You need to find a place to eat near Penn Station but the train's leaving soon... tick tock...It's fine. It seemed like a slightly Jewish Denny's. It's a Henny's. But, no, you can't get a Moons Over Ma'alot-Tarshiha. I had crisp Diet Coke and good coffee (better than most). With a friend, I split the waffle (which was fine), some bland and mushy hash browns, and a breakfast burrito (which was not fine). My half seemed to be all folded up tortilla. I didn't know if I should eat it or make a paper swan.

I'm surprised that this diner is so poorly rated !I had an excellent tuna sandwich -- my meal of choice when eating at a NY diner. The tuna was white albacore with just the right amount of mayo, crisp romaine and a not-too-mushy tomato. The rye bread was kind of skimpy and seemed to be a packaged rather than fresh bread, but overall the sandwich was a 4+. A cup of coffee (refilled for free) completed by meal.

From what I understand, this might be a chain of diners, though I could be wrong. It was connected to our hotel. They seem to do sandwiches, soups, and dinner fare well, but breakfast was a miss--especially the hash browns, which had an odd taste. The omelette was just "meh."The coffee was okay.Service was hit-or-miss; it was either spot-on or like they didn't care at all.If you go, skip breakfast--the rest of the menu is better. That's all I got. It's a 3.5 out of 5

I was sat down and waited all of too long to be served . On a night the business was light. Actually was able to write this review waiting for service sadly . No water brought . AT LEAST ! Do better . I actually had to get up and ask for someone in which case 2 came. Go figure lol .ON THE POSITIVE SIDE PF THINGS if you're looking for a diner any time that's clean and pretty chill it is one to check out . For the breakfast folks Can't go wrong coming here .

Touchdown in the NYC, dropped by this spot. There's a lot of space so you're not stacked on top of each other. Dope pictures and wall art in the back. Service was fast. For the food, yep it was delicious. The chicken and egg sandwich had flavor in every bite with just enough bread to hold the sandwich. If you like French toast try the strawberry and banana, you will not be disappointed. Great spot I'll be back to try something different next time

I went to Tick Tock diner for a Sunday brunch and found it to be just okay. They don't have many egg-free savory options (I don't like eggs), so I had opt for the Nutella pancakes. They were fine, but something I could have made at home.

The quesadilla and wrap we got were ok. Service was hit or miss; it was either spot on or like they didn't care at all. Decided to skip breakfast based on other Yelp reviews. Decent ambiance for what I believe is a chain of diners. That's all I got. 6 out of 10!

Right by Penn station, convenient, touristy, long wait, fast service, noisy, crowded, difficult to find seats, they have some long tables in the center of the restaurant where people get to share tables. Family and large groups friendly.Price is on the cheaper side. Service was very efficient as for taking orders, but afterwards the foods did take awhile to come out. To judge the food by a diner restaurant quality it was pretty good. Definitely recommend this spot if you don't have anything else pre planned.

We recently visited Tick Tock Diner on 34th Street and had a great experience. We were seated promptly, and the food was served quickly. I ordered the Salmon Benedict, which was excellent, and the hashbrowns were cooked to perfection. The prices were surprisingly affordable, especially considering the prime location, just a block from Madison Square Garden. I would definitely return for another visit.
