While in New York, my husband and I visited two locations of this restaurant. Each time, there was a wait, but the line moved quickly. You have to be patient to find a seat, but most people eat quickly and then leave. There's a wide selection of pizzas on display and you just walk around and look for one that you want and tell the restaurant workers which one and they go ahead and reheat it. It's usually ready in five minutes or so during that time you can pay for your food and find a drink. The pizza comes out super fresh, and hot! We tried at least five different flavors during our trip, but my favorite was the tricolor. The best part about this pizza place is at the crust is perfectly crispy and thin. Because everything is so hot and fresh, I'm extra amazed that the crust remains crispy with a slight chew!I wish I had time to try even more pizza. SPECIFICALLY the one with pasta on top of the pizza!!!! Insane. Also, really really nice restaurant workers!!!

I ordered the margherita pizza for takeout and it was pretty good! Only thing is (maybe it was me) but it smelled strange like a chemical? Could be just me because my boyfriend devoured his meat lovers! Overall would eat here again since I also did take out sometimes that affects quality of food. It arrived pretty quickly which was great!

I was driving to the Grammercy area for some wine boxes, a new organic vegetable planter for inside the apartments of city dwellers, available for sale by early spring 2025, MESSAGE me with questions. A Classic big slice New York midtown pizza in an unpretentious setting and a soft holiday vibe set up on me as I entered. Fifteen to twenty pizzas in the shallow dish behind the looking glass, ready to go home with a lucky customer. I could see the commitment to quality not just by the properly clad pizzamen fashioning their spinning skills but the over population of pepperoni and mushrooms topping the pies. Not organic, not eco necessarily friendly, no weird toppings minus the Hawaiian pizza but many flexible options for any tastes, very on the go midtown friendly and so was Sam. We spoke a bit and in moments I was out the door with two regular slices for me and my best girl. My slice cracked on the sides and structurally went to puzzle pieces, I think it was my hungry swooping double hand attack that caused the terrible handling crime. She loved hers, said it's one of the best shoes ever had so that pushed my four stars to a five and that's just fine by me. Not an authentic Italian treasure but straightforward classic NY slice.

Roma Pizza was an unplanned visit -- saw from street and just dropped in. I was trying to avoid the pizza places close to Times Square because I thought the area would be too touristy and maybe not as good as places farther away and frequented by the locals. I would say this place is decent but not great. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The place is pretty crowded and they try to clean up after people and wipe the tables as customers come and go. So I would say the service is better than the actual food. Not that the pizza is bad, just not as good as other places I went to in Manhattan

Stopped in for a quick lunch, this was our first time here. We wanted something small to hold us over until dinner so we just got two cheese slices and a soda. The guys working were super friendly and within a minute or two of paying our order was ready. They have a handful of tables if you want to eat in so we got a seat (They also have tables outside on a small patio) They have some pizza toppings off to the side to help yourself to so I got some garlic and parmesan and some red pepper flakes for hubby. Now the pizza was pretty tasty, I just prefer it a little more crisp because it was a little floppy but still really good. We would definitely go back and try some of the other slices with toppings as they have a huge selection. All in all a great lunch for $10

I like to order a large cheese pizza every weekend to carb load for a long run. I've tried many different places in the city- ranging from touristy, to dollar pizza, to new age. Roma delivers a classic New York slice- optimal grease, foldability, and chewy crust. The garlic knots could use some work, but the pizza is everything a NY pizza should be, and it will become my new regular Saturday night order.

This pizza place SLAPS. They have a huge selection and the staff are all super friendly. The pizza is flavorful, cheesy and just the right amount of crispy. Love it!!

For the SO's and my first legit slice of New York pizza, Roma did not disappoint! Made a stop here during our 10-hr day in NY and left very satisfied. It's a little cramped inside, but most of the people who ordered here took their food to-go. There were so many different flavors of pizza to choose from here. For my indecisive butt, the guy behind the counter was patient with us and described each slice I pointed at with no attitude. He also was nice enough to pose for a picture holding a huge pie after he saw I was taking photos. We went with: - Olive/Pepperoni slice - SO liked this one a lot- Vodka slice - this was saucy, greasy, and delicious from tip to crustBoth of us really enjoyed the dough throughout. Not only was it hot and crispy (and NOT dry at all), but flavorful too. The pizza slice was so crispy, it held up when folded (not floppy). Overall, a great experience and will recommend Roma to anyone.

A cute little pizza shop with great yelp reviews caught our eye. We stopped in and are so glad we did. Service was fast, and the pizza was perfect. Crust is thin, but crisp. The sauce is really good and not too sweet. The spicy pepperoni with hot honey is sooo good.
