This place is great for lunch if you work in the area. I ordered the shrimp fried rice and I was not disappointed. The portion size was good had about 5 large size prawns. The flavor was good and I like the big piece of ginger & veggies. It also came with two cute little spring rolls, also tasty.

Before this became Scramble, this was the BEST Thai dishes, with incredible Curries. We loved it for years, and when they expanded to include their Mexican menu, we were confused and quickly elated. That burrito is killer!Cannot wait to try what new venture they are embarking on!

Whenever I'm in the area and haven't eaten I will default to this place. I order 2 thai sliders and leave with a smile on my face. Nice ambiance and could be a chill date spot. Always friendly service. I've been going here for 3 years now and happy to see it is still open.

Interesting mix of Thai/Spanish fast casual spot for some lunch or dinner food. Eclectic vibes with Thai food and Mexican music and decorations

Honestly, I was surprised by how good and actually spicy the green curry (with chicken) here was, considering they offer a range of kinds of items on the menu, and my previous experience with other fusion-type places has made me weary. But it was great! We made short work of it. Service was efficient, impersonal. The place itself had a playful vibe.

I don't usually post reviews of places that don't wow me. But, apparently yelp seems to think even lower star reviews help. I'm not so sure but here it goes. I had the chicken with rice and beans dish. The chicken was dry, and the sides plainly lacked flavor. It seems they are struggling a bit as they have partnered with a Mexican chef, making it an odd pop up kind of combo of Thai and Mexican cuisine. The service was stoic and slow despite the nearly desolate dining room. I'm all for supporting small biz but I was disappointed. Hope this helps in some way.

So this is two restaurants in one (Oro Verde and Thai Sliders) and the rating is reflective of Thai Sliders only. We tried one thai dish and one mexican dish. We ordered the pad see ew which veggies which was very tasty and we would get again! Unfortunately the al pastor burrito was lacking flavor and was very bland and a bit dry, I would not order it again. Definitely stick with the thai food.

Small Thai place in Chelsea with both a Thai menu and Mexican menu. I didn't have anything from the Mexican menu because I mainly came here for the honey pork slider. The honey pork slider is delicious! Definitely worth trying!! Also got the hobo noodle (at the waiter's suggestion) and it was really good! It had a nice level of spice, and was really good! Good portion, great taste! Would definitely come back to try other things on the menu. The only reason why I took off one star is because they don't sell a few items from the menu they gave us. The waiter told us which items weren't available to order after we already looked at the menu. The restaurant should either cross it off the menu or have the waiter inform your party before you are ready to order.

My friend and I decided to step in while we were walking around the area looking for some food options. We entered at 8 PM on a Thursday night and the place was fairly empty except for one large party. However, the later into the night we were at the restaurant the more filled it became. Service itself was very quick and efficient. As soon as we were seated we received our menu and had our orders taken. I ordered a thai iced tea and my friend and I split a honey pork slider/peanut chicken slider and bowl of kale tonkatu pork ramen. --THAI ICED TEA: Delicious creamy flavor however slightly too sweet for my taste.--HONEY PORK SLIDER: Absolutely delicious! A must get! --PEANUT CHICKEN SLIDER: Not as satisfying as the honey pork slider, the chicken was a little dry but the peanut sauce it was slathered with was nice and had a nice hint of sweetness. The fried wontons that the sliders came with were also a great addition. The size of the sliders were also pretty large so you are getting a good quantity for your money. --KALE TONKATSU PORK RAMEN: The noodles were really good, well cooked and flavorful. I liked the broth as well. The pork was a little dry - I personally like mine with a little more fat which these cuts didn't have. But the veggies helped to add a lot to the noodles as well. The restaurant itself was a little bit dimmer and a bit run down but in a quaint way. All in all, a pretty good joint definitely would like to go back for those honey pork sliders again!

I adore this place! What an authentic, sumptuous Thai experience. Off-the-charts flavorful is the theme of the food here. My new Thai go-to. From the decor to the pillows to the tin-roofed walls, it's like you've stumbled through a Thai jungle and discovered a little food shack. The two must-gets:- the honey pork sliders WHAT IN THE WORLD thick slabs of honeyed pork sandwiched by a fresh, warm bun and arugula, one of the best bites in New York- the hobo noodles which scream basil in such a flavorful, addictive, refreshing wayThe other dishes - the delicate shrimp steamed dumplings and the pad Thai - were all delicious too, especially the dumplings. But the pork sliders and hobo noodles are so outstanding. Thanks to Keny for serving us excellent food and kindness and solid suggestions. See you again soon!5 stars!!!!!
