It's OK food service was not great for a fast food. Restaurant is a little bit too pricey if all stores around a close and I have to go there again I would give it one more time try.

Great food! tasty schnitzels and amazing fries! my kids can eat schnitzel non stop, so when I'm too tired to cook, Shnitzi always comes to the rescue! Besides we often order from them lunch to the office. The service is usually quick and courteous. This place is Kosher, so it is always safe to order for people who keep Kosher. Highly reccomended!

I was referred to this place by my staff member a few weeks ago and ordered the Schnitzel salad that extremely overpriced and below average in taste and presentation. I have to admit I was disappointed about the salad but didn't make a big deal about it, I just threw the entire salad away. The reason why I'm writing this review is due to the racism that just took place upon the delivery boy. My staff member is Jewish so she only eats Kosher food, being that it was late she decided to order from the restaurant and had it delivered. With her delivery came the guy looked me in the face and instead of coming to me he went to every Jewish person that was waiting in my waiting room calling her name. I signaled him three times before he answered then questioned me asking if I was her. I said yes, he gives me the food then leaves. Moments later the store called the person who ordered the food to verify that she received food. How insulting!! This is incriminating and unacceptable... we are in 2018 living in Brooklyn in a diverse borough that have people of all ethnic backgrounds, religions, and cultures. I would NEVER spend a dime at your establishment again... and WORDS OF ADVICE go and take some culture classes, get out of you bubble by venturing outside of your neighborhood, and STOP judging a book by its cover, it will do you some good!

Shnitzi is truly one of a kind, the food is solid and the prices are even better. In my opinion you get the best bang for your buck.

I feel kinda funny reviewing Schnitzi after only one visit.I wish I would've visited Schnitzi sooner.I just visited Schnitzi for the first time last night.I love the concept of Schnitzi. The chicken was pretty tasty, bread tasty, too many pickles for my liking and too much sauce. However, the plethora of garlic is what impressed me. I love garlic. I LOVE it. There can never be too much. There was garlic cooked into the chicken and garlic in the sauces that I chose. Garlic Garlic Garlic. Enough garlic to keep Edward Cullen and his shirtless vampire buddies at bay. Yum.Prices are a little steep for a sandwich, but hey, it was a big sandwich. Justifiable.

Polite and professional service, which I appreciated. Empty inside but someone behind the kitchen came out right away to say "hi" and answer my questions. The concept of making schnitzel-based sandwiches is a cute, Old World concept--definitely fits the neighborhood the restaurant is in--and a refreshing change from, say, Pret a Manger or a gross 90s style wrap place. I went to the bathroom--yay they have one for customers to use, but with sink and soap out In dining room(?)--after I made my order and my sandwich was already done by the time I came out. And it was a good sandwich. I can imagine times when I'll be craving one. I asked for the most traditional schnitzel sandwich and was recommended the Polish sandwich. It had interesting but flavorful toppings, like deeply caramelized onions (they called them "fried onions"). The pickles reminded me of what you'd get on a standard American fried chicken sandwich. What won me over the most was the fact that the bread was very fresh and tasty. Can not build a decent sandwich on bad bread. They called it a French baguette but it tasted more like a very fresh kaiser roll shaped into a very long torpedo. Super yummy with the chicken schnitzel, as you can imagine. People complain that it's over priced, but to be honest there are about 4 servings in one sandwich. At 15.00, that makes these sandwiches a bargain.

Dude at the cashier is the less welcoming person working in service of whole city, when we asked what was inside, he answered "Many things".We blindly ordered two different sandwiches which tasted exactly the same, despite the "many things" insideSandwiches weren't anything special as people say: it's just a hero with a Milanese steak.
