I been going to Salud for the longest. I loved everything about this place the atmosphere, the servers and of course the food. I moved out of the neighborhood and still would come back from time to time with my wife to enjoy this spot but unfortunately yesterday has determined the last time I'll ever go which truly sucks big timeThe minute we walked no one was there, the server looked displease for people to come in. I asked him can we sit anywhere he was like sure, we chose our seats we didn't seat even 2 minutes he's already like what would you like. Luckily my wife and I know the menu pretty well, so I asked for 2 glasses of water and a glass of red sangria, I told him I'm ready for the entire order, but instead of taking the order decides to walk away mid way of my sentence. A few moments later comes back with the sangria and water then we proceed to order a chimi sliders with the wings and my wife ordered el jibarito sandwich with chicken and no onions, btw the server never wrote the order down or repeated. Once we received our food we noticed off the bat the order was wrong, he gave my wife a steak el jibarito with extra onions, my wife doesn't eat red meat. He never checked on us, he was too busy on his phone and sitting down eating to realize I was trying to catch his attention to tell him the order was wrong so I physically got up to him and told him it was wrong. He didn't say sorry or anything I finished my entire meal while my wife patiently waited, You would think he would be like sorry I can give you a discount or something which regardless I wouldn't take it but make us customers feel welcomed, the minute he saw I finished the food he ran over asking if we wanted the check. I never leave reviews but to be honest yesterday was a bad experience wouldn't recommend Salud and grill anymore so disappointing

I have been here several times over the years and was shocked to see that I haven't posted a review. The manager that was this Monday was Luis. He was welcoming, personable and courteous and provided quick service.They have beer that I like.The salmon with jasmine rice is always a winner. I also do their veggie burger. My coworkers and family have always been pleased with their food as well.The vibe is always chill.Good food and great service!

Whenever I crave chicken wings, I stop by Salud Bar & Grill. Why? They're huge, extra crispy, seasoned, saucy, and fairly priced. Sweet chili is my fave.I have tried their chicken empanadas, turkey burger, yucca fries, and plantain fries. Yet, the wings are all that I will ever need and order nowadays.The ambiance is very warm, because of the wooden decor and exposed brick walls indoors while the outdoor space gives a more relaxed vibe. The customer service is pretty decent too. I am already a regular customer so who knows when I will pop in again for another quick bite. See you soon Salud!

This is a good spot for people-watching or having a drink during happy hour. Today was my second time coming, the first was 3 weeks ago. I appreciated how good the service was from Luis (manager), I call him Saint Luis lol. He knows how to keep an eye on his tables to ensure people weren't waiting extended times for drinks, refills, or if they had questions. On my first visit, we asked a lot of questions and I ordered a lot of different entrees to the tune of 150 bucks. Today he (Luis) was really busy the place was packed. I saw two women and one lumberjack-looking guy clearing tables/running food and drinks. my friend and I noticed how they weren't organized, it was maybe 10 tables and 3 of them, yet they were sometimes standing around when ppl needed to get their check or falling over each other trying to clear tables. I think they need traditional server training. the idea that people learn on the fly is lame, especially at the price point in this place. it took over 10 minutes to get a tecate and a Bud Light; the turkey burger was pretty good. I recommend Happy Hour, nothing on their drink menu really begs to pay upwards of 14 bucks for it. The food is pretty mid to me, being a foodie. The wings are the same ones with hella breading you get from a bodega, they need to invest in good naked wings and just do a signature sauce, we know those are cheap frozen wings and you're upcharging. Same for the shrimp, they don't use tiger prawns for their entree, it's the same bag shrimp I get from Amazon Fresh, the small ones, not even medium or large shrimp. My rating is purely for Saint Luis, and the atmosphere, music, TVs, not the food.

This business is going downhill, it used to be my go to chill spot. Went there 1/5/25. They had no empanadas, the waitress had zero customer service. We had to get up twice and walk to the bar to place our order. The place was freezing due to no heat and at the end of the night my card was charged twice because we was told it didn't go through and another machine was used to process payment. Unfortunately, they didn't pick up their own error or inconsistency in the duplicate transaction. BTW, it was only us and another table there. No reason for the lack of attention to the customer.
