Honestly, without Something Greek saving us for lunch several times a week, my colleagues would be miserable, and so would I, quite frankly. The Marouli salad is literally one of the best salads I have ever had anywhere. The dill and scallions with the tremendous amount of salty feta over shredded lettuce is superb. I recently was in the mood for a good piece of salmon so got that with a Greek salad on the side; it did not disappoint.

I love Greek food and decided to mix things up this time around. Normally I order their gyro, which is flavorful and very tasty. This time I decided to order the pastitsio which came with pita and their signature salad. Their signature salad was great. The main dish was huge. Definitely took a few days for me to finish it. I will say I would probably stick to the gyros. The pastitsio was very rich the cheese sauce. Almost too rich as it was heavy. The meat needed more flavor and seasoning. Overall I will say it's a good portion size, but definitely won't be ordering it again.

Hubby is a HUGE fan of their signature salad, and I wasn't in the mood to cook hamburgers, so we opted to order through GrubHub, and ordered.I got their beef and lamb platter with the additional costs for Greek fries and extra pita because, who doesn't need extra pita? The portions are very generous, and the delivery came pretty quickly, considering I'm a 7 minute drive from here. The food was packaged with care and was plenty warm from the cold elements. The meat wasn't greasy and the fries held up pretty nicely; not total mush. The salad is always to my husband's liking, and he inhaled it before I could take a good look at it. When the craving is real, it can't be tamed!

I stopped into Something Greek to try the lunch special. For $10.95 you get a Souvlaki and a side of Fries. I grabbed a seat and I waited. The Souvlaki was pretty good, and so were the Fries. I think that the price was fair, and I plan to return. Opa!

Having an edge for Greek food, I dropped by this Something Greek place near my neighborhood. Ordered the Gyro pita sandwich and the platter. The place had three small tables to eat; I unlike the one in Bay Ridge. My order took only 10 minutes. The Gyro pita sandwich was very well packed with meat, tomatoes, onions and fries with a tzatziki sauce. Platter was quite full too with a horiatiki salad. Both dishes were tasty and well seasoned. Fries were a bit on the soft side but hot and well seasoned. Overall, a pretty good lunch.

Was in the mood for some Greek food and decided to order takeout from this branch. Got the Gyro platter combo (comes with rice and salad), and a pork Souvlaki pita sandwich. The combo tasted decent- with lots of Feta cheese on the side salad the meat was a bit bland-I poured the small cup of Tzatziki sauce on top of the meats for some extra taste. The Pork souvlaki pita-meat was dry and really chewy- lacked flavor as well. Maybe I picked the wrong items to order, though I checked out Yelp reviews prior to ordering as these were the most popular dishes from the menu. Wait time was about ten minutes and the counter person was pretty nice- gave me an extra cup of Tzatziki sauce on the side.

Sigh. I ordered this on behalf of a working person, who needed food for himself and me. It should have been good. It should have been easy. I was attempting to order for nearly 40 minutes because the website was making it impossible to go back to the rest of the menu from your Cart without taking you out of the website.I wish that I had given up at that point. The hungry fellow was now aching because I had started the process at 715 and now it was 8. he was worried the place would close soon. I finally got the order to go through on the 10thish try. The maps didn't work, but I now had time to give in and install the app while waiting for the food. The order said it would be about 55 minutes which is longer than 85% of places we order from. Most of the restaurants are much farther away as well, so I rechecked the address to make sure that I had selected the right one.The app also said that my order was for pickup so I panicked. the help button should be a way to get some reassurance.Not so. The help button took me to a page with 2 lines of text: for issues with the food call the restaurant at (number)for issues with the app text us at this number.I am trying to get an exact screenshot but the app crashed yet again while I wrote the last sentence. After I reopened it, it had to go through its slow process again. The food was late compared to the ETA as well as usual restaurant standards in this area. The recipient disliked the food, which was not helped by being made a couple hours prior and was not remade when a delivery driver was ready. This was awhile ago and since I eat and/or order food for diners, I will undoubtedly give them another chance and update accordingly at said juncture.

I am a fan of Greek food. I ordered the The lamb gyro platter to go. The food is good but the portion size is on the smaller size. It is a smaller storefront with limited seats in dine in person.
