian cafe. There are three separate areas. Perfect for studying, meeting up with a friend, or an aperitivo. I was torn between the pistachio, caprese, and prosciutto. The nice gentleman recommended the pistachio. It was made on fresh light focaccia bread with burrata, mortadella, and pistachio. I've never had that combination but it worked so well together. I'll definitely be coming back for it again. The flat white was also very good.

Really great stop in terms of location, vibe, staff, and a diverse enough menu. It's a little busy in there, so if you find a seat you're doing well and you're in for a treat. Simply stated: a great place for coffee, tea, hot chocolate and pastries but you will also find quite a few other brunchy foods.

My friend booked for us to have dinner here, and it did not disappoint! The decor and ambiance was incredible--intimate, homey, and so charming. We all loved our server Faheem, who did a really good job of explaining the menu and giving his suggestions for what things we could share as a group. His descriptions of some of the unique dishes were very spot on, and we all were so happy, full, and satisfied! The seafood platter is a sampling of all their popular seafood dishes, and very well worth getting as a kind of appetizer if you're in a group of 3 or more! Arancini was another highlight appetizer, and the mafalde pasta with sea urchin was an absolute delight! Their handmade pastas are delicious. Loved the concept of having a restaurant that focuses more on seafood and friendly for folks who may have lactose intolerance. We also went next door to the restaurant's gelateria for dessert, and their flavors were incredible. The pistachio, hazelnut, and dairy-free dark chocolate were *chef's kiss*! This is a lovely addition to the area and a place I'll definitely go back to again and again.

Mini and cuter version of Eately!Loved the vibe of this place. Conveniently located in West village.They have freshly baked bread, patsa made in house, lots of bakery of bakery items, coffee, wine bar and so on. There is a private seating area too which seems to be available on a booking basis.I got the focaccia bread and it was super fresh and light. The coffee was great too! I am really looking forward to try pasta next time, especially because they make it right there! I reached around 4:45pm and they said it's not available to order anymore. So yep next time hopefully.The place is quite busy usually but they try to keep it moving and cleaned up. The guy behind the barista was kind enough to check for our review on coffee.

I keep a "want to try" collection on yelp with places I've read about or happened upon. One day we wanted lunch out, with a solid walk to/from, so I checked my list and we decided to come here. What a great place!You can order coffee and, at the counter, and there are a few café tables right there. Or, go in back for table service, which is what we did. We were seated at a high-top, comfortable enough. The lovely waiter brought menus and a bottle of water (tap, which we prefer).No rush later, he came to ask if we had any questions, which we did, and learned that most dishes are made for sharing. We shared the excellent farro salad and a small but very tasty cheese board. That salad was ample for the 2 of us, full of fresh summer veggies and farro, with olive oil and good seasoning. The cheese board came with a smoked mozzarella that was incredibly creamy inside like a good burrata would be; pecorino; and I'm sorry but I forget what the 3rd cheese was, reminded me of a manchego, but it wasn't that. It was one golf ball size or a tad bigger of the mozzarella, and 3 slim triangles of each of the others, served with 2 slices of focaccia. This was a satisfying lunch.For dessert we shared a decaf coffee - excellent coffee btw - and an Italian cornetto, very similar to a croissant.We left satisfied, not uncomfortably stuffed. We look forward to coming back for dinner here. Food was excellent, service excellent, price fair for what we had, and I loved that our waiter spoke Italian; I said grazie, he said prego, minimal I know, but sweet.
