Rosa's Pizza

Rosa's Pizza is a consistently great choice for a high-quality pie. While I recommend ordering a fresh pie instead of a slice, you can't really go wrong either way. I particularly love their creative options, like the baked ziti pie.

3 Slices between us. 1-plain, 1-Sicilian, 1-tomato basil. Upside: price was reasonable. They had Welch's grape soda (which has seemingly been discontinued everywhere) Downside: sauce was not great. Cheese was super greasy, dough was inconsistent which created a floppy mess of a plain slice. So many great NYC choices but this isn't one of the. In my opinion.

I recently grabbed a Sicilian slice at Rosa Pizza in Penn Station, and it was a solid experience. The pizza was fresh out of the oven, which made a big difference. The sauce was good--not mind-blowing, but definitely satisfying. The crust was the real standout--crispy and just the way I like it. The location itself was clean, and the service was super fast, which is always a plus when you're in a rush. Overall, Rosa Pizza is a great option if you're in Penn Station and craving a quick, tasty slice.

That's a solid slice! If you're walking past a smoothie place you're in the right place - just keep walking along 27th. Great selection of slices, beef patties and rolls. Fast service and plenty of seats (the smoothie place).

Stopped by this pizza spot on a rainy night, and it it really did feel like a port in the storm. The buffalo chicken pizza is very tasty, although not as cheesy as I would've liked. While the pizza shop space itself was small, it is connected to the Playa Bowls shop next door. So there is actually a decent amount of seating for the combined space. All in all, it was a good pizza shop, and definitely will stop by again if I'm in the area and craving a quick bite to eat.

Bomb. Old school. The Jamaican patties were awesome. I recommend the deep dish pepperoni.

I've been in New York City for a week and ate pizza several timers. The pizza at Rosa's was the best I've had. Give it a try. When you enter the store, head straight to the back. It's a small section but don't let that fool you. The pizza is fantastic!!!Enjoy!

This place is sooooo good. No flop and a bunch of different toppings. Plenty of seating and people are super nice. I walk past two pizza places to go here.

I personally do not ever leave reviews but this one I just had too. When you walk in you are greeted very friendly guy working. The pizza is outstanding, I am from Austin Tx and I came to NY for a week. I tried all places from Joes pizza, to little Italy, all of the places for pizza. The one I can't top is Rosa's this pizza was amazing. Timing was not long and it's very great service anytime I come back to NY I will definitely keep coming back. The pizza was fresh as well I just can't stop talking about Rosa's out of the 6 days I spent in NY

A plain pizza with no topping was tasteless. I like to taste a pizza at its core and this was not good. Back in the day, Rosas penn station was great but not anymore..
