I like bakeries. And this one has really yummy snacks, miso almond cookie, and custard pudding. Recently I discovered their cappuccino to be very delicious and melon puree(bread?).Close to where I am five days a week and quiet seatings, lots of options, w one bathroom. The kitchen is open so you can see the bakers. The cashiers are friendly. They sell hot food and soups. And also juices homemade in to go cups ready.

Guilt free and lightly sweet, melt-in-your-mouth matcha crepe. Has absolutely no bite to it so you just sink your teeth in it! I recommend it to share ($7)Bakery has relatively decent seating, albeit chairs and tables are rather close to each other (eavesdropping is likely). Perhaps a good place to get some reading/writing done.You can also sit right next to the bakery window where you can view them prepping and doing all things pastry! It's a fascinating watch.Staff are friendly and location is interesting. Def a little pick me up in the generally sterile FIDI area.

This is my go-to cafe/bakery when I'm in the area. I typically get savory breakfast items, but their matcha -- both as a drink and in food -- is so good, and the honey yuzu tea is a must for winter days. There are many options to stay or to-go.Yes, the food is cold -- that's why they provide a microwave! Just ask for a plate and blast it for half a minute or less (there's a sign that says that).The vibes are cute, it's never too packed and the space is airy. No wifi!

Came here to try their matcha crepe and was completely bummed out when I was told that they weren't ready yet and that it would be a 30 min wait. Lesson of the day: come here after 10:30-11am if you want to get your hands on the matcha crepe! I ended up "settling" for their matcha and red bean bun, beef curry bun and guava and cheese pastry and these were delicious! Also got the egg salad sandwich but I wasn't nearly as impressed with this one. It turns out they have a ton of other mouthwatering buns, pastries, cookies and cooked food as well so don't fret if the matcha crepe isn't available. Prices are very reasonable and service was friendly. A bit out of the way for me so I don't think I'll be back anytime soon but definitely an excellent option for Asian pasties if you're in the area.

Really lovely bakery located downtown. Stopped by during my lunch break and got a latte and their infamous matcha crepe. The drinks are some of the most reasonably priced drinks I've seen in the city and do the job. The matcha crepe was absolutely delicious, and super light and fluffy. Plus it wasn't too sweet! They have some hot food items and quite a large variety of baked goods. Definitely will be a go-to lunch break spot whenever I'm in the downtown office!

Was in the neighborhood and noticed this bakery so came in for a quick lunch. The fried oyster bun was pretty fresh and I liked the sauce it came with though it was definitely on the small side. The miso almond cookie I got was soft n chewy with hints of brown butter n caramel, super good, I would come back for that cookie alone. Besides that, the space itself is very quaint. A little small but the seating area is nice and has a view of the workspace where the bakers make the pastries which is nice to watch. There's also a drumof cold water which is a nice touch. I'd come back if I was in the area.

This Japanese bakery was a safe haven for me back when I worked in FiDi. They have a wonderful assortment of pastries and are famous for all things matcha. The matcha crepe is delicious, with the bitterness of the matcha powder perfectly complementing the cool cream and red beans layered within the roll. Their sweet items are always perfectly sweet for me, not over the top and tooth-achingly so.Their savory items are also stellar. I especially love the California sandwich, which is essentially a California roll in sandwich form, with imitation crab meat, avocado, and masago mayo. Simple yet tasty and comforting. Big fan of their delicious beef curry pastries as well.

Light bites including pastries and sandwiches make this a good spot to stop by for a casual bite. There are some tables and chairs in the back where you can check out the kitchen and the process of picking your items is pretty easy and smooth. The selection is great including the guava danish and also the sandwiches are a nice bonus like the egg salad or California roll sandwich. Coffee and tea are relatively sinple and nothing exquisite but still good to get something to drink if you want something other than the water they provide.

I'm a matcha fanatic and my matcha experience here was incredible. I ordered the matcha crepe, matcha parfait, and matcha pudding. ALL of them were insanely delicious, my favorite was probably the crepe, but the other 2 options were also incredible. My friend's favorite was the matcha pudding, so it depends on your preferences, but regardless ALL were amazing and VERY reasonably priced!I will definitely be back for more and this will probably become a bad habit haha

Small bakery with big selection of sweet and savory baked goods and some cake as well. I enjoyed selecting a number of the pre packaged baked goods. I really like red bean so I got some of the red bean buns and I shared it with some friends. We all loved it and it has generous red bean filling. I can't wait to enjoy the rest. I got some curry filled buns, crème filled buns, and melon bun.The staff are very nice and there's some table seating available. I got a hot latte and it was quite good.Overall, a great place to stop by for a drink or baked goods!
