This restaurant is cute, tucked away in the back of a hotel on Bowery. It's lit up with neons and a small bar area but we found a table which was a good size for us both. The staff was also friendly. We saw this restaurant on infatuation so I had hopes of it being good, and it was. We ordered the beef bone broth ramen with an added egg and it was really flavorful. The bone marrow meat was really delicious but I do wish there was more meat in the marrow and the bowl, other than that it was very flavorful and I'm glad I finally checked this place out. There's also a huge sports bar attached to the hotel which I think they bring the ramen to as well.

What a nice spot for ramen! I was very intrigued by their Birria ramen and decided I had to make a visit here. I had never heard of Birria and ramen together so I was very interested to see how the chef would combine the flavors and I'm happy to say it was delicious!I also tried out their award winning ramen - the bone marrow ramen, and I really loved the broth! Honestly I only have good things to say about this place. The broth was nicely balanced with such contrasting flavors in my opinion and I found myself wanting more and more with every sip I took. I loved the noodles textures as well. Next time I come back I would still get both! Their drinks are also delicious and shoutout to the staff for being kind. I love finding spots like this where they come up with such inventive dishes. Can't wait to return!!

Stopped by randomly and there was no wait for a party of 2. Small area and it's connected with a hotel and sports bar, somewhat easy to miss if you don't know what you're looking for. Ordered their nachos, pork ribs & shinka ramen. It was solid, a lil greasy due to the ribs and nachos. It was a lot of food for two and we didn't end up finishing everything. We've been here a few times and thought the nachos contained tuna or salmon, but this time it was just more meat. Service was fine, felt like there was only one or two people helping out and they were also tending to the bar.

We came here for dinner, and I decided to try the bone marrow ramen. The broth was absolutely fantastic--rich, flavorful, and perfectly thick. However, the noodles weren't quite to my liking; I personally prefer thicker noodles that could complement the hearty broth better. The restaurant itself has a laid-back and cozy atmosphere, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy a comforting meal. Overall, it's a solid ramen shop with unique offerings.

It's more like a having a ramen corner in a sports bar.Beef Bone Marrow Gyukotsu - kinda meh, little bland, there's a lot of garlic slices inside which is odd, accidentally ate many pieces which we didn't love. Regret to try this specialty here instead of going basic spicy tonkostu prob would have been better.Shinka Pork Rib - so good so tender, love it!

Very very small place with maybe 6 tables but don't let that fool you. The drinks are good and strong and the food is on point I forgot to take my food. The bartender tonight was very attentive and food was great. A little expensive but worth it. 2 matcha mules, 4 ramen bowls and 2 soft drinks for $157 after taxes plus tip. It was walking distance from our hotel (Hotel 50 Bowery).

We were in Chinatown around 10pm and this one was of the few restaurants still open (they close at midnight on weekends!). It's located inside the Bowery hotel and something I've always wanted to try because of their award winning ramen. We walked in without a wait and promptly placed our order. The place is very quiet and dimly lit, in contrast to the bar next door. Ordered the tonkotsu ramen and the bone marrow ramen. The broth is very creamy for the tonkotsu and not salty at all! This is very rare for ramens that I've had. They thinly sliced and charred the pork so it had a nice texture. The winner is the bone marrow ramen though (their award winning ramen). The meat and marrow had a Smokey taste which is very different from any ramen I've ever had. The broth was seasoned perfectly as well (not too salty). The service was very fast and the waiter was very friendly. Would definitely come back next time I'm craving ramen!

Great spot and super yummy. They had great takeout options and the store was nice and inviting. We originally were gonna do takeout but then changed it to eat at the restaurant. They were super cool about it.

Worst dinning experience! Server was rude since the second we walked in. The fountain drinks had no carbonation and when asked to replace or changed we were given can drinks which were $4/ea w/no refills but this wasn't communicated. When taking our order she didn't ask additional questions, was rushed and unfriendly! Even rolled her eyes when asked for the additional menu. The tab included a mandatory 20% tip which she didn't deserve a single penny of! Will not recommend this establishment due to the poor customer service! Not to mentions she was rude and condescending when asked to split the bill which she failed to ask if we'd be doing when initially taking our order since she had a crappy attitude since the beginning! Again, terrible service!

The spicy tonkotsu ramen delivers an unforgettable punch of flavor. The creamy, rich broth balances its fiery spice beautifully, while the tender pork belly melts in your mouth. Topped with fresh scallions, chili threads, and a perfectly seasoned egg, every bite is a symphony of textures and bold flavors. A must-try for spice lovers and ramen enthusiasts alike!
