Best Thai place in NY!! The food was super tasty. I got the Grilled Skirt Steak with Black Pepper Sauce. The steak was immaculate: super tender and juicy and the right proportion of meat vs fat. Plus, they give you 16 oz, which is a lot. But they also give you a lot of rice, vegetables, and fries (aka a lot of carbs), so you are GUARANTEED to be full. The sauce really brought it home though: it paired so well with the juiciness of the meat! Last but not least, service was great. Our waitress checked in on us to make sure we liked the food. Very spacious place too, but make sure to make a reservation, just in case.

My group of 4 made a reservation for 1:30 pm on a Saturday and it was surprisingly pretty busy during that time! They do require that the entire party be present in order to be seated, but once our whole group was there, we were immediately seated at our table. The staff was very helpful in answering all of our questions about the menu. We ordered the lychee marg, an iced coffee, and strawberry pina colada for drinks. The drink menu was surprisingly extensive and not expensive. My friend said her marg was strong and my pina colada was delicious! It also looked really good with a pineapple slice and strawberry on the rim. We had the crab rangoons as an appetizer and for my entree, I had the tofu and veggie pad see ew. Both were pretty good and comparable to other thai places in the city. For dessert, we got the ube sticky rice (they didn't have mango) and we all enjoyed it! Overall, I had a great time at Top Thai and it is a solid Thai spot in the city!

I liked my experience here! The service was the best part. They really go all out for birthdays. They bring a picture frame and a dessert with a candle, and they sing happy birthday on the megaphone. It was the best birthday situation I've ever seen at a restaurant. The ambiance is good! I think it's a tiny bit loud, but that's okay. The decorations were beautiful. It's super busy so make sure to get a reservation! The food was pretty good but not amazing. I appreciated the spice level (it was actually kind of spicy). However, I feel like I've had better Thai food recently at other places. The drinks are good too! They have a lot of really fun options and a big variety.

I came here on a Wednesday with my cousin for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised by how big the space is, as it looks pretty small from the outside. We loved all the decor, it was a super cute place. I ordered the rose margarita, which was displayed beautifully. This was a nonalcoholic beverage, which I didn't mind. It was extremely refreshing and delicious. For my main course I ordered the spicy Tom Yum fried rice. This is SPICY! I loved it, but it's definitely not for everyone. I ordered the crispy duck with it, which tasted great and was fried perfectly. The service was great our server was extremely attentive and nice.

Everyone in the comments said this is the best Thai place in New York City. I think it's time for me to make my own best of list because this certainly wasn't it. I asked for utensils and chopsticks and napkins and didn't get any of it in my delivery. The Pad Thai was OK. I think the best part about it was the shrimp having flavor and tasting real but the consistency of it (pad Thai) like the seasoning, it just wasn't satisfying to me. It also gave me a stomach ache, which I still have because I ate it last night. I also had the coconut sticky rice, which was green for some reason and I didn't question it, because I thought certainly it can't be from the plastic it was wrapped in. That would just be too egregious. Safe to say, I will not be back and for those who find this place to be the best, continue to enjoy.

Yummy thai food! Came by over the weekend on Saturday for lunch and they had lots of seats! Great for big groups. Food was good and very flavorful, just a smaller portion, still good for sharing if you come with a group and you can try more dishes. Friendly staff! Place was nicely decorated too! Try the spicy basil noodle with duck, curry with chicken, pineapple fried rice, and pad thai with shrimp! Thai tea is good too. Ube sticky rice was interesting for dessert. 5% discount if you pay by cash.

I had no idea what I was walking into here when I arrived for the reservation my friend made. Walking in and it fekt like one of those upbeat mexican restaurants. The energy was unmatched for any thai restaurant I have ever been too. Where else would there be loud speaker announcements letting you know happy hour is over, but you can still get buy one get one shots?Besides for the atmosphere the food and drinks were also great. Two of us shared the chicken satay, spring rolls and a pad thai. We also each got a frozen drink, which was HUGE! And let me just say I will now be expecting pina coladas whenever I get thai food because the combination was fabulous.

(Overall: A) - Top Thai Vintage has quickly become one of my favorite lunch spots to dine in or takeout given their great Lunch special and high quality, authentic Thai food in West Village. They are able to execute the classic comfort noodle dishes well with some interesting drinks and appetizers to make a well rounded meal -- though the quality dine-in when those noodles are piping hot cannot be matched in takeout. The restaurant is quite spacious and the staff are kind as well. Would recommend!(Pad See Ew: B) - Their Pad See Ew tastes authentic with the classic egg, chinese broccoli combo and tender beef, but I feel like it lacks the flavor intensity found at other establishments. Nevertheless, I enjoy their lunch deals and find it good value.(Pad Thai: A+) - Their Pad Thai I feel is a much better offering than their Pad See Ew as they hit all the bold flavoral components well and can cook their chicken and pork tenderly. It is also well priced for lunch at only $17 with an appetizer such as a hearty chicken soup. The only thing I would avoid is their mock duck as it is quite displeasing to eat in large quantities as a non-vegetarian.(Thai Iced Coffee: A) - The lunch special offers a great deal being able to add a drink for only $2. Their Iced Coffee is pleasant in that you can taste the notes of sweetness while still hitting that boldness from the espresso in a way that is different from the American drinks. --Food: +1Presentation: EPrice: +1Atmosphere: +1Service: EMenu: +1Overall: +4 AInsta/Yelp/Beli/TikTok: @amei_eats

Food was amazing , I cannot rave enough about it. Party of 11 immediately accommodated by front staff. Our server patty however was extremely rude and dismissive. We'd ask her a question and she'd walk away before you could finish. She would roll her eyes at other tables requests for a minute longer to look over the menu. Got to a point our table was scared to ask anything of her lol. End all, great food and beautiful restaurant. If patty is your server beware.
