Good vibes and friendly bartenders! Much needed chill cooldown from an otherwise hectic night!

Stopped by for a couple of drinks before heading to a show over at the Mirage. The place was PACKED, but had a pretty interesting setup with the bar being all the way in the back. The decor was a lot of fun (won't spoil anything) and the drinks were reasonably priced and stiff (keeping in mind it's divey). My favorite was the frozen pain killer. Bartender was nice, but felt bad for her because she obviously seemed overwhelmed due to the amount of people all wanting to order drinks at the same time. Will def stop back again next time I'm in the neighborhood and grab another one of those painkillers!

The bartender person who was working on June 16th in the evening was not the best, was kinda rude and while we were sitting inside there were baby roaches along the wall

My favorite dive bar in bushwick! Great happy hour deals and amazing burgers out front makes this a crowd pleasing choice. The place gets super crowded on weekends especially after a show, very dead on weekdays. Favorite cocktails are the gin drizzle and their iconic frozen painkillers.

You order food in the front and drinks in the back. Definitely not the warmest service, but it'll do. The drinks and food will make up for it anyways. The chopped burger really hit the spot for me! Reminded me of the cheeseburger I had at 7th Street Burger. The frozen drink Painkiller was so delicious and strong (and therefore dangerous). Super chill vibes. Good place to hang out before/after a show at Theater XIV.

Their drinks are incredibly delicious and you will be tipsy off of them!! $6 pouches ? good vibes ? Favorite local spot Painkiller drink is an absolute favorite sells out quick. Its like a Piña Colada. All of the pouches are frozen btw. They thaw out quickly with this heat no worries. Come by and hangout!

oooooooh Gurl! let me tell you about this place! Those drinks are dangerous and mad good! Recently moved to Brooklyn and thank you YELP! for the suggestion.. Thanks to yelp! this place made a permanent eternal client.anyone want to go get one those drinks in the pouches?

I went into the Johnsons once, waiting 20 minutes at the bar for a simple beer on a Thursday while the bartender was conversing the entire time and didn't even notice I had come in. After asking for a beer and she seems to have an attitude, i asked if everything was alright. She got very upset that I was asking. I then asked if it was her job that was causing her to be like this. Next thing I know, the girl is getting angry/offended and calling back up to kick me out of the bar which I have since been banned from. I wasn't showing a single sign of aggression, just seems like they didn't want me sitting there anymore (great rule as an establishment!) This is extremely unwelcoming and unsettling being that I'm a proud Bushwick local and live a couple of doors down. Now, it turns out, I can't enjoy drinks with my friends who want to go play pool at the Johnson's all because this one bartender had a chip on her shoulder. I do NOT recommend this bar because unless you look and speak like the people working there, you WILL NOT FEEL WELCOME! Someone please talk to the staff about this selective treatment because as far as I know, it's a POOR business model! Oh and by the way, the girl with the black hair and the devil horns tattoo on her chest is one of the rudest people let alone bartenders i have ever encountered. Her and her sidekick barback are non-confrontational especially when I've respectfully asked why I'm not allowed to go there anymore. There should at least be an explanation, but no... it's your typical avoidant behavior you'd expect from folks like this. Specifically I've been told that I am 86'ed like im a menu item (like they get enjoyment from this) 0/10 if I had the option!

This place rules. I wouldn't necessarily consider it a dive bar, but it is a very cozy, vintage inspired bar, with decor including old VHS tapes playing on TV's, as well as a pool table in the back. The drinks are great, bartenders are quick and kind. Prices are actually very fair, considering its placement in the heart of Bushwick. I will be back, and I always recommend this spot to my friends in the city.

Not sure why my comment got removed, but the vibes on Sunday 4/28were bad and the bartender who was working was nasty to me and my friends. Do better!
