Sauce Pizzeria

Man I know that this is in the Moynihan food hall, but that's not an excuse. There are a lot of great options to eat in Moynihan and this one falls flat. Both of my slices were not warmed up properly and the vodka sauce wasn't great at all, I would have never been able to tell it was vodka in the first place.

Stopped by while waiting for my Amtrak. Large eating area next to about 5-10 other eateries. Cheese pizza was very basic but did the job. Square pizza was cold in the middle. Wouldn't get that again.

If You're looking to grab a GOOD hot slice just before board, this place is it....Surprised at the reviews because the Pizza is served Hot (temperature) and is absolutely delicious.Had a slice of Cheese Pizza and another one with Vodka Sauce. Thin crust and DELISH !!!Plenty of place to sit as this is the Food Hall and so many other choices to eat at..Service was quick and fast. They DO NOT carry mainstream sodas and the price was a 'Can' of 'artisinal' water is rather high..The ambience is absolutely terrific. It was a Thursday night and the bar nearby had a DJ playing nice music...Most definitely coming back here again if passing thru...

Stopped by after a night of drinking. Vodka slice sorta tasted more like a cheese slice. Good size slices. Service was quick. Some seating available. A bit pricey for me. Neon light signs.

I really enjoyed the artichoke slice. My boyfriend and I loved how thin the slices were, and it seems like the pepperoni slice was really good, as the pieces of pepperoni covered the whole of the slice. I would come back for sure, it came out of the oven piping hot and wonderfully crispy. You can't expect much out of the atmosphere because it is at a food court, but I think it's a solid slice that can't go wrong. If you like your pizza thicker, stay away. Seems a lot of people don't like how thin it is, but you can see from the viewing window that the slices are very, very thin!

The pizza here was pretty disappointing :( it wasn't the worst pizza I've had, but it was just meh. The sauce was light and sour, it was soggy after being packaged for a couple minutes, and it was pretty pricey for the small "ny slice" I had received. Unfortunately, it's not my favorite.

I really wish I took some pictures! I had the pleasure of trying 3 different slices of pizza; pepperoni, vodka slice and margarita. They were thin crust and delish! They were also crispy just the way I like them. My favorite was a tie between pepperoni and and the vodka slice: Both were great and had yummy flavors. The margarita slice was just okay..no wow flavors or anything. I definitely enjoyed it!

Their pizzas are flat, but crispy and flavor really hits. Service is really friendly. Great place to grab a quick meal before catching a train! The ambiance is a bit loud but still manageable to get some work done. I ordered the upside down and the regular cheese pizza as part of the Combo A, which only cost $10 and came with a drink.

I ate here today and would have given the Pesto Artichoke slice 5 stars but it was just too salty. By the way, I have lived in NYC for decades and John's on Bleeker St. is still my fave, but sometimes you just need a good slice...

Take a loaf of wonder bread and spread grocery store pepperoni on top. Cook it, but not long enough for it to get warm. Then you have a "pepperoni square" from this place. Hard pass in the future.
