CASH ONLY.For the price, this is an excellent rice roll that is SUPER QUICK. No more waiting 40 minutes at any other location. The ladies working here will get your order in 3-5 minutes flat.I highly recommend the egg rice roll and add scallions. They also keep sauces outside that are all delicious: hoisin, peanut sauce, soy sauce, and sriracha. I personally just added all 4 and it was delicious. This is really great for the price and might now be my go to spot when I need this.

Pro-tip: Note that there's "fresh" shrimp rice rolls and shrimp rice rolls on the menu - without the word fresh, it's frozen and smaller. It's literally a hole in the wall so plan to eat this standing on the sidewalk or taken somewhere else. Highlights: It's a cool concept to get cheap rice rolls quickly without having to commit to an entire dim sum meal. I love their variety of rice rolls and also variety of sauces that you add yourself. They aren't like the best rice roll I've ever had but still pretty good.Lowlights: There's not a lot of filling in each of the rice rolls, but you get what you pay for.

Not mindblowing, but good food for cheap! Worth a stop on a Chinatown tour. We got a pork rice noodle roll and a corn rice noodle roll. The rice noodles are made fresh and come out warm and chewy, and they are generous with the portions. They also have a little sauce station where you can add sriracha, soy, peanut sauce, etc. Hole in the wall with no seats, but the containers aren't difficult to handle so many people just stand and eat on the sidewalk.

Sun Hing Lung is a Two Bridge tasty cheap eats literal hole-in-the-wall like you'd find in Flushing. I've been exploring assorted steamed rice rolls, from Joe's in Flushing to others in Chinatown. Sun Hing Lung, a friendly bare bone operation with only a window to order and take away, offers a rice roll serving hitting one of the lowest price points I've seen! With those low prices, they even include a variety of sauces too! Wow!I enjoyed the tender fresh shrimp and roast pork rice rolls, especially flavored with a peanut sauce. (Note - Respectively $4 and $3.25.) That being said, the rolls could benefit from something like scallions, which I'll try to get next time.Regardless, Sun Hing Lung was quick, fresh, and a great deal! Keep in mind, you'll need to find a place nearby to sit to enjoy them while they're hot!

After seeing so many Tiktoks praising the rice noodle rolls at Sun Hing Lung, I crossed over to the East Broadway side of Chinatown to pay them a visit. Sun Hing Lung also has an outpost by Grand and Bowery, but they only sell tofu and other soy products. I ordered a large cilantro rice noodle roll ($5) which I was a bit taken aback by as the large portion over at my favorite cart on Hester and Elizabeth was only $3.50. But, you do get a double portion of rice noodle rolls (small is $2.50) and they are quite thick so in the future, I think I'll go with a small order. Overall, I was quite disappointed with how thick and gummy these rolls were. the texture lacked the light bounciness and felt dense sitting in my stomach. I did think there was an even dispersion of herbs in my rice noodle rolls, but it was on the bland side. There are sauce bottles on the ledge by the window where you place your order so that you can douse to your heart's content. I'm willing to give them a second try because I love their tofu, but for now my favorite still remains the cheong fun cart on Hester and Elizabeth.

I wanted to try this place since this place was so highly rated! I ordered a fish ball rice noodle and was pretty disappointed. It came with 2 and a half fish balls cut in half...I went back to look at other people's pictures and saw that if you order curry fish balls, you get full fish balls and more but a regular fish ball rice noodle, you get half fish balls. The noodles were fresh and soft. You add whatever sauce you want yourself which we opted for soy sauce and peanut sauce but they were both so diluted. The price was under $4 for this but I wouldn't come back again.

This hole in the wall served someMean rice noodles. Tender and chewy...perfect texture. I tied the rice noodles with fish balls and it was really good. They have the typical sauces but no sesameSeeds! No frills but for a few bucks can't go wrong. Tried the tofu fa and it was meh. Very diluted so almost no soy bean flavor. The sugar syrup was just simple syrup, no ginger flavor. So stick with the rice noodles and skip the tofu fa.

Quick and convenient over the counter spot. The rice rolls are freshly made to order and hard to beat value for price ($3.50 for mixed toppings, most options are $2.50) Make sure to have cash!

I don't come here enough. But I came on a rainy morning and waited for my order to be placed. They have all the traditional soy products such as soy milk, tofu, tofu puffs, then freshly made rice noodles from the machine, there are plain ones and ones with dried shrimps. Other than the ones you take home, they also have made to order rice rolls from the menu. I ordered beef brisket, dried shrimp, beef rice rolls and my favorite was the dried shrimp. Luckily, I got 2 packs of the rice rolls that were freshly packaged so I can heat it up to enjoy later. Everything is very affordable. So you can try a lot of items on the menu. The line does move semi slow, but that'll give you more time to think about your order.

Honestly one of the best and freshest rice rolls places I've been. My siblings and I shared the rice roll with fish cake and it was so good - I love how they have the hoison and peanut sauce in the squeeze bottles so you can adjust the ratio to your heart's content! I wanted to try more but it is quite filling.Took off a star because I did see some practices that weren't as hygienic. Service was quite fast.
