A very worthy addition to the Greenwich/NYU/Washington Square neighborhood with a modern twist to classic Hong Kong "cha chan tang" restaurant. Pineapple bun was dense and tasty and classic. Loved the texture and the balance of sweet and fluffy. The best pineapple bun I've had near the NYU area. The Spicy Noodles were delicious. Broth has a nice kick to it and it's tasty and filling. Lots of seafood too. The rice with chicken comes with a Malaysian curry sauce and it's very flavorful. For next time, I'd get the egg without cheese but I'm sure many will enjoy that. Overall, a super nice find, and very good food! Cool decor too.

While the food was pleasantly presented and the price point is fair for what you get, the food is ok. Service could be more organized, especially during busier times. I came on a weekday afternoon and it was surprisingly quite busy. There aren't many tables available so my group of 3 had to wait quite a while. They need to get their waitlist properly set up and ensure staff do a better job at seating guests promptly and fairly. Once tables became available (as folks finished eating), people did not abide by the line order and rushed to claim tables. Even folks or originally ordered takeout due to the long line decided to change their mind and get seated. This makes for a frustrating experience overall. Ordering is efficient once you're seated; you can scan a QR code at the table and order directly from your phone.

Love this Hong Kong Cafe in the West Village. The milk teas are all solid. But the egg chicken katsu curry. black pepper pasta, and classic toast are some of my favorites. The staff is quick and friendly. I can't speak to the whole space because I've only sat in the front but great option for brunch.

Casual and cute, Sing is a Hong Kong style diner that serves delicious comfort food!My date and I opted for the two-person meal which comes with an appetizer, two entrees, two drinks and dessert. I had ambitious hopes that I would be able to order a second dessert but the portions were generous and the food was so good that we polished off each dish. The lemon tea was so refreshing. I already know I'll be back for that, especially in the summer. The dessert I wanted to try was the pineapple bun with ice cream and I'm determined to go back and have that! The service was quick and efficient! We were surprised with how quickly the food came out! Staff were very attentive.

This food is isn't mindblowing but added a star for friendly service and cute outdoor seating in the back. I'd recommend the slippery eggs over rice, their pineapple buns, HK style french toasts, and their cute bear drinks. The pastas were okay, they're the usual pasta with sauce, but I was pleasantly surprised with the flavors of the slippery eggs and the chicken chop. Wish I tasted more lemon wasabi in the pineapple bun burger, but i really liked the pineapple bun itself! Overall, this is a nice spot for quick bites if you're in the area. What we ordered: two person set meal ($48.93) (slippery eggs over rice with Malaysia style curry chicken chop, abalone + seafood rice noodle chicken soup, Sihai fish ball with curry sauce, little bear lemon tea, hot Ovaltine with polar bear, HK style french toast) mixed appetizers plate ($12.99) little bear milk tea ($8.99) beef pasta with tomato sauce ($13.99) beef pasta with black pepper sauce ($13.99) chicken chop pineapple bun burger with lemon wasabi ($13.99) boil vegetables with scallion oil ($7.99) pineapple bun with ice cream ($6.99) pink hk style french toast with strawberry ($9.99)

I ordered the food to go. There's two kiosks to order the food to go. You can dine in and tell the server how many people are in your party. Food is good and there's places to sit. Would recommend coming here to eat!Food: 5/5Service: 5/5Ambience: 4/5

HK style food. Very nice atmosphere in the back area. It has heaters there since it's enclosed outdoors. The back area can fit bigger groups. The front area tables can only fit max 2 people per table. The only thing is that the chairs and tables are lower in the back. Staff are friendly. They have a 2-person set with a selection of 2 entrées, 1 appetizer, 2 tea bear drinks and 1 toast dessert for about $48. Can add other items and share too.

I wanted the bear drink but we got the set meals that comes with drink and dessert so the bear was not included. Either ways the food was really good and eggs were perfectly how I like them. We came right when they opened so we got a seat quick, however because the restaurant is small I can see it getting busy kind of quick

Unpopular opinion, but I feel like social media really overhyped it for me. I came in on a random Thursday evening with a friend and we were able to get a table right away. We both had the slippery eggs over rice with chicken, which was quite good. I liked the curry sauce that came with it. I had the bear milk tea, which was pretty damn pricey and really only for the gram. The regular milk tea is just as good. We split the golden toast with ovaltine topping. This was the most bland toast I've ever had in my life. It just tasted like bread topped with ovaltine. I couldn't taste the toast flavor at all? We didn't even finish it, we were so disappointed with it. I honestly feel like the menu is very limited.

I wouldn't go to this place again! There's absolutely no service, yet they expect tips. The older woman working there has an attitude for no reason. I have no idea why we had to pay for the meal while we were still eating. It seemed like the staff had zero communication. We had already paid for our meal with the woman and left the restaurant, but as we passed her, one of the employees chased us down and asked if we had paid. It just didn't create a welcoming environment. The food was a 6/10, and I'm sure there are better options around the NYU campus.
