After seeing this trendy spot all over social media, my husband and I finally secured a resy and made it here last weekend. We've been dieting in the recent months so we were very excited to treat ourselves to this AYCE omakase. Having to estimate exactly how many pieces we could fit in our now-shrunken stomachs was pretty stressful though. I requested a combined total of 32 pcs of the lean tuna, fatty tuna and wagyu and that was more than enough (especially on top of the 12 pcs I had in the beginning) - I def had to stuff myself to finish and had some regrets! My husband who is typically a big eater definitely overshot and ordered 62 pcs combined in the last 3 rounds. Unfortunately I couldn't help him at all and he ended up giving away at least 8-10 pcs to our neighbors to avoid the $10/pc surcharge! It was actually such a fun communal experience despite our questionable life choices. In our efforts to eat healthier we tried to avoid alcohol for this meal but since unlimited sake was included, we just had to take advantage of that as well. I didn't know there would be several types to choose from which was also fun to try! Their only non alcoholic options included hot or iced tea.Like many others have said, some cons were that seating arrangement at the bar was pretty cozy (a little too close for comfort), we felt a bit rushed, and sushi quality could be a bit better... but hey it's AYCE - I wouldn't expect the best of the best. I found that the quality of the initial 12-course was great, but when it got to the AYCE portion it did fall off. (Or did we just get too sick of stuffing ourselves at that point? Hmm) If we had to redo the experience, we would've gotten way less of the lean tuna - it tasted very bland, especially with no soy sauce/wasabi to dip. I feel like that's how they tricked us into getting too full for the fatty tuna and wagyu. Alex provided wonderful service though and was super friendly. Would recommend being strategic for this $98 experience to get the best value while also knowing your limits! Or maybe you'll be like us and find out afterwards.

Finally had the opportunity to come here after hearing about this place! They opened a spot on the west side which is nice so that it's not as hard to get a reso.It starts off as a traditional omakase experience with everyone sitting at set times at a long bar. There are a few tables available at the front if you don't mind sitting closer to the entrance away from the chefs. We were seated away from the stereo as a preference, but the service was still attentive to us. The fish for the nigiri was fresh and deliciously prepared. My favorite of the night was the eel. It is heavier on the rice to fish ratio so you tend to git filled up earlier on before the lightening rounds of AYCE nigiri. We finish off with 3 rounds of any # of pieces you want for lean tuna, fatty tuna, and wagyu. Be sure to eat to your hearts content, but keep in mind you pay for any waste if you don't finish! If you're doing the sake pairing, would def recommend the dry sake! They keep you filled through the night too.Overall, a fun experience esp if you love sushi!

Overall a really interesting omakase concept with a fun vibe! In terms of what to expect, we start off with a standard 14 piece omakase. And then, we go into three rounds for all-you-can-eat pieces: lean tuna, fatty tuna (ootoro), and wagyu. As a heads up, you have to tell the host/hostess how many you want for each round, so be sure to think carefully. The sushi quality was also pretty good - very fresh fish and prepared quickly. The fish-to-rice ratio is a bit heavier on the rice component (as one might expect haha), but it was not anything crazy and still provides a balanced flavor profile. My favorite pieces are the ootoro, the wagyu, and the eel. Definitely a fun experience, and you can definitely get your money's worth if you select the number of pieces thoughtfully during the AYCE rounds. Can definitely recommend for a night out with friends or with a date!

So far the best omakase spot I've had. Came here on Saturday to celebrate my birthday with My bf and the place was top tier with sushi, music and vibes. Every piece was flavorful and fresh, paired with different sake shots. Definitely get the lemonade sake and nigori sake. Service was sweet especially the host and I would come back for another special occasion 10/10 :)

Unlimited Sake/Drinks with Unlimited Nigiri pieces was always a recipe for success haha! Super fun time here celebrating Valentines day, ended up spending the full 90mins at the bar seating. Service is obviously sped up to make sure people get their fill and also rotate more seats. Lost count, but probably did around 50+ nigiri pieces and 8+ shots of various sakes to choose from. Honestly loved the experience here and will probably come again, my only complaint is that the Valentines day special rate ($120-130?) per person was never previously advertised when booking or walking in. I did leave feeling a little like I had been bait and switched with the $98, and I could tell it was a surprise to others around me also being handed the bill. (But note they added 1 more sake choice and 1 more nigiri choice to the ayce for the occasion) 4 stars instead of 5 because of this.

