amazing sichuan restaurant near my office. my team and I ordered from this place at around 7:00 PM, which included about 10 different entrees. I was so surprised that we were able to obtain our delivery order before 8:00 PM, so they are extremely reliable! I also enjoyed that there was no delivery fee.I ordered the cumin chicken and house special fried rice. both were extremely tasty, and were extremely packed! I thoroughly enjoyed the house special rice as it included spam.they have pretty good lunch special deals for 12.95, which includes rice, an appetizer, and an entree. I'll be back to try!

Dear TBS,Fabulous! Finally, a low-key, "lives up to the stars", relatively inexpensive, non-touristic (hard to find near Midtown) spots with REALLY delicious food and really friendly service. I ordered the vegetarian Ma Po Tofu and the Veggie Rice Noodles. Portions were large, I asked for extra spice and they weren't short on the long peppers, so the taste was spot-on for my spic-loving taste buds. There are a variety of dishes for meat/fish/veggie lovers and a plethora of beverages to choose from. I'll definitely be back, and am looking forward to my leftovers! Happy New Year, Liana

This is another Chinese restaurant that is near my NYC office. It's about a two block walk from me, so it's close enough. This is another restaurant with a varied menu of dishes from multiple regions, though definitely - as the name indicates - the speciality is Sichuan (which seems to have a variety of spellings from one Chinese restaurant to another). Like another Chinese restaurant I've reviewed near my office this place is busy at lunch time. You'll sometimes need to wait for a table, or be asked if you'd like to dine at a shared table (there's at least one they offer near the door). While they have a special priced lunch menu, offering a main dish plus soup and rice, the portions are conservative and the length of this menu is more limited than my other local option. It is also just a bit pricier. It's worth it though, as the food is at a higher level and the ambience is superior, with more attractive tables, a few booths and bench seatings, as well as more elbow room. While I've never had a disappointing meal here, I highly recommend the wonton soup. I often get the full-sized portion, rather than the lunch portion, as the wontons and broth are extremely tasty. It's simple in presentation, as it's just the wontons, broth, and pieces of scallions, but it's so satisfyingly delicious, so don't be fooled by appearances. I would also direct you to try the double cooked pork, which is made of bacon. It's pretty fantastic. The servers are attentive, quick, and knowledgeable. They also serve alcohol, in case that's a differentiator. Try it. I can guarantee you'll like it.

I got UberEats delivered. I got:- Mapo tofu: this was pretty good and has the numbing effect because of the spice- vegetable spring roll: pretty good too. I didn't like the sauce it came with though and used my own sauce

If you're craving authentic Sichuan cuisine, The Best Sichuan is a must-visit. The service is impressively quick--staff take your order promptly, bring drinks out in no time, and serve your food hot and fresh. They even wrap up leftovers for you, which is such a thoughtful touch. The Dry Pepper Chicken is hands-down the star of the menu. It's crunchy, spicy, and absolutely bursting with flavor--the best dish I've had in NYC in a long time. The Lo Mein was another highlight: perfectly hot, flavorful, and loaded with noodly goodness. The restaurant boasts a spacious layout with a cozy Asian-inspired ambiance, making it perfect for both casual outings and larger gatherings. Bonus: they have a cute bar area for shots if you're in the mood to unwind.Highly recommend for anyone who loves delicious food, great service, and a relaxed vibe. I'll definitely be back!

Ordered food for delivery and the food was decent, but I preferred some of the items (like the mapo tofu or the dan dan noodles) to have more of the Szechuan numbing spice. The mapo tofu came extremely messy - it was in a bag but it got oil everywhere! My favorite was the kung pao chicken, and I liked how you got an option of adding white or brown rice. Decent food, will want to try more again soon!

Came here on a Wednesday night and it was rather busy but I was able to get a table without having to wait a long time. We ordered steamed chicken dumplings, beef (black bean style) and sesame beef. Everything was delicious! The service was top-notch! Everyone was so polite and made the experience enjoyable. The restaurant itself had a relaxed and unique interior. Would definitely return!

*DOORDASH*Yummy but pretty expensive considering a small dish is 23$. Got the dry pot and the double fried pork. Both were really yummy. However the dry pot doesn't have any meat.

This place was conveniently across the street from our volunteer activity so we decided to check it out! It was around 3pm on a Saturday and there was no wait time. Our server was very attentive and nice. I was pretty much full after the fried pork buns but did have some bites of my pork lo mein before taking that home. I'd definitely come back!

Looking for Chinese food during Thanksgiving last week and found this place. Good restaurant!Ordered a few dishes and the house fried rice and thought it would take some time but it came out real quick (no more than 10 minutes) so we were pretty shocked but happy. The portion size wasn't as big as we expected for the cost, but what do you expect in the middle of Manhattan near TS!
