Stumbled upon North Fork while looking for a cozy place for drinks and light bites. We stopped in during their happy hour. The happy hour can't be beat. $13 cheese plate and $7 wines?! Best deal in New York. The space is tiny but has two large bathrooms.I ordered a hot toddy which wasn't on the menu and they made it beautifully with cinnamon garnish! I also had a glass of Prosecco and my friend had glasses of Cabernet Sauvignon.Service was attentive and friendly. We stayed for almost 3 hours and had a great time.Noise level in the restaurant wasn't loud which was nice. They have a few bar stools but mostly have tables and booths.I also had a dessert which was raspberries in a sponge cake with a pistachio mousse. It was light and refreshingly good! Stopping in here was a pleasant surprise. I'd love to come back for their full food menu. There's so many overhyped places in the West Village that are packed on a weekend but this place is a hidden gem. Highly recommend coming here versus a "trendy" spot.

Really cute spot deep in the West Village! They have an everyday happy hour that starts at 4pm and goes to 6pm fri/Sat and to 7pm otherwise. Got an aperol spritz for $9. It was a little watery for my liking, but the alcohol still hit. The indoor seating is clean and sophisticated. And there are few great tables facing the window, which get a lot of light. Outdoor seating is a bit more haphazard, like cheaper looking small metal tables and chairs just straight on the street. Service is quick and friendly.

Decent brunch spot in an awesome location with lots of sweet and savory options. Amole drink menu as well.Egg skillet was fine. Nothing special and avocado and chick peas were a bit too Al dente for me. French toast got rave reviews.Fast and friendly service.

Came across this restaurant on the Seated app for brunch and saw that it was ranked NYC Top 12 by Time Out and Eater Magazine. My friend got the Baked Skillet Eggs (2 baked eggs, harissa chickpeas, chorizo, charred cherry tomatoes, avocado, arugula) and I got the Crème Brûlée French Toast (challah bread, crème Brulee, home made whipped cream, fresh berries). Both were great and reasonably priced. We didn't drink but they do have a bottomless brunch. Service was great because the staff kept refilling our water because we were chatting for awhile. Lots of seating.

If you're going to The Lucille Lortel theater make a res here cause it's right across the street. The food was solid. Ambiance nice. But: If you're going to have a 90 min cap on dining then you've got to have service in line w that very obnoxious printed policy. Where were they? Our server was like a disappearing act. Nice but in this tiny place no where to be seen. Empty glasses. Dirty plates. Simple meal took way too long and bc the server is one of those who doesn't write the order down of course the order was wrong. We said nothing. Until the bill which is just a box with a card slot. We politely asked if the missing dish was on there bc we never got it and the icy veined server (another one now) said "nope nothing there" not like maybe "oh shucks our bad." Now: we are not restaurant squatters. I think timing a sitting is not a bad idea tho obnoxious to see in print. It's goodbye before hello. Just wrong if you're in food for reasons real cooks are into food. Anti hospitality. Anyway we never linger and so it was ironic that we were tapping our feet wondering where everyone was including the check in a restaurant with a printed 90 min seating rule. If I were to rate this place on food and ambiance and even the niceness of the servers I'd give it a 4 and even then only bc the missing dish.

Came here for the happy hour because they market their $1.50 per oyster deal. They did not disappoint! Was not too crowded on a Friday at 5pm. Oysters were delicious and so were the drink. We got Aperol spritz and a margarita. Very good!Everything came out fast as well. My friend also got the truffle pasta and it was amazing! We sat outside, it was super nice.

This is a solid West Village spot. We spent Pride there and were very pleased with all the food options. In fact it took us forever to figure out what we wanted because it all looked great. The service was solid and though it was a little hot (it was a packed Pride Sunday and that AC was doing all it could), we very much enjoyed ourselves!

Great food and services! Love the drinks we ordered from the bar, they made us mojitos and they were tasty. We also ordered the Thai curry mussels, and Burrata with mini toasted bread slices! So good! Also we ordered the seafood squid ink linguine pasta , wagyu beef burger with fries and pan seared cod fish! Everything was so delicious! Then we ordered desserts, Black Forest cake, mixed berries gelato and the vanilla afagato. My favorite was the chocolate cake and the pasta. The mussels is a must have too!@nyc_food1e

Great place, blessedly quiet, delicious food with very reasonable prices. The menu has something for everyone, perhaps at the expense of coherence, but so what? I'll be back.

The perfect place for brunch in the W Village. The food was delicious, hot and fresh-kudos to the chef. Our server Carmine was excellent-a real gem. We could even hear each other talk! Look forward to returning.