I saw this place on Tiktok and knew that I wanted to try it. My fiancé isn't a huge fan of omakase because he feels like he never gets full from it but his favorite food is sushi. I made a reservation for this place for Valentines Day since they have AYCE omakase. Each reservation is pretty much 1.5 hours long and it also comes with unlimited beer and sake. They start off with a 14 course omakase session - I actually really liked the omakase session; the fish was really fresh and I really liked the toro uni handroll which was really yummy. It is a fairly rushed experience since they try to fit everything within the 1.5 hour session. They then start the AYCE part of the dinner - since it was Valentines Day they had four different options - lean tuna, fatty tuna, salmon and waygu. They get your orders for each one and once the round is over you cannot order more - so you do have to "guess" how much you can eat because they do charge for all the items that you do not eat. The lean tuna was not bad, fatty tuna and waygu were blowtorched so there is a slight burnt taste and the salmon was just regular salmon. Honestly the rice for the AYCE part tasted a lot like vingear and after a while I was not a huge fan of the taste. You will easily get full from the AYCE part so definitely pace yourself. The overall price is normally $98 per person not including tips. But for Valentines Day it was $130 per person so definitely slightly more expensive (which I was not expecting since it was not really advertised that it would be). Overall - I would rate it higher if it was just the omakase experience but the AYCE experience was quite meh and I felt like the sushi quality def decreased for the AYCE so it bumped down the rating.

Kind of an absurd concept, SourAji serves all-you-can-eat AND drink for about a hundred bucks. What could go wrong? Here's how it works: SourAji starts with a ten or so course menu where a variety of nigiri are served. This part of the experience is actually quite good. The nigiri was decently varied and all throughout, your booze of choice is refilled. This portion does feel a bit rushed as the chefs know they have to get to the ridiculous AYCE stage of the meal. The AYCE portion is a bit more limited and comes in three stages, featuring nigiri pieces of lean tuna, fatty tuna, and wagyu. The nigiri pieces during the AYCE section are a bit smaller as well. To my dismay, the fatty tuna and wagyu were all blowtorched (not a fan myself), but the quality of the pieces were...OK. I can say it's at least fun to satisfy your inner glutton and question just how much tuna you can consume before you'll have more mercury in your bloodstream than alcohol. All in, it's a good time. I can't hate on it too much.

A fun omakase experience! I booked the 6:30pm last minute so we sat at the table instead of at the bar. It was definitely a different experience not seeing the sushi prepped and set in front of you but it was still enjoyable. You sit down for a normal omakase where you try 12 pieces of sushi. My favorite was one of the seared ones in the beginning. I have no idea what it was because I am horrible at listening and they didn't have a paper menu. My second favorite was the scallop. The rest of the night you're able to order unlimited of the waygu, lean tuna and fatty tuna. You have to order all of it at once so make sure you know exactly how much you want. The unlimited pieces are smaller than the original omakase pieces. We ordered 30pcs of the tunas to share between 2 people. We originally wanted 40 but the waitress said it might be too much for us. It was not too much. She was very nice and let us add more wagyu since that was the last plate that came out and let me order another mochi. This place was also unlimited alcohol. I tried the snowman sake which was sweet with fruity notes. My favorite! I had 3 cups of this and she gave me very heavy pours. I finished the night with a beer and tea to keep us warm for when we went outside in the cold later.Overall, it was a fun experience, especially with the drinking. Highly recommend for a special occasion!

My one liner summary is: this is a fun *experience* - for $99 you can get infinite sake and (almost) infinite B-tier sushi. We had reservations for 2 people for the sushi bar and arrived right on time. When the last few people for the time slot behind us left, we were directed to our seats. For the sushi bar, this was super tight, shoulder to shoulder seating which was pretty uncomfortable if I'm being honest. The service was good though - our main host was super nice and checked in quite often to generously refill our sake (yes please!). The pace of service was VERY fast - they definitely pack a lot in during 90 minutes. As for the sushi, they advertise 14 pieces + AYCE afterwards but the pieces are very small. I wasn't expecting much but was still surprised at how small the pieces were. Also, wasn't expecting (and didn't get) any fancy pieces with interesting garnishes. I *DO* like that they were very generous with their AYCE sushi orders at the end. They are 3 courses of AYCE and you order them one at a time. I would say don't be shy and really order however many you want (just don't over order or you'll pay for it!) Overall, I'm glad I tried it once but will likely not visit again
