Food (5/5): The food was really top notch. I really enjoyed the lamb shank which was super tender, the shepherd's pie was flavorful and the wings were solid too.Service (5/5): Friendly and helpful service. We had no issues and the food came quite fast.Ambiance (5/5): Nice Irish bar ambiance that is more upscale. A bunch of TVs to watch sports and tons of space and seating.

Met friends for a few drinks. Service is fast enough. Food is actually ok but considering how fast the food came out they definitely just have some stuff premade. Ambience is fine. Dark. Was busy before a knicks game but it died down once the game started. My main complaint was the fact that they watered down a few rounds of tequila we ordered, after the first round. I know at least one of those watered down rounds was requested chilled so maybe they shook it with ice but it was egregiously weak.

Food is okay. I enjoyed the nachos. Quesadilla and turkey burger were fine. Drinks were good! Solid espresso martini (if you don't like it too sweet I would get it with Tito's or your fav vodka instead of the vanilla one they use).Picked this place for my birthday dinner so we could watch the knicks game. They do have plenty of TVs. Service was okay. They made us move to the bar after we were done with dinner even tho we were still ordering drinks and the rest of the bar was empty (this was like 10pm). So that was annoying.

Very cool Irish bar located outside of Madison Square Garden.Only stopped here for a quick beer before a Rangers playoff game and the place was packed with Rangers fans. Bartender was very cool and the crowd was also very good.I didn't get to try any food but what I saw looked pretty good. Even though it was packed there was enough room to hang out for a little bit comfortably. There is a lot of construction going on outside but the inside was very cool. Will definitely stop here again maybe during the regular season when it won't be as crowded.

Stopped in for drinks before going to MSG, place was packed. Absolutely hopping with young & old. Bar patrons & dinner seekers. Date night, groups, and meet ups. Bar tenders were completely on point, always had their eyes out to see who needed to be taken care of. Modern decor surprised me, not the "Irish Pub" look that I expected. Bathrooms clean, which is a big, big plus in busy places. We only had drinks, which were great, can't tell you about food, except what I saw and heard, people seemed pleased

Great Irish pub food with an excellent beer menu. Located right next to MSG so it's a great pre show spot. Just get there early if you want a table. We had chicken fingers, a medium rare burger, wings, fish and chips and the open faced steak sandwich. Everything was very good and outstanding service for how busy it was.

The NY Rangers were playing the Hurricanes in about a half hour and I was just looking for a place to hang out before going over to Moynihan to get my train for home. The joint was packed and I had three Louis Vuitton trunks on a skid with my main man Hadji pushing the load. "Foo, where have you been?" asked the nice hostess. "On sabbatical in the bush of the dark continent." "Isn't that special!" she said, "But, we're jamming right now Foo." "Hadji, bring my trunks to the back and set one up like a table, as we do in the bush." "Right away Mr. Foo!"So I sat in the back on my own camp table and had the best shepherd's pie and a nice tall Guinness stout." After a few minutes my favorite hostess came by. "How's everything Foo?" asked the nice hostess. "Excellent, and as a matter of fact this reminds me of the Boer War and the time ..." "Enough Foo, enough! And Hadji, you need a raise!"

We stopped here last night before we saw Dave Chappelle on his opening night of his fall tour at MSG. We had no reservation and this place was bustling with the after work crowd, but we got seated immediately. The staff was all so nice and attentive, despite all the noise and crowd standing in the bar area, and I watched them float gracefully through the crowded pub, carrying trays filled with drinks and gracefully dropping off a drink here and there. They're definitely good at what they do in there. We ordered our Guinness immediately, and not long after that, ordered our Fish and Chips. The fries were really good; thick, crispy, hot and delicious. The fish was excellent; two pieces of large flakey fish (it didn't specify on the menu, but I think it was cod, based off the flake) we're fried golden. The smaller of each of our two pieces was perfect, but both of the larger fillets had some spots where the batter was too thick and though the outside was crispy and the fish was cooked perfectly, the batter was still raw (only reason this wasn't a 5 star review). The tartar sauce was excellent, and though my husband doesn't usually care for tartar sauce, he actually really enjoyed theirs. It was bright, but extra garlicky and delicious. The amount of food we got was huge and neither of us could finish our plates. We're going back to MSG in November, and we'll definitely be going back to have dinner here before that show too. DELICIOUS!
