We picked this place for late lunch based on the reviews when we were in the area. We were seated right away. It was a cold day so perfect for a bowl of ramen. I ordered a Spicy beef ramen. The broth was beefy and flavorful. It came with sufficient toppings and beef. Our food was great. Just a note, only cash or Zelle. But you can use the ATM that is located inside the restaurant.

Went for lunch special. Ten ichi ramen was mid. Not a lot of soup and soup itself was bland. Pork gyoza was mind and soggy. Quick service though so a reasonable spot for quick lunch. Does not accept credit card. Only venmo, zelle, cash, etc.

I'm pretty sure the original owners sold this franchise after covid because the quality is just not the same as pre-covid. My original review was back in 2018 so I've been a regular here for years and can honestly say I taste the difference.Their signature broth is thinner now and quite oily not to mention the flavor is not as good. On top of that, the 2 slice of char sui I got before is now just 1 slice cut in half. Not even my bowl of ramen is safe from Shrinkflation! I'm not sure if it's a bad sign when a ramen place offers poke bowls and other stuff because it can feel like they are trying to expand their menu so the original dishes suffers from the lack of love and attention.

Best ramen in NYC. I had the Rayu Beef Ramen. It was so flavorful and delicious. Broth was made from scratch. Servers were friendly and attentive. Great ambiance too. Highly recommend if you're in the area. A must try ramen spot in Brooklyn.

Back at our favorite place in Brooklyn for traditional Japanese Ramen!Always a solid place and very consistent in both amazing food and amazing customer service experience.A nice cozy place for either a date or bring your whole family and the vibe is always great.Make your way to Park Slope if you haven't had the chance yet to experience their ramen bowls with very fresh ingredients and an amazing broth base that is all natural with no powders or pre-mixes!

My favorite local ramen spot! It's so cozy in here and everyone is so nice. Delicious, flavorful ramen, pork buns, apps, poke. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Dined here last Saturday and it was an absolutely great choice given the variety of ramen spots in the area. It's a very cozy ramen spot and our waiter (forgot his name unfortunately) was very charming. My party ordered the Rayu Beef Ramen and the Miso Pork Chashu Ramen - both were incredibly flavorful and satisfying!

Based on the service and the freshly made miso broth alone, you've got a dedicated new customer in me! After a couple nights of being stuck in the hospital with my ill partner, I went out to get him some miso from Ten-Ichi, as he was placed on a liquid diet but was sorely craving ramen, and I was impressed by how kind the cashier was on the phone and in person and how proud he was of their miso, which he told me they make fresh right there, not from paste. Once I got it back for dinner, I could attest to its freshness. It also had the perfect level of spice as opposed to being watered down. I drank all of mine faster even than my ravenous partner did, because it was so good, and I am not much of a "soup person" typically.

Food was so bland. The ramen had no authentic flavor. Tasted like they boiled water with salt and threw some noodles in it. My girl and i ordered a kani salad, ten ichi ramen, and the spicy beef ramenThere was only 2 small slices of cha siu in the ten ichi ramen and the spicy beef was literally hot pot beef. Basically instant ramen. Could have just made this in the dorms.Service was good which is probably the only highlight of the experience. If i could, would have left this at a 0/5. But since they were at least nice, 1/5. Cant recommend.
