Absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! What a great find!!! From the sashimi started, to the toro tartare with caviar, to the miso cod, to the uni/squid pasta! And the dumplings were absolutely excellent!! Every bite was an explosion of flavor in our mouth! For desert we had the black sesame and another pudding that I can't remember the name of it. Those were absolutely deliciousWhat a great meal! Great compliments to the chefs!!!It's also BYOB and that's a plus!

I found myself here once I saw the menu for their Valentine's Day special and was immediately interested. I had seen their videos around Instagram a couple times and had always been interested in the menu so I was thrilled to finally make a visit here. The special was a $78 7 course menu. First off, shoutout to Julia for making my experience here so great! She was the absolute sweetest and you could tell she really wanted people to enjoy the food and experience here. We chatted for a bit and got to try their yuzu sake as well - it's homemade and you must try it because it's delicious.There were a lot of yuzu elements within their dishes which I absolutely loved. Everything I had, I wanted more of. The only downside for me is that the portions were a bit small for the price in my opinion. I did leave still a bit hungry. I think it would've been great if there was a bigger portion of the pasta or another dish. The food and service were great so I don't regret it but I would have to opt for an a la carte menu perhaps next time. That aside, I truly did enjoy the food and here's what I had: 1) Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi The scallop was cooked perfectly and just felt like it was melting on my tongue. I loved the how the yuzu brightened up the sauce as well. 2) Toro Tartare This was a top dish for me. I didn't want it to end and the tartare was so silky smooth and rich that I had to eat slowly to savor it all. 3) Miso Black CodNothing beats a classic miso black cod! Their mustard sauce was a great addition as well. 4) Deep Fried Snow CrabThese crab legs were fried to perfection in my opinion. I just wished there was at least 1 more! 5) Clam Miso Soup I enjoyed this but I almost wish it came first and had some more spunk to it. It was the most "normal" item on the menu for me. Still delicious however and I could really taste the clams I. The broth. 6) Squid Ink PastaI wanted a whole bowl of this one. Even without the uni, I was loving the yuzu and Parmesan sauce with the squid ink noodles. I've been inspired by this one to try and make a similar sauce. 7) Dessert This one came with a matcha cheesecake and yuzu cheesecake! No conpmaints here! The flavors were really well balanced and still maintained the concept of what a cheesecake is in my opinion. Overall, I'd come back but perhaps for specific a la carte items! I loved my time here and I want to give a huge thank you to all of staff and chefs who made my experience so fun here. Can't wait to return!

9 dish tasting menu for $90-something.This was a LOVELY and VERY DELICIOUS dinner!!!! There are many dishes that stand out. The first one was a yellowtail sashimi w yummy sauce and apple chip and micro somethings. I could have eaten a whole bowl of this. The second was a (for me ) four bite open face toast w cubes of delicious tuna and caviar and deliciousness sauce. Again I could have had 8 of these. Then came a smoked salmon w a side of butternut squash that was soooooo comforting. That fatty salmon is sooooo delicious. Again I could have a whole filet of this. Then came the thinly fried of (I think) branzino. The crispness of this fish that was sitting on a mild creamy broth that had a French flare was excellent. That fried fish was fried to perfection. Then came a HAND ROLL!!!! The nori was the crispy tempura type. This hand roll had unagi and foie gras. I could have 10 of these. So delicious. All the textures and flavors coming together. So yummy. Then came more comforting food like a mushroom chicken broth where the chicken in it was soooo tender. This was a very comforting soup for the cold wintery windy evening. I may be forgetting a dish or two. The last savory meal was a squid ink noodle w a cheddar sauce that gave me even more comfort. It was a smooth, cozy delicious noodle dish. The cheesy sauce was brothy and I spooned it all.Dessert was like a pannacotta/flan topped w a hochija tea syrup. This was soft and easy way to wrap up the meal.I loved this experience and all the dishes. The portions are bigger than your usual omakase. I left filled w cozy deliciousness. I'll be coming back to see what's new!

I was interested in dining here because it is not a regular sushi/ nigiri/ sashimi omakase. The team brings an innovative spin to their dishes and everything tastes good. Even the soup is cooked for hours with free range chicken! The team is friendly and hospitable and since they only opened recently, they love hearing feedback on the experience and food they provide. When I went they were offering the $98 tasting menu and a $46 one that was 3 appetizers with a pasta. We opted for $98 as we wanted to try everything. Would definitely return.

Such a great deal for the chef tasting menu! The hamachi sashimi and toro caviar mini toast are amazing! Our favorite is the pickled celtuce with cod fish. It's so good mixed with ginger sauce together! The shrimp and squid ink pasta are delicious too! All staffs are very friendly and attentive. The counter area is very roomy so you can enjoy the dinner more comfortably than many other sushi restaurants.

This place was UNREAL.... the food was so unique with a bunch of dishes i've never had before! The squid ink pasta with uni and yuzu tobiko was out of this world. I also LOVED the toro toast with caviar and yogurt sauce. Another one of my favorite dishes was the hiramasa sashimi with crispy onion, ponzu and fried okra. The service was impeccable and the open kitchen concept was super cool and lively. Within this month, they're changing their concept to be AYCE and AYCD omakase and incorporating some of the dishes I had tonight. Not sure how this place can get any better but i'm sure it will!
